I love Jamba Juice. The smoothies are so quality. My favorite drink is the orange dream machine

Um, is everyone that works here stoned? Because they are on planet Slackerville and have no visible manager. Ever. Love the orange juice and $1.00 oatmeal. Everywhere, anywhere. Just know you aren't really going to "run in and run out" when you come to Jamba Juice. It's not that fast even and the level of customer service tends to be bare minimum to surprisingly, on it. For instance, one time I was asked if I wanted ice in my orange juice and another time, no thought was given to it. Not a big deal but it was nice someone was thinking one step ahead and yes, thank you, I would like ice in my OJ. I mean I'm still going to come here, regardless, unless the service becomes rude or extremely slow for no reason other than incompetency. I still get whatI want in a reasonable amount of time and it feels healthy. read more

Sigh.....new staff=bad drinks The service here is friendly, a little laid-back, but whatever, it's Jamba Juice. I don't care it the teen aged staff members are chatting with each other as they make my drinks BUT....when they start mixing up drink/messing up orders, we've got problems. I came in tonight because I was REALLY craving one of the refreshers with coconut water. Keep in mind that I've had these many many times, so I know how they taste. Totally made me the wrong drink. It wasn't what I ordered at all. I ordered the watermelon refresher, buy ended up with sometime that tasted like the strawberry lemonade with some bananas......booo....totally not what I was craving. If I could give this place zero starts I would. The skinny girl with purple hair who assisted me was extremely rude and it was obvious she didn't want to be there. As soon as I walked in no one greeted me and the store was super dirty. The girl had dirty blender stacked up which was was extremely unpleasant. You get payed to keep the store clean but you can't even do your job. She did make my drink and food properly. This Jamba Juice used to be my #1 choice to get breakfast before school but the service went downhill and I have no idea why. The people working there haven't changed but the quality and time they take has, dramatically. I used to be able to order a smoothie and have great service and quality in under 5 minutes. Now everytime I park and walk in there's only about 2-3 people infront of me and I'll end up waiting over 15minutes and not even pay at the register yet, and end up going to Starbucks across the street. It's really disappointing because the times I do wait my smoothies end up tasting watery or just completely off. I have stopped coming here completely it's really upsetting because I really love their smoothies and it's the only Jamba Juice in the Rolling Hills area. read more

Just ok.... All of the great technology that is available, the cashier Brian told me that I had to print the coupon I had in my phone in order to use it. Hummmm the bar code was on the screen for him to scan, so I knew it was going to work! After I ordered my smoothie and my breakfast wrap (frozen and warmed in the microwave) I paid for one item and got the other free! Yea! I don't know why, but Brian seemed to be pretty shocked it worked just by using the hand scanner. Who still prints out coupons? And then looses them or forgets them.... My printer does not work and I have used my phone several times for discounts, groupons and other deals! My breakfast wrap was an average microwave snack and my smoothie cup was not filled like it is normally! Disappointed! Juice it Up and Robecks is way better than Jamba! Flavor is lacking for the raised prices and the overall experience was kinda lame! Please train your employees better and teach them that cell phone bar deals are compatible with the register! Disgusted... red head girl, Saturday, October 26th around 1:30 for management reference.. Does not care for customer experience. Ordered 3 drinks.. heard her ask colleagues ... "think I can fit 3 drinks in one tub?" Colleagues say "I don't think so.. " she proceeded to do it anyways. Of course she left one short. On the other end of the spectrum, great employee Jeremiah, said just make more to top it off. 3 TIMES!! Shes did not listen. Then she grabbed a very dirty plastic spatula out of a dirty water bucket. This spatula was covered in nasty old green residue, and continued to scrape the entire tub for every drop to try and make the last cup look more full. With absolutely no regard for any potential allergies or even bacteria for that matter on the customer's behalf. I mentioned to her that it was very unsanitary and she did not say a word, and capped the drink and handed it over. The drink was 2 inches short of any where near a fairly full drink. Very upset with my experience. Probably won't go back. There is clearly something missing in that person's common sense and understanding of respect/concern for others. If I was managing, I would certainly not want talent like that representing my business operations. read more

NEVER COME HERE. Do not support these people. First of all one of their workers was very rude and kept criticizing us! Secondly, I waited 30 mins and finally they came to me telling me I could receive my order and the WORST part is they didn't give me a full refund!!! Ripped off. Worst JB I've been to. Ordered 3 Berry Toppers, that were 3/4 filled. Lids were same ones they use for the smoothies, whereas other locations provide domed tops with nice cut-out for spoons to be placed when ordering to go. They thought I was from another planet when I asked for these domed lids. It's really too bad, as my family loves JB and we prefer a healthy snack versus ice cream. But I will never return to this one and allow myself to be pick-pocketed. They know there's no local competition, so they can steal from us in PV. read more

Fun and friendly staff. Small and nice located spot. Does get super busy from time to time because of the high school right next to the shopping center. Good variety of food at this location as well. Plenty of parking. read more

I looove Jamba!! All of their smoothies are soo fresh, and relatively healthy. Granted, if you are one of those people who need an extra pick-me-up, you can add boosts to your smoothie, like health and immunity boosts. Just beware, sometimes the boost also adds a not-so tasty kick. I'm partial to their strawberries wild smoothie, but I've recently discovered their matcha green tea. SO GOOD!! It's kind of like the gree tea ice blend from Coffee Bean, or the green tea frapp at Starbucks. If you're craving a smoothie, this place is much better than Robeks or other smoothie places, in my opinion. read more

They juiced me soggy carrots, & I almost threw up. I can never go here again. The owner doesnt train the kids ther correctly. Scared of this place. The kid was so clueless he even showed me the rotten soggy carrots. Then i had to tell him to clean the machine. The way they do things here is not sanitary, & I would be careful drinking raw veggies here. They even use dirty blender containers, they should be thrown away if ther stained to death. Baffling. Would rate them negative stars if the app would allow it. I just walked in to the store this morning at 8:00am to get a smoothie. There were two employees working and just one other customer other than myself in line. The gentleman in front of me ordered his drink, paid, & sat down. The female employee then immediately walks away and stars a full non-work related conversation with the male employee who was actually making the other's customer's drink. I stood at the register, made eye contact three times with both employees and not a single acknowledgment that they would be right with me, or a simple good morning. After waiting another couple minutes, I decided to leave. I work in this same plaza and will NEVER come back again. So sad that these two clueless idiots are collecting a paycheck to do absolutely nothing. The worse lack of service I've ever experienced. read more

STAY AWAY from this location. I ordered my small smoothie "extra blended" to make it thinner and less chunky/icy. The same request I make at every Jamba Juice for the past 20 years. The trainee at the register turned to her co-worker for advice. I was then charged $6.49 for a $4.99 order. Cashier said extra blended requires extra fruit, hence the extra $1.50. That is the first time I have ever heard that at Jamba or any other smoothie place. I told her they could keep their smoothie and left. I believe that since I am a senior, they saw me as an easy mark to rip off. I would urge everyone not to patronize a place so that so blatantly tries to cheat its customers. read more

i love jamba juice! their smoothies and drinks are always fresh (you can watch them make your drinks) and are undeniably delicious. the place is small and is usually packed with peninsula high school students after school. however, since pinkberry opened nearby, the lines waiting for their jamba smoothies have gone to pinkberry instead. i especially love thier strawberries wild and mango. although they serve healthy alternatives like carrot and grass smoothies, it just doesn't look yummy to me so i never order those. read more

With the new staff, this place is going downhill. They've gotten my order wrong a few times and this past time, it was literally undrinkable. Tasted like poison and my drink was WARM!!! Go here regularly and the smoothies are consistently good, but often times the music is WAY TOO LOUD. I have to repeat my order to be heard, and usually have no idea what the cashier even says back to me. A couple times I have just left since the line was long and the music was too loud to deal with while waiting. Also, I think it's weird they yell Tip Tip when you put your change in the tip jar. I'm all for enthusiasm, but I can tell it's awkward for the employees. read more
