Jaiya Café is a new cute café located in Edmonds that serves bakery goods, smoothies, coffee and Acai bowls. My friend and I got the Blue Majik Acai bowl and smoothie. Visually- they are gorgeous from the blue spirulina that creates the beautiful shade. The smoothie and Acai bowl were great! Nothing spectacular in regards to taste from other Acai/smoothie places, but good nonetheless! I would definitely visit again to get try their coffee and bakery goods. read more

I was craving a bagel with Lox and for some reason Edmonds has a shortage of places with that on the menu. I found this place after a quick search and was pretty excited about the menu. I ended up ordering a few more things than I intended but I couldn't choose. I'll be a frequent customer. The acai bowl and the bagel and lox sandwich were great. The Chai was delicious. I can't stop eating here! Maybe it's because I'm pregnant but I've been craving their açaí bowls every morning. The chi bowl and tropical bowl had the perfect ratio of toppings to smoothie. The granola is toasty and nutty and really sets the bowl apart from others. I've also enjoyed their clean green smoothie and overnight oats. I'm excited to eat my way through the rest of their menu. The one critique I have is not for the cafe but for the patrons. People seem to think that because indoor dining is back that they can sit in a cafe masks off inside for hours on end when not eating/drinking. That's not how this works! I was so excited to give this place a try for their açaí bowls. I saw the pictures of the açaí bowls on their website and here which showed full bowls but the ones I received were barely half full. It was my first time here, and this was a significant discrepancy, and it left me feeling unsatisfied with my purchase which I paid $12 for each bowls. I felt like I did not receive what I paid for. Visiting this new coffee shop in the neighborhood. I had high hope but still want to give you my honest feedback. I ordered honey lavender latte which is supposed to be a signature drink according to your website. The drink tastes good with the right amount of ice and sweetness I asked for. I was disappointed for $1.5 charge for the syrup. I understand there is $0.75 charge for syrup but I don't think it's fair to charge me twice on the same drink. A more serious concern is the way you are distributing straws. All the straws are in a bucket for customers to grab. I really hope you can change the process and let your employee distribute them individually especially during COVID. Lastly space in your shop is very limited and hard to maintain social distancing while I wait for my drink. read more

This is was my first time trying Dalgona coffee, and was delighted. It was super frothy, and the Ube syrup at the bottom was the best I've tasted. Drinking it was a little tricky because I wanted to keep the layers (they're so pretty looking), but wanted all the flavors in one sip. Really delicious food and friendly staff. We've tried their acai bowls, breakfast burrito, brussels salad, Turkish eggs, proscuitto sandwich and lox sandwich. Basically working our way through their menu at this point! Everything we've had is very tasty and I like that it's not standard cafe fare of sausage breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal (although they do have overnight oats too if that's what you're looking for). We're looking forward to sitting outside in the summer and enjoying more acai bowls! read more

Overall there food was good. I was just sad that the barista, Lina, refused to make me juice or said I have to wait for 1.5 hours cause it's busy. Mind you, there was all of 4 people in the cafe (including myself) Very disappointed, especially because I feel like she said no for reasons outside of being busy (if you know what I mean). Def won't be coming back. I can make my own overpriced avocado toast at home with better service for myself. DO BETTER! Was absolutely blown away in this new cafe! Throughout my visit was thoroughly impressed by the service and how accommodating their staff was to fight the coronavirus and hold acceptable health regulations. We ordered the Acai power bowl and my kids finished it without me even realizing! I also ordered the honey lavender latte. Reading the reviews of people who had this drink were over the place, but the drink was immaculate. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants signature, homemade syrups. Hopefully my kids and I will become regulars at this place. Can't wait to hand out gift cards to this place for Christmas. read more

Came here to get some Ube Dalgona, but apparently that's only served in the summer. So they offered vanilla and hazelnut Dalgona. OMG, huge mistake! The milk is sweet water, and the coffee foam is sweet and sour. There was no coffee flavor. Maybe their regular coffees are better, but for what we tried this was a horrible experience. read more

I came here craving an açaí bowl and it was a huge disappointment! When my order came out a different customer grabbed it and went outside, and it wasn't even what she ordered. I had to ask the staff if that was my order and they confirmed it was. The other customer brought it back and the staff tried to get me take the order she touched and took outside (during covid).
