Called and made an appointment and received a confirmation by text. When I arrived the first person at the door kept asking me who do I want over 5 times. Explained I did not receive a name, but a confirmation for my couples massage appointment time only. She proceeded to show us out and to a different apartment with other rooms. There were prices of massages on the wall which didn't match what I was quoted on text so that initially concerned me. When we got to the room we were told to undress and leave underwear on and someone would be with us shortly. Can't speak to how clean the room was but it was neat in appearance. The walls are a bit thin as you could hear a group of individuals talking loudly. Now on to the massage, my boyfriend and I selected the 90min couple massage and each one assigned to us operated differently. From my personal experience, the one working on me spent over 50% of the time just walking on me. The other have was 25% stretching and (I'm being generous with this estimate) 25% actual massaging. She looked to be about 130 lbs and that was pretty uncomfortable when stepping so close to my spine. At times she would step and hold for a minute and I really couldn't understand the benefit of this technique aside from using up time. The one working on me also left the room three times. Aside from using up the time, it was also quite uncomfortable since our bags were by the door and we were facing away from the door. The door would be left open until she returned. At the end, my boyfriend had no negatives about his experience but his masseuse spent most of the time giving him an actual massage and not disappearing repeatedly. We paid $170 (before tip) for both of us for the 90min so I think there was a discount of only a few dollars when paying in cash but you end up paying for parking so that eats up that discount. read more

I came here on 3/31/22 while on vacation- it's the closest decent Thai massage from the condo I was renting. It's about 11 mins walk. I called and made a an appointment on the same day. Due to some conflict with another appointment, I was about 30 mins late. Nathan was my massage therapist (I specifically asked for a male therapist as I want a hard pressure) and he was waiting for me at the door. The room was nice - with a nice view from the 24th floor. Nathan was excellent - provided the perfect pressure and hit the tightest spots. It was so good that I had to extend from an hour to an hour and a half! The added 30 mins, I asked him to focus on my upper back. Nathan has been doing massages in Thailand and he recently moved to Hawaii 3 weeks ago and this is his first job! This is a legit, authentic Thai massage with stretching and walking on your back. You'll find parking on the guest floor. Once you pass the ticket booth, go to the end and turn right. There should be spots on left hand side. Park where it says GUEST in yellow. VALIDATE - yes please validate your parking. After your massage, ask the staff to validate and it'll only be $2. Bring cash! Don't be like us who only brought a hundred and then got $98 in small bills. Hahaha. Actually advice if you're already reading this, get cash cause most of the lots take only cash. These 5 stars review have me suspicious... here's my very first Thai massage experience: So I called to get a same day appointment - they were able to get 3 people in within a 6 hour notice, awesome!! I'm looking forward to this because I've been needing a deep tissue massage for a hot minute. The lady on the phone wasn't courteous, it was quick and abrupt and "unprofessional". I didn't get a name, they didn't get my name, etc. but we hung up and she texted me directions, confirmations, information, etc. I didn't think too much of it. I know from personal experience that some Asian places just aren't personable (I'm Asian, btw so I know). We get there - park on the 4th floor, go to the first floor, enter the condominiums, use the left elevators to go up the 24th floor. Confusing? LOL. I guess I just didn't realize they were in condos, but no problem. We finally enter the business, take off our shoes, and caught our breath. But quickly were rushed - I get it, our appointment was at 6 and it's now 6:10, but still. The masseuses were nice, but the manager (I'm assuming?) front desk was not. It felt very unprofessional and rushed. We used the restroom, got in our rooms, undressed, couldn't really chat much, and they came in while we were still naked not on the table covered up haha. So the massage starts. I have no problem with it. I love the rough tumble, get in my knots and muscles massages. Albeit, it could've been smoother, but I can overlook that. Thai massages are supposed to be rough right? They start out with elbow kneading through my backside, then starts standing on top of me and stretching me out in ways I didn't know possible. Then it went back to a regular hand massage through my entire backside. Then flipped over to do a front regular kneading massage and the fun part. We sat up and then they did crazy pulling haha. And it was done. So long story short, rough, but somehow got all the kinks out. It's not relaxing, so don't expect that. I still fell asleep though. On the way out, we got dressed and went to wait in the waiting area. My mood changed when the front desk person started talking again. Just very blunt, abrupt, and not nice. She just told us our price and I had to have her repeat it and I'm giving her the money and tip and she just took it and counted it. I'm not sure she even said thank you. And if she did, it didn't feel sincere haha. I'm also surprised because there's a couples deal, but not a throuple (?) deal - 3 of us went. On top of that, their website says "cash discount" but there wasn't... I would've asked but I felt so rushed and like they wanted me out of their hair. I get there was a big party waiting behind us, but dang, give us a minute. Also, we still had to pay $2 parking even with validation?? This is literally the price for one if you were to book at the hotel. This is our first time trying out Thai massage and if you don't like your masseuse step on your back please let them know. This is by far THE BEST massage I've ever had! I would come back to Hawaii just to get the massage again. Ok, before I actually get into the massages, lemme just say how incredible the service is. This is my first time in Hawaii, and my group was 30 minutes late to our appointments due to problems with parking and traffic, the masseuses were very understanding and provided the best service possible. The view was great from the 24th floor, although we didn't get to see much of it, as we were laying down for the most part. Nevertheless, the environment was worth mentioning. My girlfriend and I received the couples Thai massages, and both us agreed that this is the best place we have ever been to. Their movements are precise, they are able to find all the knots on our necks and legs. My back and neck in particular were cracking nonstop, and this is the first time my girlfriend didn't feel ANY pain afterwards. Both of us felt relaxed and rejuvenated.
