Booked an appt here for a Thai yoga massage, also known as a traditional Thai massage, for my husband since his been feeling some pain in his back & hip area. They were great on time, started at 5:30p and put in their 70min that was requested. He had Net as his masseuse and for a little lady, she worked him like a rag doll!! She found every knot in him and took them out! He screamed and almost cried (lol)but "it was good pain!" I've been here a few times and the service was always great. I've had different therapists in the past, this was the first time I had a session with Kevin. He was amazing. It was not a relaxing massage session. It was more like a vigorous workout. He could tell what areas of my body had stress and tension and concentrated on those areas. Got placed in a room immediately upon arrival (had appointment) We basically got a 1 hr thai massage and we got worked all over. We had just gone surfing the day before, and boy, our masseuses (is that the correct term?) found spots that we didn't even realize were super achy. My back cracked several times and I felt so much stress relief. The 1 hr massage truly felt like 1 hr. Our massage therapists were very professional and asked us several times throughout about pressure level. Also loved the view with sunset going down. HOLY COW. This was the best massage I have ever received in my entire life (even better than my beloved massage place in NYC). I'm not sure what the standard massage in Oahu/Waikiki is like, but this place blew it out of the water. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage where the ladies use their thumbs and elbows to work out knots and tension in your muscles - look no further. If you are looking for a gentle, lighter pressure massage at a fancy spa (robe with slippers, cucumber water - that kind of stuff) - this is probably not for you. I had a headache and my neck was killing me, so I called asking for a one hour massage ($60) and they said no problem. They texted me where I could park. Parked at the Century plaza parking garage where I received a ticket that was validated at the massage place - paid $2 (cash only for parking). The place is located on the 24th floor and I was greeted by some very friendly women. Rainy was my masseuse and she was AMAZING!!!! Before my massage, I asked her to focus on my neck and upper back since that's where all the tension is. Rainy heard my request and delivered. She used her thumbs and elbows to iron out those knots/muscles and asked throughout the massage if the pressure was ok. Had to grit my teeth and breathe at times, but that's what I wanted! Note - she did ask if she could stand/walk on me and although it wasn't my favorite part of the massage, it did feel good to have a lot of pressure in certain areas (and it helps the masseuse conserve energy in their hands!). I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. Cannot recommend Jai Dee and Rainy enough. I will be dreaming of this place when I leave Oahu. P.S. Please tip your masseuse accordingly (I recommend 20% or plus). The reviews are true! My husband and I came here TWICE during our one week vacation. When I saw 5 stars and over 500 reviews, I didn't think a place could be that good but it was so cheap so we decided to try it. I booked a 90 min couples massage and after the first 15 min both my husband and I felt we already got our money's worth. We had Pookie and Bonnie and they were the BEST. The only thing just as a "heads up," the building isn't appealing... it looks very old so it may throw you off a bit. But once you walk into their suite its very clean and they have great views of the city and ocean. Definitely will be coming back on our next vacation! read more

Came here for a massage on a Thursday because I saw a couple's massage advertised for $100 for a little over an hour. Called in on the same day to see what availability they had and they were able to take us in immediately. One of the ladies texted us the address and told us directions in regards to parking ($2 btw) and we parked where we were directed to. When we came into the business it looked like a large apartment. They showed us into the room and allowed us to prepare for our massage. They asked us if we were sore anywhere and asked what type of pressure we had. I asked for a medium pressure and it was a very relaxing massage. Came here hours after we flew into HNL from California, so we were so stiff. Parking is a little confusing, luckily there were helpful people in the parking lot who helped to show us which elevators to take up. If you're looking for a luxurious spa, stop reading here. Jai Dee is a legit, elbows in your back (literally), no frills massage place. Kim worked on me and was AMAZING! He asked how "strong" I wanted the pressure and went from there. I asked him to go strong, and it was a perfect application of pressure in exactly the right places. At one point, Kim crawled on me, knees on my calves and hands working on my back. He was able to iron out a bunch of kinks and knots. I woke up in the morning, unable to turn my neck, and left Jai Dee with a remarkable improvement in my range of motion. This was definitely the best massage I've had to date. I was able to call at 10:20 on a Saturday morning for an 11:00 massage. I had a 100 minute masssage for $90, plus tip and $2 for parking, which is a deal! Ok. It took me like forever to write this review and I should have written it sooner. This place was recommended to me by Rafa from Da Wig Shop, downstairs, where I cut my hair. I was amazed, and a bit skeptical, to see they had five stars even with over 200 hundred reviews. Now, I know why. Located in the Century 21 building on the corner of Kapiolani and Kalakaua they are on the 24th floor. They open from 9am to 10pm. Hours to suit almost anyone. They do go home early if there are no appointments in the last hours. When you call to make a reservation, they'll respond with a confirmation text to your phone If it's for a future res, they'll also send a day of confirmation. They offer validated parking that only costs a dollar on the way out. Sometimes all the stalls are taken, but they'll tell you where to park otherwise. TIP: from both sides of Kalakaua you can turn into the driveway so it doesn't matter which direction you come from. The view from the rooms are great but it's especially beautiful at night. We usually go on Friday mornings. This past Friday (12-8-17) we went at night just as the Hilton Fireworks were going off. It's more relaxing at night. Darcie I and I go for the one-hour couples massage for $100. It's just a little bit more for a hour half but I forget how much that is (update). They allow you to make cash or credit card payments. I think credit card there is a slight service fee (update). The ladies are all pretty strong and can give you as much pressure as you need. They also have ceiling bars to step in your back. So far everyone has been able to do Thai massage stretches to really loosen you up. Since the last massage, I use Pahnee and Darcie uses Nora. But again they all have been great so far. We have also made recommendations for this place and many of our friends go here. We will be buying gift certificates if they have them available (update). read more

They took me and my sister-in-law last minute and were super kind and professional. When you pull into the parking garage, tell the attendant you are going to Jai Dee. They will then give you a laminated parking permit that tells you which parking stall to park in. They also give you a parking validation ticket that you have to take with you upstairs to Jai Dee. Take the parking elevator down to main floor, walk through lobby, and take main elevators up to 24th floor. We were sandy and in our our bikinis, but each room has a bathroom with showers so we were able to rinse off. The thai massage is a combination of relaxing and good pain. My boyfriend and I got a couple's massage here while on vacation this past week. My boyfriend is a massage therapist in Los Angeles, so he's VERY picky about massages. Kong, the massage therapist that worked on him, was his favorite massage therapist of all time. Huge praise! My massage therapist, Nine, was also incredible. In the past I've requested an aggressive massage and just ended up sore with no relief, but I felt euphoric after the massage and had so much less tension in my tight areas. No more knot in my left shoulder and so many pleasant adjustments. The studio itself is clean and calming. Prices are reasonable. The staff is so sweet.
