I asked them to remake my drink because you couldn't taste the add ons so I wasn't sure if it was added in it was also chunky with ice.They remade it but then it came out too watery still with no flavor of raspberry which I substituted. When I called to complain the supervisor on duty wanted to argue with Me instead of trying to help. He tried to tell me by double blending my drink it became watered down bs. Why are you arguing with a customer over a drink? Its a drink its not coming out of your paycheck. And you're not the one drinking the @#$%&@# thing I am. I told him he didnt need to argue I was just letting them know maybe who ever made the beverage needed more training thats all. I do not recommend you going here if you want to drink your drink. They have some kids working at this location which sucks cuz it's my local one. At 5 pm I'm come walking up to the door and there are both employees taking out the trash. They look at me like I was dumb and say "oh we're going to be locking the door real quick we'll be right back" normal im pretty calm but when the lack of logic affects customer service I have to say it was pretty annoying and unprofessional. Gross! I ordered two items. A waffle and a bowl. First the waffle was unavailable and I was told that those items to not arrive until Wednesday. Meaning their waffles are not freshly made. First, don't believe the store hours listed here. Always call beforehand to see what time they REALLY close. While pregnant, my husband has driven me here 3 times (during listed store hours) & all those 3 times it has been closed!!! Ridiculous! Last Thursday I purchased a Tropical Green juice from this location at my break time. 2 hours later I has left work and desperately needed to use the restroom. Knowing it was close by and I frequent here a lot, I politely popped in to use the restroom. The young lady at the register went to ask her other co-worker who I can only assume is her superior--because why would you need to ask for a second opinion? Unfortunately, Annisa (spell check), the other co-worker) said per her manager Makayla, only patrons were allowed to use the restroom. Ok sure--I then showed her my receipt, to which she then replied "No I still can't let you use the restroom." Mind you it's around 5 o'clock, and there is NO one insight, I'm not holding up the line or wasting their time. I even produced a timestamped receipt! Now this may seem petty, which it is, but these restroom rules are ridiculous. So you mean to tell me: customers can use the restroom--but only within a 5 minute timeframe? She was patient and helpful while explaining options to the man being helped before me. She thanked me with a big smile and told me to have a good day. I wish I could remember her name. I came in and wasn't greeted but I didn't get offended. I know not everyone is a morning person. Well I came in and this Jonatan guy seemed upset the door was left open but idk the door was sensitive and it would stay open it hasn't before but I guess. I looked at him and he never made Eye contact just went straight pass me to the door and closed it. Sighing all the way to it and back. After that I placed my order. I asked for a chunky strawberry bowl!! My favorite by the way .its a must have guys . Any who I stepped out and came back for it maybe 5 minutes in and it was nothing but watered down yesterdays news type of bowl and nothing on top which should have been bananas and strawberries and the toppings. I was like what is this . If you walk In and there is a girl with colored hair working, usually in the morning, turn around immediately, she doesn't know how to make smoothies.
