Great beef patties. Sometimes it's open. Sometimes it isn't. They push the ox tails, Nice place to sit outside.

Highly upset. This food is dry and the oxtail is fatty and tough. Basically paid $25 for rice. It's a smidge of cabbage and

This isn't my first time eating here but I decided to post the review so that I would remind myself of the food BEFORE I go again!!! Lol The person in front of me had a large order so the dread came from the back and took my order. I requested a jerk chicken sandwich, dark meat, which on the menu was $10. Once I got to the register, told the young lady I ordered the jerk sandwich, she said they didn't have any jerk. Huh?! So after back and forth with her and the dread in the back she rang my order up and it came to $25. I reiterated my order, she played with the kiosk, and it came to $20 something. I POINTED out the item and price on the menu and she said oh and added another $3 "because I wanted a sandwich". Smh She appeared to be a teen or early 20's but she should be able to read THEIR MENU! Nonetheless, I did get a bunch of chicken, most was white meat!! The chicken did NOT taste like it had any jerk seasoning/flavor, it taste like well done grilled chicken! The jerk sauce is more of a tangy sweet, which was a NO for me! It wasn't bad but when you have a taste for yard food, THATS WHAT YOU EXPECT!

Oxtail dinner $24 four bones ... to much rice and not enough vegetables. The meat portion very small

The jerk chicken is amazing! It's so mouth watering, not a place that I would pick but eat even though it looks clean but I can't help but to come back for that flavor

If your looking for the perfect hole in the wall , off the beaten path this is the place. Some of the best Jamaican food I've had in the DMV. The jerk chicken is phenomenal here and the beef patties are next level. However I would skip the oxtail next time , it was good don't get me wrong but a must get dish for me. Finish your meal off with a delicious rum cake and you got yourself an amazing Jamaican diner. Not to mention the portions are huge , you will definitely need to bring your second stomach because you won't want to stop eating this.

Gone are the blue walls and no more of the carry out feel. I remember this place had some of best bacon but you can tell the quality of food has gone out the window. I walked in and was greeted by a guy taking orders. His customer service skills were good. That was the only reason for the 2 stars. I ordered the wings and waffle, Belgian waffle and breakfast platter along with 2 drinks for $42 bucks. Not too bad. We sat at a table and the food came. Once again, the guy at the counter was great. He made sure to bring over our waffles while they were hot. That was the only part of the food that was good/decent, hence the second star. The rest is poor quality and belongs in the trash. The eggs were not real and god awful. The 8 wingettes came straight out of a freezer bag/ air fryer. TRASH. The bacon was fresh out of the microwave. I'll never ever come back. The food is that bad. If there was anyone standing outside needing food I would have happily given it to them. This place has fallen off a cliff hence the empty parking lot. It is a hard no for me.

Somehow, I had only been to this place during the winter time, but it is a completely different vibe during the warmer months. The outdoor space is stunning, and everything just feels brighter and happier. The staff are really nice, the patrons are enjoying themselves, and they just have excellent food. My friend and I happen to come during this fashion show event so there were complimentary hors d'oeuvres for everybody present, but we still ordered delicious deviled eggs (I could've eaten a whole tray of them) and had some great cocktails. You know, for the first time ever, I paid attention to a bunch of board games that they have on a shelf. But based on the stuff that's on the shelf in front of them, I am not 100% sure that they are up for grabs, but it still looks cool. Anyone who is in this area should definitely pay them a visit. You won't regret it.

My friend and I showed up for a late lunch, and after I stood waiting for service for almost five minutes, the bartender finally came closer to me and said the kitchen was closed. Also, I had previously visited this restaurant for happy hour and found the food and service to be average.

Our waitress, Lydia, exhibit attentive and efficient service the entire night. She helped us with the menu, checked on us throughout the night, and refilled our drinks. She did this while serving the entire place. I would describe the service as empathetic and refreshing. Food: The wings here are really good. They are sizable and they don't hold back on the sauce. The skin is crispy and the wings are properly seasoned and cooked. We also got the burger. It was good, but slightly over cooked from the "medium" I requested. The pizza was very good and cheesey. It almost tasted homemade (in a good way). I'd get it again. Ambiance: It's a local bar with plenty of TVs to enjoy the game. It's a bar crowd, so expect some yelling and music, which fits the atmosphere. I like the decor, and the place smelled clean. I'd definitely come here to watch the game and have some wings.

It's tucked away in an industrial area off Route 50, and unless you're looking for it, you'd probably never know it was there. We had a party of 12, and almost everyone in our group was visually impaired, including my mom. Dining out with a group like ours can sometimes be challenging, but the staff did a really nice job. As the only one at the table with 20/20 vision, I can honestly say they took the time to explain the menu, answer questions about the food and drinks, announce themselves when they approached the table, and help everyone through the payment process. Those extra touches meant a lot and made everyone feel comfortable. I ordered the wings and a drink, and my mom had wings, a salad, and a drink. Everything was fresh, the wings were cooked well, the drinks were good, and the portions were generous for the price. The restaurant itself has a cozy, laid-back neighborhood feel. It isn't a fancy place, but it's clean, comfortable, and somewhere I'd happily come back to. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of the service at the end of our meal. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, but apparently his shift ended as soon as he took our orders. The manager and bartender stepped in and did the best they could, but with a large group that was mostly visually impaired, it made things a little more confusing than they needed to be, especially when it came time to sort out everyone's food and separate checks. No one was rude, and they worked hard to make it right, but I think management could have handled that transition a little better. Overall, I had a great experience. The food was good, the prices were reasonable, and I really appreciated how welcoming the staff was to our group. I'd definitely come back, and I'd recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area.
