They send products that are the wrong size and they do not refund them. My son is on two different teams. The first order included two items and one melted after the first wash in cold water resulting in a hole. The second purchase was one jersey in the same size as the first jersey for a second team my son is on. We ordered the same size, mens medium standard fit. The jersey came in a kids size and I ordered an adult male medium. It does not come to my sons waist. Jakroo will not refund the jersey. I will also mention that this happened to another team member as well. As that boy ask my son if he wanted to trade jerseys, his was a medium and it was too small for him. Jakroo customer service with Justin is no help. Justin at Jakroo is offering to let me buy another jersey with a minimal discount on a new order and no refund so far. This jersey was $135. Honestly, I knew as soon as I saw the package I was in trouble. 8 shirts and two pairs of shorts fit inside a small FedEx padded envelope We spent a lot of time with the size chart. Not only did we verify measurements, we also compared their size chart with Fox, and they were virtually identical. I have a large MTB jersey that makes me look like I am trying to wear lycra. The medium short sleeve fits my arms but not my height. Ordered 2 sizes, thinking one would fit, and I would give the other away. at 5'0, 175lbs, neither the medium nor large fit properly. Ordered over a $1,000 worth of product from this company. I immediately noticed that I had ordered the wrong size for just one of the shirts. I emailed them right after placing the order. There was confusion as I thought they told me they would cancel that item as they couldn't edit or adjust the size. They claim that they told me they would cancel the whole order. I realize miscommunications can happen but what kind of company can't edit their own orders? What kind of customer service is that? When the order didn't arrive at the time I expected I gave them a few days and reached out via email. They immediately notified me that the order was canceled. Its odd that the sales rep wouldn't at least send me a personal note saying "hey, just so you know we don't have any order for you. Anything I can help with?" But I got nothing from the sales rep at all. Giving them one last chance I asked if they could help me with a discount and to standby their company and customer service since I was put out by this. They said "Nope, nothing we're going to do!" I then went here to see their reviews and now consider myself lucky that I don't have to deal with them anymore! I should've read the reviews first! Don't deal with this company! Sadly this $1,000 order was only a trial run for me and I was going to order much larger orders for my company! The design concept I gave them was incredible simple. All the designer had to do was put the elements on the jerseys the way I instructed. I specifically asked for hi visibility yellow and white on black. Very simple. Throughout the course of our interaction the yellow on the jerseys appeared to be primary yellow. I asked repeatedly for hi vis and was repeatedly told me that is the color I would get. The designer never uploaded the 3D images that would have allowed to see the jersey close up. When I received them ($1600+) they had both primary yellow and hi visibility yellow! I was told the designer took creative license and made the decision to use both even after I explicitly asked not to use primary yellow. They did however, offer 50% off for a new order without the primary yellow. This is not the first time this has happened and it looks like they benefit from their own mistakes. The customer service was horrendous and I will be using another company in the future who doesn't feel it's their right to disregard the customers wishes. read more

Do yourself and your club a favor by avoiding Jakroo. I received a club one piece today and went to the garage for 10 minute spin to see how it felt. After getting off the bike I noticed the inner thighs were frayed from rubbing on the saddle. I own quite a few bibs and shorts and it takes a lot for a high quality short to fray. This took less than 10 minutes to be ruined -- I imagine after 56 miles there would be two holes making my 13.1 run a little breezy!. Immediately, I contacted Michael Hernandez at Jackroo, and was told that if the fray was caused by the saddle it would not be covered or replaced. Nice customer service. From the time I signed for FedEx and my contacting Jackroo was less than five hours. I was informed that if I wanted to return it they would send me a label, and they would inspect it, but they stressed if it was from the saddle it would not be covered. Well the race is in 25 days and I am out $135.00. I will just wear the mismatched zoot two piece I have worn many times that is still in perfect condition. This outfit is a joke. ----------------- Response from customer service: "I understand your disappointment. I've been racing for 25 years, and don't like to have any equipment not function perfectly. Unfortunately, if your saddle is tearing your garments, I would recommend changing/updating your saddle. But I'm sure that isn't what you want to hear right now - but it will solve this problem of wearing on your garments. We will evaluate your suit and either return it to you if not a product defect, or initiate a replacement garment if it is a product defect" ----------------- read more

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a mountain bike jersey for my girlfriend for Christmas. The cost was $159, which is a lot, but I wanted to get her something unique. I THOUGHT I was doing business with a company in Pleasanton, but I was pretty surprised when my order shipped and the tracking number showed it leaving from China. I was bummed about the China thing, since I wanted to support a local company. I was even more bummed with the jersey came. It was Ridgeline short sleeve. It had loose stitches and the fabric was super thin. No washing instructions and tag to tell us what the garment is made of. Did I mention China, cheap material and $159?? AVOID. read more

I have a few rides on my kit so I thought I would provide my feedback. I ordered a jersey, bibs, jacket, warmers, and gloves. I followed the recommendation to talk with a rep prior to my order for sizing. I was surprised at the suggestion for a large in all but the warmers which i was told medium. I wear xl and xxl depending on brands in every other kit. I went with the suggestion. My order came several days before the scheduled delivery date. The kit fit perfect. The customer service person was hostile and we missed two team event deadlines when the promised turn around times were missed by as much as three weeks. They would resend old, rejected artwork and even that was three weeks late. If I didn't live in town and would drive to their offices we still wouldn't have jerseys. They claimed they sent to notices to my "Yahoo" e-mail address, but I don't have and have never had a Yahoo e-mail address. When I asked to get copies of the messages they sent to see if there was a problem with my e-mail, they never bothered to respond. When I drove to their offices to get a response to three messages sent over a two-week period, Mr. Hernandez walked past to go to lunch without even looking in my direction. I recognized him from the picture on their website. I was never advised that they weren't going to make a deadline. I even delayed a trip to Europe so we would have jerseys for the event. I can't rate the product because I never received any product. I can say that the customer service was horrible. I submitted a design request with required information. I waited 11 days and heard nothing back. I emailed them and received an apology blaming their software, and a request for more information which I immediately submitted. Another 12 days go by and I hear nothing. I emailed them to check on status. I receive another apology this time citing they had several people on vacation as the reason for the delay and promise to have an initial design to me within a couple days. 2 days later I do receive the initial design. The design looked good and was along the lines of what I wanted. I wanted a few minor changes made. I emailed them back as requested with edits that I wanted made. 18 days go by and I hear nothing from them and email them requesting a status update. It is now been another 12 days and have heard nothing from the company. All told it is now been 59 days since I submitted my original design request. Every communication with them had to be initiated by me. So at this point I simply wasted my time as Jakroo apparently was not interested in my business, or completely unable to take on new business. read more

Attempted to work with Michael Hernandez on a custom baggy short for our corporate bike club. Absolutely maddening experience. Luckily I never went through with an order. Took forever to get responses. Submitted artwork for custom design, they "never saw" it come in. Then they designed a shirt instead of shorts. Never once did I mention a shirt. Asked several questions about the product before hand. Had an email with his responses. When it came time to order a sample, not a single word he had told me was true. I begged and pleaded with him to call me back. Never a response. Finally got him on the phone when I called a different extension and asked for him directly. Unbelievably poor customer service. I am flat out amazed these guys are still around treating people like this. I am very glad I went else where with my apparel needs. read more

It looked nothing like what I wanted at all, I submitted more pictures for them to follow and they still could not do it. Going to them is a waste of time. They never answer the phone calls because they are so busy. If you are thinking of having a custom jersey made go elsewhere. I am going on my 3rd and final experience with Jakroo. First of all...never believe any part of their cute web ad talking about 21 day turnaround time. No scenario that we have experienced...gets to a 60 turnaround....much less 21. Their design process is the most maddening customer service experience that I have ever dealt with in my business career. It doesn't matter how well you are prepared in sending them designs...they will take forever to return them for approval. We have spent over $4k with this group in the last 18 months....they already have our design....and we are waiting over 30 days for production on our order. They have missed every single deadline that we have placed on them for team kits. Every single one. We went back to them the 3rd time because they have our design and the product quality is excellent. Unfortunately, their horrible customer service and lack of timely delivery isn't worth any more of our $$. You have been warned. read more
