Very unhappy with this location. I tried to place a phone order probably about a month ago and they told me I would have to wait 15 minutes for it to be processed since the store was extremely busy. Everyone waiting in line had to place their order before they could even start mine. I've never heard of that! Then today I walk in to place an order, and receive not so great service. All employees seem bothered and like you're bugging them. Unhappy. I ordered a 12 oz juice and ask for ice. When the worker poured my juice she poured it into a slightly bigger cup yet there was still left over juice in the blender. When I asked her about it, she said she couldn't give me the extra/remainder of the juice because it's against store policy. I asked her if they were going to throw the remainder away and she said yes. I dont understand how they would rather be wasteful than give the customer the remainder of juice and make the customer happy, make the customer want to come back and spend more money, and tip the employees. at this location at least once or twice a week the staff is friendly for the most part. but never fails every time they are either out of peanut butter or bananas or something! pretty annoying. one time it was closing time and i guess they wanted everyone out so after each person left the guy would lock the door? then when someone would be like can you open the door? he'd sigh and walk back and forth. he was pretty rude. it was like uh is staying 10 mins after going to kill you? honestly we only go here so often because its close. read more

Gotta agree with Victor here, customer service is poor. If it weren't for BOGO and convenience, I probably wouldn't hit this location up. We walked in at 9:20 on a Friday night and I'm guessing they close at 10pm. The first thing cashier shouts out is "oh my god". I'm guessing they wanted to close on time and a bunch of us came in. I thought closing at 10 means customers can walk in anytime before 10. Waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks 2 of them were smoothies, these were made to sit out for over half an hour before our last 2 drinks were made. By the time we got to drink the smoothies, all melted. I don't get it, why can't drinks on the same order be delivered at the same time? Why did I get part of my order, wait over half an hour and get the last part of it. I love Jamba Juice. Is it pricey? YES. Do I care? Nah not so much. Why do I not care? Because these smoothies and juices are great tasting! I'm allergic to strawberries and mango... Key freakin' ingredients in sooooo many of their drinks! So I look for drinks without these and if they have them I'll ask a worker for a recommendation and they ALWAYS are so damn helpful!! Something I bet you didn't know... The "apple" juice is actually apple strawberry!!! Thank goodness I've mentioned that I'm allergic because they gave me the heads up about ALL drinks with apple juice. Who would have guessed!! So basically, they've got a big variety of juices... I love this location! There's a lot of free parking spots which is a plus. The workers were very friendly and quick. Even when it was crowded, I didn't have to wait in line for that long. Came to visit my friend in MPK and wanted to take advantage of the Labor Day weekend special so I made it be a priority to come here. I was pretty pleased by the service I received. They allowed me to split my large size into two cups. Although, I'm not sure why it took a while for my second drink to come out after my first one.. but I didn't mind it. I usually have a good experience here. Today, not so much. I tend to request a simple but somewhat specific smoothie. Every jamba juice I go to. Including this one, is very accommodating. I mean, other than ice, it has two other ingredients. Not only did the cashier look at me like I was nuts, but he offered a smoothie that was not similar to what I requested, despite what he said. I know it may be weird, but all I asked was for freshly squeezed orange juice and nonfat yogurt (not frozen yogurt) to be blended with ice. He suggested an orange dream machine has orange sherbet, nonfat frozen yogurt, soy milk, and orange juice that had not been freshly squeezed. Again, this is the only time when the cashier found my request to be difficult to comprehend. However, I felt I needed to post something about it due to the simplicity of the order. The fact that he thought yogurt and frozen yogurt were the same (they're not) the orange juice was the same, that I may have had a soy allergy or simply just didn't like soy milk, or the fact that the orange dream machine has straight orange sherbet that I did not want leads me to believe he didn't know the product, and/or the company he's serving. Or worse, he may have thought I just wouldn't know the difference. -1 star for not being able to comprehend -1 star for the attitude read more

So silly me I always thought Jamba was fresh squeezed healthy juices?! Or has many things change but not for the better? They have the fountain machines now for juices and they add it to the cup and just go from there. I ordered something with kale in it. Asked if it was all fresh juices and she said no but they can use fresh squeezed OJ for me. My small drink came out to be $5. Was not great but not back either. Definitely not something I will crave. This is the first time I've been to this location, and will also be the last. When I order a Juice drink, not a smoothie, at any of the other Jamba Juice's I've been to, they never put ice in it. They ask me if I want over ice, which I never do. This location filled the blender half with crushed ice. That's not juice, that's eight dollars for crushed ice. The guy there told me they have a different juicer than the other Jamba Juices. I'll be going to the locations where they can actually give me juice from now on. I will never go back to that location, not only because of being ripped off, but because your grammar and sentence structure are frighteningly unprofessional. read more

Typically I don't have a problem at this location, but I don't know what was up with the service today. I think that on a pretty chilly day the employees here must slack off. Either that or the people working this shift were racist. I came in and there was no one in line. There were 2 people waiting on drinks. I stood in front of the register. No one acknowledged us. Came in on a Saturday morning. There was no wait and they were friendly, but this isn't about the staff, it's being gypped on the portions we're paying for. They changed the cups so there is a good inch being cut out on the bottom of the Original size, and on top of that it's not being filled all the way to the lid! I have been coming to this jamba for a long time, since the guys is serving and making the juices it's been really bad, he does not blend my juice good and he's always short when he mades my large juice, I always order my greens and ginger and it looks like he makes my juice without looking the real portions , it ends up testing my greens and ginger really sweet I can't even test the ginger, like he is making them for himself. Every smoothie is great and won't let you down. They have fresh açaí bowls with fresh fruits. If it's your first time here I would recommend the strawberry wild or the mango go go. I called the customer service line for Jamba Juice and they stated that they have never herd of that and that I should be able to use my e gift card.
