New Hamburger venue that just opened. Very clean and well lit inside, everyone was greeting you as you came inside. I was even about to dispose of our trash and a nice young lady came over and said, I'll get that for you. I have never received that kind of attention at any other burger establishment. They only offer double meat hamburgers, however they have a variety for you to choose from. My wife placed a order for three and the burgers and chicken strips were cooking out hot and fast. They offer good tasting burger like nothing I could compare to or have tasted in and around Houston. Definitely would recommend giving this place a try. read more

Service was excellent, food was too seasoned and not for those that take a glp-1. If you're up for drinking large quantities of water because of high salt/seasoning in your meal, Jagger's may be the place for you. Although burger initially tasted great, the smell of greasy onions on your hands that you can't wash off, and the extreme thirst wasn't a fair trade-off. And, just saying, if you're a glp-1 user, this food isn't going to sit well with you, no matter how small of a portion you eat, which in my case was abt 1/5th of a burger. read more

Jaggers has been open 2 months! I got the grilled chicken with a macaroni side. Hubby got the chicken tenders with the tater tots... I loved his Tater Tots. I ordered fries no salt which was good.... An 2 crispy chicken sandwich it was so salty and the 4 pc chicken tenders was salty too.. the owner needs to update on their recipe and make changes. The chef obviously didn't taste his own cooking did he!!! read more

We absolutely love Jaggers! The food is consistently delicious, and their salads are hands-down some of the best I ever had. My husband is obsessed with their tater tots--they're the perfect comfort food! Since they opened, we must have gone at least 10 times, and we can't get enough. The rewards program is a nice touch, too--it really feels like you're getting something back for being a loyal customer. Went as part of soft opening. Got the mushroom burger, avocado bacon burger and chicken tenders. Washed it down with oreo, brownie and vanilla bean shakes. The food tasted great. The burgers had double patties and tasted pretty premium with a brioche bun. Really enjoyed their shoestring fries too. The tatortots were good, but nothing fancy. The chicken tenders were good. Every time I've gone I made it a point to order something new and each time they didn't disappoint, the main consistent items were the string fries because they are a must with the cheese sauce. This was my first time having been to jaggers and I would usually go to some other fast food place but when I first walked in I was greeted by a nice employee by the name Amber I believe, she walked me through the menu and suggested I tried the fried chicken sandwich. I decided to give Jagger a try because I've never been. Tonight I was out late, so I decided to go through the drive-through. There were not many vehicles there at all. In fact, there was only two people ahead of me. I gave my order to the order taker that was standing outside. They asked for my name when I drove up to the window they confirmed my name gave me the complete incorrect order, which was significantly less than what I ordered. I did not figure this out until after I got home with the food. And I decided not to go back to try and get the correct meal as they don't give you a receipt so you can't prove what you ordered. So I ate the meal that I got, which was not what I wanted, and the food was not good. So not only did they mess up my meal entirely and gave me a really bad impression, this also means that they messed up somebody else's meal entirely and who knows how many meals they've messed up just today. Their quality control needs to improve, their order, taking these to improve, and they need to make sure that they're giving the correct food to the correct customer. This was a horrible experience and I will never eat it Jaggers again. read more
