I got really into acai bowls after trying it at Jamba Juice! The acai bowls are delicious and gorgeous. The Monterey Park location gives you a good portion of freshly cut fruit and lots of granola! The acai and the granola balanced so well and the crunchiness of the granola somehow remains even after being submerged in the acai! The staffs here are very friendly and helpful! I love Tommy and Crystal's energy! I always see smiles when I walk into the store and that really made my day! read more

My wife and I are always looking for places that sell Açai Bowl. Some days we crave it later and night and Jamba is is the only open juice place. I like the cleanliness and service but the Bowl is a bit expensive for the portion size . We've had very large Açai bowls for 8-10 dollars at other places. It's very convenient to have Jamba Juice close by and they close late but, it's not our first choice. read more

I have only visited this place once and it was my first time trying Jamba Juice. My friends would always go here and post about it, and tell me how good it was. I have ordered Caribbean passion which was a combination of passion fruit, mango juice blend, orange sherbet, strawberries, and peaches. I thought it can be better, but it was still good. The drink tasted very fresh, and I saw the staffs actually blending in the real fruit! The smoothie was cold, VERY fulfilling, and delicious. It is way better than drinking any other boba. It is very refreshing and it quenches my thirst. However, the drink I have got also tasted a bit too sour for me to handle. However, when I drink Jamba Juice, I somehow feel HEALTHY! Better than any other substitute of drinks I get! The fruits were all blended in well, and the combination of those fruits created a fantastic taste! The place is also very neat and tidied, very spotless! The interior design and color coordination is also very bright and pretty. I will come again and deliver more often! I recommend! read more

I am sooo happy that Monterey Park has a Jamba Juice now! I think it is has a great location with plenty of parking. The staff are really nice and, of course the smoothies are bomb! I always order a large Mango A-Go-Go. I even joined their little Reward Program where you earn points with every purchase by just entering your phone number when you pay. read more

Im not the usual yelper but today is the very first time iv ever felt laughed at .. I was upset about having someone order me the wrong drink so i walked bak in to order myself the rite drink.. Love me some JJ! I hate this location, though. It's in a super busy strip mall that's always busy and parking can be an adventure. It's difficult to get in & out of the strip mall, which, honestly, is a deterrent. It's not bad when everyone is at work and the kids are in class @ ELAC but when they get out, it's pure madness. That said, the service at JJ is consistently good and the drink are consistently yummy. read more

This is the worst Jamba Juice. They finally made one in Monterey park but the staff is low. I stopped by on a weekday at about 2pm. There was 7 people in line and I was 2nd in line. I order orange revivers and another premium juice. Total was like 14 something pricey for fresh juice but then again its jamba. I waited 15 minutes to get my drinks plus I was the last one to leave. Woah service sucked 4 team members for 2pm and they cant even handle 10 drinks. Something is wrong here. read more

I can understand if they were closing but this was at 7pm on 6/21 and they didn't close for another 2 hours! It's a okay customer service, I mean, each of us have our bad and good days. I come here some time just to get some kind of healthy drinks. Not really good drinks. They put a little too much or less of sweet in my drinks, and sometime get my order wrong. I mean I'm okay when I'm not in a hurry, but on a regular day, I would expect they get my order right. Their decoration is okay, not really as interesting as other stores. It's clean I gotta say, and roomy, but the waiting time for this store it's over the average, 15 minutes for a drink while there was 2 customers around.
