We LOVE this new location! It's right by our brand new apartments and it's so close we can bike now that the weather is cooler. WOW!!! The smoothies, oats, fresh OJ and bowls are our favs!!! They're all delicious, healthy and yummy. This team is so friendly and we're happy they recently opened. They even know things like my protein powder in our fav smoothie. I really like this Jamba Juice location. I came in here daily for my usual drink. It always tastes amazing and the cashiers are very friendly. Not much else to say except it is very clean and great if one has spare time to sit down with friends and sip on a nice fruit smoothie. My only minor complaint is the hours. They close so early. You would think Sin City is 24 hours, but it isn't. if the Vegas sun is very too much to handle, just pop in and treat yourself to something cool and refreshing. read more

4 stars only because of the conditions of the store. Customer service is always great when I come in the mornings. Its always the same young man working. When I visit the store and its not busy I have conversations with him and it sounds to me like this is the forgotten store in vegas and a lot of the maintenance is put on the back burner. It's 7:16 p.m. and they don't close until 8 on Fridays, but they closed anyways? The employees were still inside and someone was sitting down, but they acknowledged us and didn't open the door. There was no sign on the door stating why they were closed early and the employees didn't bother telling us why they closed early either. They just looked at us and laughed. They make a good juice, it's much more pricier than tropical smoothie. So just watch what your getting for what your spending, because they are all fast food franchises paying their employees $8/hr and giving you mostly ice crushed with a little bit of nutrients. read more

I have always loved Jamba and the fact I can travel around the USA and know the quality is always there! I have an autoimmune disorder and it gives me a great helping of natural vitamins! If you have a need for Protein they can assist you there with two choices (I choose the one that isn't gritty)! If you want a quick great for you pick me up this is the best!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. I love Jamba Juice and was so excited they finally opened one up by my house but I was very disappointed with this location. I come inside and there's one person in line ahead of me. He orders and so do I and we're waiting for our orders together. Then 3 more people come in and order. Every single person got there order before I do even though they came in after. I was waiting for 20 mins and finally went up to the counter to tell them I haven't gotten my order. The girls working were rude and not welcoming. I told them what my order was and they JUST start to make it after I tell them. When my smoothie was handed back I did not get any apologies for the inconvenience. I haven't returned to this location since and I don't plan to. read more

I ordered a drink, it was okay but then I realized the water tasted like hose water. They really need to invest in buying a water purifier. If the water tasted clean it would be a really great juice bar, but I had to throw my drink out. I don't like giving low reviews but I had to throw away my drink when normally I can finish something even if it doesn't taste good. The staff was nice though. read more

Very few times I felt discriminated against, but today I did. I went in to get what I usually get but when I ordered and handed the cashier my debit card, she asked for ID. I thought it was strange asking for ID on a debit card but I handed it to her, she went ahead and inspected both cards. As I waited for my smoothie the other couple behind me ordered, got a warmer welcome and when they payed with a card she didn't ask for their ID. I'm not sure if it's company policy now but that simple act saddens me for our future. read more

1st time in this location and service was no good. I ordered 3 small smoothies, but was charged for 2 large and a medium. I asked for one small to be split for my 3 yr olds and the girl took it upon herself to charge me for a large to split in two small cups. Then at the register they only have 2 cups showing. I verbally ordered the other two small size and she holds up the smaller of the two cups. We don't come to Jamba Juice often so I'm not well versed in cup sizes so I didn't realize the cup she held up was yes the smallest of the two, but really size medium. When my order was up I realized what they had done and a different person came to fix the problem. I told him the issue and the mix up with the cups and he said they weren't allowed to have the small cup up there to show people. I hate liars and deceitful people, not a way to conduct business. Shame on management. Shame... shame!! I'm not coming back. read more
