Still a very good location after all these years and renovations. They kept the iconic coffee bean display.

Ordered on the mobile app and glad it was ready when we got there. Also, love that they do give whip cream so the pup can have a treat too. Loved the horchata.

These young kids here act like they're busy, they are impersonal and act like robots.. I was there in the evening on Sunday and she hit my car with the drive-thru window not paying attention. I asked for a recommendation on a drink and she asked what do I mean? I mean you work at a coffee shop and can't recommend a drink? The drinks were delicious but the staff needs improvement dealing with customers.

I almost tried everything in Las Vegas from Human bean, Dutch Brothers, Starbucks Coffee religion, and Scooters. Coffee Bean is actually pretty cool it's like a all-in-one of combination of all the coffee stores I visit LOL Let me elaborate. Starbucks you can kick back inside and a drive-thru. So does coffee bean and if there's a flavor you have similar to the competitors. Just asked they can make as close to it. I got a ice caramel coffee 24 oz. Mmmmmm! Mmm lol Cheers!!!

The area is super nice, close to Costco. Parking was easy and staff was friendly. I was helped immediately and my drink was delicious. There's a good amount of seating indoor and outdoor. Everything was clean, which I always appreciate!

Bug in my coffee. Threw it out, don't know what to say. I don't think anyone would purposely put a bug into someone's coffee. It's just unfortunate that something like this happened.

I love coffee bean! This is a real location that takes rewards which is the best! I recommend to anyone that is looking for a refreshing drink to go or sit down. It is a quiet place with a lot of seating inside and out. Staff was awesome and knows the menu well!

Easy in and easy out. Conveniently located in the Plaza across from Costco in Summerlin. The staff are welcoming as they greet each patron upon arrival to the store. If you're not sure about something or want helpful suggestions. Then don't hesitate to ask the staff. They're really good at recommending drinks and pastries. There are tables in the inside where you can sit and work. Additionally, they have tables with umbrellas on the patio. You can even purchase your favorite tea to have at home or the office. If you haven't tried them, what are you waiting for? You won't be disappointed.

Super friendly and helpful staff when I didn't know what I wanted. Nice treats and the Coffee was amazing! I would return for sure!

Paid it forward by purchasing the car behind me drink! #kindnessmatters #payitforward

I have been meaning to update this review for quite sometime. This has become my go to coffee/tea shop for a while specifically as I enjoy their Matcha Tea Lattes and summer time teas. I recently had a great experience here and must share. While I was away on my birthday, I received my free birthday drink coupon via email. The freebie was available for only three days. I was out of state at the time and the state I was in (Florida) does not have Coffee Bean. When I got home, I was craving my favorite drink so I went in. I decided to ask them if they would honor the free drink even though it had expired. At first, I was told no as they needed to see the coupon/email. I responded that I understood but just thought I would ask. I patiently waited for my drink and to my surprise when I received the drink I was told by the manager that the drink was free and they were going to honor the offer. They told me that I am a good customer and they wanted me to have the drink. This made me feel valued and appreciated and in this day and age how often does this happen?? Thank you Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, I will be a forever customer!

Quality/Quantity - Vanilla Ice Blended - Some say that Coffee Bean created the blended drink before Starbucks. Peach Jasmine Cold Brew - My daughter's go-to drink. She gets it every time. The ice is shaped more like pellets than cubed or crushed. Very unique. Sorry, I lost all my pictures from my second visit... Atmosphere - Good size coffee shop. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Service - Good, the manager was on the register during both our visits. I like how the name of the manager was on the door. Price - $10.78 each visit, comparable to their competitor prices. Owner Suggestion Congrats on your success since 1963. I see that you are a multi-unit franchise system with over 1000 locations nationally and internationally and in 27 countries. 1991 Starbucks tried to purchase this company. 1996 Founders sold the Asian rights to Singaporean brothers Victor Sassoon and Sunny Sassoon 1998 Founders sold the parent company 2019 Company was sold again to Jollibee Foods Corporation

The first time I tried Markers & Finders was at their original location downtown, and it appears that they've expanded their menu since they opened their second location at Downtown Summerlin. There's a good amount of indoor and outdoor/patio seating at this location. The last time I was here, it was hardly busy, but the service was a bit slow. Their lattes are delicious, especially the Mexican Spiced Latte. I've had the lomo saltado, yucca fries, empanadas, and other dishes I can't think of since I've been going here for years, but I remember them all being delicious. The prices appear high, but overall good food and coffees.

She enjoyed hers, but she said the turmeric flavor was a bit overpowering. My latte was sweeter than I like and I didn't get much of the salted caramel flavor so that was a bit disappointing. For food, she had the MF Sando and I had the coconut turmeric chia pudding. The breakfast sandwich looked great and she enjoyed it. The chia pudding was confusing though. I've ordered it here before and it has never been "green". Looking back at previous Yelp photos, you can see the difference as well. The flavor was off this time too, with an almost dirty taste, which was disappointing. Service was fine, just a little slow. It was pretty busy so that's understandable. They do have a nice outdoor patio with a great ambiance. The outdoor tables have umbrellas for shade. I would come back because I've had good experiences here before, but consistency is important to me, and unfortunately this visit really missed the mark.

But I loved that the flavor of the coffee really came through too. At some coffee shops you can't taste the coffee, or the flavored lattes taste like they're made with an instant coffee mix, but that is not the case here. The layout of the inside of the shop could be designed better, in my opinion. It is a good sized space, but it's not designed to smoothly handle a crowd. They have a few tables & then a large, two layer seating bench. It looks cool, especially if there are not many people inside. But if there are even 10 people inside it feels very crowded. I prefer to take my coffee to go. Really yummy drinks! I will definitely be back.

There is lot parking within walking distance or you can find parking on the street for 2 hours max. People are coming and going so I lucked out with finding parking on the street that's about a 2-3 minute walk to the coffee shop. First glance, this place is extremely busy. Very difficult to secure seating on a table both inside and outside. I like the naturally lighting that came through. The tiered seating on the wall is interesting and definitely could be more cozy for people. Ordered a Honeysuckle Latte. I like my coffee on the sweeter side and this was perfect for me. The "for here" glass it came in was super cute too. I also ordered a Croissant Bacon Egg which looked and tasted pretty basic but was still good to eat. Service was ok. I feel like baristas could have been friendlier. I tried to return my dish to clear my space and a barista pointed to where I was supposed to return it and there was about 5 people crowding the area, hence why I decided to hand it to her. She finally took it from me. I enjoyed my coffee but I am not sure that I would come back here again to hangout. I would come again to take my coffee to-go. Due to the limited space and service, I do not see myself coming back to chill in this space.

I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.

As someone who proudly considers Peet's Coffee my personal version of Starbucks, this one hurt a little. Coming from the Bay Area roots of Berkeley and countless great experiences in Silicon Valley, I've always associated Peet's with rich flavor, quality drinks, and genuinely warm, down-to-earth people. It's been my go-to, my comfort cup, my "this is how coffee should taste" standard. ...which is why my visit to the Sahara location completely caught me off guard. Let's set the scene: I walk in, ready for my usual vanilla latte fix. The place isn't busy--but somehow I'm standing at the counter for what feels like 2-4 minutes doing the awkward "do they see me?" stare. You know the one. Eventually I'm helped, but the interaction? Cold. No "welcome in," no energy, no suggestions, no "hey, want to try a pastry with that?"--just straight to transaction mode. The cashier (I believe the name was Lee?) felt completely disengaged, even walking away mid-mobile payment like the scene had wrapped before the movie was over. And then...the drink. I requested specific milk and light foam--nothing wild, just a simple customization. What I got was the opposite. Not once, but enough to make me go back and ask for a remake... which is always a little awkward when the shop isn't even busy. At that point, it's not about the latte anymore--it's about the experience. No "thank you," no "your drink will be ready shortly," none of the small but important touches that make a coffee run feel...human. And that's the part that surprised me most. Because Peet's, at its best, is very human. Unfortunately, this visit shifted my routine. Now when I'm in the Summerlin area and need a reliable cup, I find myself heading elsewhere instead. Final thoughts: I still believe in Peet's as a brand--that hasn't changed. But this location? It missed the mark on both service and execution. Note to management: Please bring back the heart of what makes Peet's special--friendly people who actually enjoy being part of someone's daily coffee ritual. Because great coffee gets you in the door... but great service is what keeps us coming back.
