It was around 4 PM and there was a female cashier who was brunette and had her hair in a ponytail. As soon as we got inside, we barely walked up to the register and she yells at us "ITS GOING TO BE A 30 MINUTE WAIT!". My husband and I literally looked at each other in disbelief as she yelled at us in front of the other six people that were in the store. You could tell some of the other customers were shocked and just stared at us like "what the heck just happened". As we stood there, we just decided to wait to see if she would take our order. She continued to work, never acknowledged us or looked at us after that, and didn't even go to the register to take our order while we stood there, waiting patiently. I looked at my husband and said " she just yelled at us and I don't think she's going to take our order. It's not worth it. Let's just go." It's a shame and extremely disappointing to have had that experience. After that experience, I am never going to this store location again. To be treated like that when all we did was just barely walk in is disgusting. I'd rather go to the location in the Whittier Groves. It left a bad taste in my mouth and they lost my business.

Five minutes or so later, the other employee, a male, comes in and gets to work immediately. He attends to incoming guests and make their order while i'm still waiting for my order. More than 10 minutes pass by and i'm still awaiting for my order. Have in mind that it was not busy. Then one of the female employees tells the male employee "so and so is stressed right now" supporting the fact that they were talking on the clock rather than attending to the customers. The one that seemed to be stressed later passes by me with an upset face and starts cleaning the glass near the water station. They seemed to also be cleaning up for the day rather than making the orders. I had to remind the employee that i still haven't received my order which was weird because my receipt was on the receipt holder thing so they might have ignored it. I love coming here during the morning because the employees are so fast and attentive with customers even during rush hours. But this was not cool. I'm very patient but today was just disappointing with the lack of professionalism and service.
