truly a healthy alternative to coffee - but i still think its over priced for what it is. something so simple can be made at home but at the same time - here in America we will pay top dollar for convenience. and if your gonna pay for it - might as well be delicious! this jamba juice like many others is always on point. there's always that blast of cool freshness that hits your face and nose as you stare at the menu and begin to salivate as you read off the list of fresh ingredients. tasty goodness indeed. read more

I stopped in for the third time this week. I tried the carrot with cayenne peppers and twice the ginger lemon greens. The later was my favorite. The carrot was horrible. I really love the juice bar. However you all know how expensive this place is. read more

The girls here are nice and got my drink right away. Ordered a Banana Berry (one of my faves) and it was delicious. It is a bit on the expensive side (a little under $4 for a 16oz.), but when I get Jamba Juice, it's a treat and I don't mind. Parking is plentiful and its easy to get to off of 348th St. read more

Jamba Juice is definitely my favorite place to get a morning "pick me up" drink or even a meal replacement. I'd take a smoothie from Jamba any day over coffee from Starbucks. However, just like Starbucks it is a tad over priced. Personal favorites include the Pomegranate Paradise and Apples N Greens..yuummm! read more

Showed up today at 8:06am (opens at 8am according to online and posted on the storefront) and no one was in the store and it was dark. We went out of our way to get Jamba Juice on our way to a sporting event and no one was home. How frustrating. read more

I was in Jamba Juice today and after ordering I was asked for ID to use my debit card. I know this is there store policy from previous visits. It's always a hassle as I don't Cary my wallet only my phone and and debit card + security card for work. Today I had forgot my wallet at home so they denied my order all together. I have never complained about this before but I'm a regular customer and purchasing one drink? I don't think people who steal debit cards go use them to buy one drink on camera at a jamba juice +  I'm the same person who showed them ID the 50 other  times. When I owned a restaurant I payed a little more for credit processing so the transactions would be insured. It was a violation of my merchant agreement to ask for ID and a hassle for my customers + I would never need to ID my regulars  I knew them right away. Just  thought you should know I probably will not return to this Jamba Juice. read more

It's unfortunate that everyone only ever wants to post negative things about businesses anymore. No one is perfect. I have had nothing but the best service here. I come in about 3 or so times a week and everyone is always so nice to me. They're even starting to call me by name! It's the small things like that that make this location the best. No matter where you go, there's always going to be something that you don't like. It doesn't mean this place is bad, it's just a bad experience. I've been coming here for over a year and I have to say, this place is doing amazingly better than what it was before in the past. The manager should be proud! read more

When walking into the store you get this awkward atmosphere, it could be just the workers that day, but no great joy in their shift. A little out of communication with one another on customers order and not enough blenders ready to be used.. You can see the blenders piled high in the sink. I've been to other jamba location but this one just seems out of whack.. Quality is subpar, smoothie doesn't have that flavor it should have. Overall experience. ehh. Maybe if they had a manager on site, that would speed up the service or maybe just an employee that cared in the slightest. I don't know why it takes 20 minutes for a smoothie when getting burgers and fries at a burger place takes less than 5 minutes. The burger place has to COOK the food.?????????????? Always good smoothies, but the service is poor. I'm usually ignored for the first few minutes after I walk in, and then treated rudely after that. The manager/owner must not be supervising the employees much. I only tolerate it because there's nothing else healthy around. read more

This is really a fantastic place. The girls working are always very polite and have a smile on their face. I have tried several of their smoothies and fresh juice drinks and have always been impressed. Their steel cut oatmeal is also delicious, especially with brown sugar and blueberries. . I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. read more

Racist place. If you are not white be ready to hand over five forms of ID, a recent background check, and have alcohol wipes at the ready for after the finger printing. It doesn't matter if you spend 1 dollar, or 20$. Out comes the cashier asking for your ID, then "forgets" to do the same for the white customer immediately after. read more

I had an absolute terrible experience In this establishment! Before I write this let me just state that I absolutely love Jamba Juice and it is my addiction but I probably will not be indulging anymore! On Friday I went into this location to grab my boss a smoothie for being AMAZING and I wanted to surprise her. When I walked in every single girl looked at me with a disgusted look on their faces and none of them spoke to me. If I was buying a smoothie for myself I would have walked out but like I said it was for my boss. I waited for a good 7-8 minutes, still no one spoke to me. Then 2 other gentlemen walked in and the girls proceeded to take their order. So obviously at this point I'm boiling mad. I said excuse me I was skipped and they once again looked at me crazy. I asked if it was protocol to ignore and skip customers and informed them that they were very rude before I exited the building. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment and I will never go to Jamba Juice again and I have informed my co workers who frequent this location because we are all apart of the crossings to not go either. I wish I could give them 0 stars for their piss poor attitudes and lack of customer service! read more

I thought this was a good place to get smoothies until today when i walked by the place and noticed a male employee eating the leftovers of a smoothie right out of the smoothie mixer. Yuk grose and icky icky. I completely lost my appetite and now im gona try and contact the manager to take care of this situation. read more
