I always get the regular coffee but noticed they now have new items on their menu! Biscoff and Banana Coffee. Decided on trying the Biscoff Coffee. It was so good! Just as good as their regular coffee but a tad but creamier. Will be back to try the Banana Coffee another time.

01/16/26 Friday Came on an evening to pick up a cup of iced Vietnamese coffee. We had credit on DoorDash so we just did that. Pick up was quick and easy. It wasn't too busy, with only a few others in the store. Lee's Sandwiches is a popular chain Vietnamese sandwich store. They do to go foods and drinks only since there's no seating. They had some snacks and groceries on the side so it felt a little like a minimart. It came with a lot of crushed ice and it's not as strong as the other places I've been to.

The young woman in the front took my order and made my coffee in less than five minutes. I'm not even joking amazing service clean

I really enjoy coming to this Lee's location. The Vietnamese iced coffee is always on point--creamy, strong, and they actually give you a good amount of coffee. It's become one of my go-to drinks whenever I stop by. They also carry the ham & cheese croissant, which is so good! It comes out warm, flaky, and buttery, and the filling is just right. I usually grab a couple sesame balls too because they're always fresh and make a perfect little snack on the side. Another thing I like is that they run promotions pretty often. On my last visit, I spent a little over $20 and got some Vietnamese egg roll snacks for free, which was such a nice surprise. They were crispy and flavorful, and it honestly made me feel like this location really values its customers. Overall, this Lee's stands out because of its quality, consistency, and those little perks that make you want to come back. Definitely one of the better Lee's in the area.

They add a ridiculous amount of ice then if you ask for light ice they barely fill the cup 2/3 to punish you for trying to not buy a $6 drink of ice. it's not a one off thing they do it every time to everyone. All this to save 2oz of milk on a drinks that cost $6 really? Will not be coming back here they have shown their greed and disrespect for their customers with their actions. The picture I'm uploading is after me asking for light ice this is what I got. It is unopened I haven't drank from it and this is how it came . It's not a huge deal but it's enough to make you realize a local business doesn't care or respect you as a customer and that's enough for me not to come back.

Love getting their fresh baguettes. Currently $2 per roll. Parking: there might be open spaces from time to time.

Requested provolone cheese not American cheese for allergy reasons in my door dash delivery. This is extremely important for many who might have allergies. Extremely disappointing that orders are NOT read for these ridiculous delivery services. Why I refuse ordering through these services. You charge what you charge and then don't read orders correctly. More trouble than it's worth. Really disappointed. And I love lee's.

An absolutely delicious and hearty meal. I bought the classic dac biet (combination special) banh mi which did not fail to please my taste buds! I also got a delicious latte, which allows for customization of the sugar levels (unlike for the classic viet iced coffee served in house). Would highly recommend a stop for those in the area!

BBQ pork ##06 SW B.B.Q. Pork

First time at this Lee's sandwiches and it was ok. The sandwich was 1/4 meat 1/4 veggies and 2/4 bread. The bbq pork was overly fatty, fatty sometimes is good if it melts but this was chewy and almost inedible. The coffee had good flavor and decent price for the size. Not apposed to coming back l, maybe I ordered the wrong thing ? But it was recommended by the worker. So ‍. Staff was nice but most of the tables in the place were dirty and hadn't been cleaned off. I think if they limited their vast variety of options to like 1 page and added more protein to each sandwich there would be a bigger desire to go back.

    Almond croissant $1.79 (delish!)

Kinda annoyed that they either gave my baguette to someone else (customer that came after me), which btw, I didn't walk away. I was there waiting the whole time or on another occasion told me it's gonna take a while, but when the customer that came in after me asked for it, they sell it to them fairly fast. Their banh mis are average. Used to like the coconut raisin croissant and almond croissant but feel like it doesn't taste as good as before. Also used to like pate chaud, but it's pretty greasy. It only tastes good when it's freshly made. Doesn't hold very well.

    Nice bread!

Wasn't bad. I went on a Sunday at 6:30am. Parking was easy and that's a big plus for me! There is no inside seating so everything is to go. The service was fine and the atmosphere was pretty cool! I loved the Christmas decorations up in early November! Also, there were just a lot of merch items like a convenience store :) and I found that nice! I got the grilled pork, the special combo, Vietnamese cold coffee, and some whole beans. The sandwiches were alright. The bread and veggies were super fresh, but not a lot of meat. Coffee was fine. It wasn't as strong as I had hoped. It was definitely premade. But it was fine. I have not had the whole beans yet, but they seem freshly made and I can't wait to try them later! Over all, it was fine. If I am in the area again and wanted a quick Bahn mi, I'd stop by :)

    Karina C.

My first time trying Lee's Sandwich and it was not bad at all. The Bread was fresh and had a lot of tuna, just which had more veggies but oh well. My coworker brought it to me so I can't say anything about the service, since he ordered online. It was ready in time. So that said a lot about it. I haven't visited the restaurant so I can't say anything about the ambiance.

The cream puffs were a highlight. I especially liked the Rich Koyamaen Matcha, Taro Salted Egg Yolk, Black Sesame Hojicha, and Madagascar Vanilla Bean. The shells have a nice crispy texture and the fillings are flavorful without being overly sweet. I wanted to try the Taiwan Oolong and Chocolate too, but both were already sold out when we arrived. We also tried several pastries, including the Kimchi Bacon Garlic Roll, Black Truffle Mushroom Danish, Blueberry Ricotta Danish, Rose Raspberry Lychee Croffin, Échiré Butter Croissant, and Almond Croissant. I really liked that they have both sweet and savory options, especially some more creative Asian-inspired flavors. The Lemon Sparkling Americano was refreshing and paired really well with all the pastries. Service was also wonderful. The owner was very attentive and took the time to explain which pastries were best eaten immediately and how to properly reheat them at home. You can really tell they care about the quality of their pastries even after you leave the shop. One of my favorite new bakery finds in SGV. This drink instantly brightens my day. The staff are friendly and ordering from the self-service kiosk makes it quick and easy. It's definitely a grab and go spot. The only downside is that the shop is tucked toward the back of the plaza, somewhat hidden and parking can be difficult during busy times. I usually have better luck finding street parking.
