This is the worst Jamba Juice I have been to in my entire life. I initially wanted Robuck's , but you know they don't have locations in the hood. Anyhoo, I thought Jamba will do. I am 8mos preggers and I am attending USC. I wanted something healthy to start my day. I walk in a young, dark haired lady greets me and rakes my order.I order the Acai Primo bowl and she asks if coconut flakes are ok. Obviously, she was unaware of the menu because that bowl does not come with coconut flakes. I politely informed her and she continued and made the bowl. She made the bowl quickly to my surprise. I was happy because now I could head off to my 10am class. I could not wait to stick my spoon into the layers of fresh fruit, granola, and smoothie. Unfortunately, with my first bite I aas greeted with an ice cold blueberry and a strawberry so frozen I had to suck on it like a peppermint to melt it. I thought it was maybe that first bite. Two bites later...same thing. The bananas were the only fresh fruit. I made the recision to turn around because this bowl was $10.99 plus tax(ridiculous). when I came back I went to the pick up window side and I was met by a rude fair skinned woman with red braids and tatoos. Her demeanor screamed miserable on the job. She did not greet me. I said hello and she spoke and went back to making smoothies like she did not see me.

I called twice they dnt answer, calling to tell the manager about my cold uncooked raw food. They serve my little kid undercooked raw cold very cold impossible sandwich. Careful while buying here.

Honestly this is the worst jamba EVER. they are hella rude and the lady here had a bad attitude she's all leaning on the counter with her hand on her face like she's bored rolling her eyes. what kind of customer service is that. Need to work in private and not in a public scene because thats not how you treat people that's spending their money that's just trifling. Do better baby.

I have never been in a jamba juice as horrible as this one.. They have turned away 7 customers so far telling them that they backed up and not taking no more orders for another 20 min. Come on! Fr fr its too darn hot for this non sense. Not sure if the young lady with the scarf on her head is the manager or not but she really need look more presentable. Shouldn't no fast food, juice store anywhere should allow employees to wear scarves on their heads unless it's something behind it, medical condition, religious reasons, not because of bad hair day.. They way she is talking to the workers is ridiculous, who not doing nothing? Get over here and clean this area up.. Are you kidding me right now! @jamba juice please get it together..

Huge plaza with a lot going on and not all good things, hence the 4 stars. But other than location this Jamba Juice was above average. Went in the afternoon and there was no line and it was pretty quite minus the music on the speakers. I chose the almond butter bowl and it was delicious. My first time having it so I'm not sure if the base is supposed to be thin like it was but i prefer my bases to be thicker similar to Greek yogurt. The employees were fast and friendly and the fruit toppings were fresh.

The woman who is at the register also always tries to seemingly rush me out (who I am assuming is her son is much more friendly when I pick up). I get that this is a densely Latinx populated community and that is who mostly patronizes this restaurant, but I don't think that I should be treated differently, as a regular paying customer. I'm done.

When you arrive, expect to wait at least 10 minutes- even after ringing the bell. He makes no attempt to watch for incoming customers and when he does appear, there's not so much as a greeting. On at least three occasions, he has not firmly attached the lids or provided carriers for multiple drinks resulting in customers spilling their drinks. This "employee" clearly hates his job (or maybe his life). I am not the only person who has noticed his behavior. Several patrons who were seated out front on my last visit waited over eight minutes at the unmanned counter before they were forced to call out "Hello?" several times. It was only after several more minutes that this particular employee peered through a piece of cardboard he had propped up in the take-out window (apparently to block customers from getting his attention or disturbing him while he was on a phone) and proceeded to stare at them. What are we at Popeyes Chicken on La Brea? The owner, Rachel Sazon, needs to liberate this employee ASAP so can spread his misery somewhere else - like maybe the DMV.

This place doesn't deserve a single star! This place has by far has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered!!!! Asked for a strawberry's wild, after waiting over 20 min for my drink with only 2 people also waiting before me. They gave me the drink with a green hue to it, when it should be pink. I called to the employees politely "excuse me" said it, without exaggeration like 7 times before I got and extremely rude "WHAT?". I asked why my drink was green, she said "OMG, it's just a little Kale left from the previous drink made in that blender!" "What do you want? A refund or you wanna wait another 20 min, while we make you drink another drink?" I said "give me a refund this is ridiculous.". She said "Alright you gonna have to wait for my manager, I'll call her but she's busy right now." I then waited for a 15 min the manager came out and said "What did you get?" didn't care even ask what happened, or even address the issue. Just gave me my money and walked back to the back. No apology or anything, lastly a employee was filling up water in the HAND SINK to make drinks!!!! I was disgusted, I will NEVER go there again, I suggest no on take one step in that establishment!! I absolutley enjoy coming to jamba juice, this location is in a tough neighborhood a lot of customers that come in are rude and not understanding but what i enjoy is, that the staff keeps a great attitude and continue to serve great drinks no matter what!!!but i also adore and I love the guy who's always screaming welcome to Jamba Extremely Loud as soon as I come in he's extremely hilarious the last time I checked I think his name is Derrick. It's time I acknowledge my neighborhood Jamba Juice! I'm continually greeted by staff of the morning shift at my neighborhood Jamba Juice for my choice for breakfast...the Steele Cut Oatmeal with granola, chia seeds and bananas. These are team members that know their patrons favorites.. when I pay for my order; either Liseth or Patty have already prepared my meal, it's always correct and I'm out the door!! came in to the store one day and the first thing that made me laugh was that everyone was humming the star wars theme song!!!! totally awesome!!!! you can practically make the crew into the characters. u got the black jabba the hut (edward) padme (patricia) luke the sexy skywalker! I love this Jamba Juice at Chestnut Square Samaiyah always give me excellent customer service when I customize my drinks and I always customize my drink so it's important that I have my drinks made properly because I'm particular about where I spend my money on the products that I spend them on I'm just excited that we have a place in the community that offers healthy wholesome food and I would like them to have more organic items available as well read more

This particular Jamba location is really good because they have fast service and the people working there are very hardworking. They make the drinks really well and they always come out thick. I never had any bad customer service at this location . It's a very in n out location and they try there hardest during the rushes. The two young girls who work in night had a whole lobby of customers and cleared them out less then 10 mins read more

I haven't had Jamba Juice in a long time, and with the weather I decide to go. It was busy when I went. Line out the door! The people working were all walking around slow and not really happy to make drinks, and then this staff comes in and takes over the floor finished everybody's drink moving around the back washing dishes, taking orders, pouring drinks. Absolutely disgustingly filthy! This location is too damn busy to look the way it does. Floors, walks, doors, baseboard, shields, is nasty. I will never step foot in there again. I came in for my usual Peachy Green Goodness bowl & Strawberry Surf yesterday and i was greeted by felicia right away. She was very fast with my service. I was literally in line 2 mins by the time i was paying . My drink was done being handed to me. Great service Felicia, your awesome. read more

Montel knows his smoothies. When he's at reg he'll never forget to recommend adding the daily vitamin & zinc boost to a drink. & when he is at pour he can put two smoothies at once #Awesome Tyrell knows how to do a cool trick & flip ice into the blenders. read more
