Great experience today, hands down! Paula had such good customer service, super attentive when I said I wanted no bananas in my smoothie bowl. Usually at other Jamba Juice chains they always add bananas when I express I don't want any inside my bowl. I just moved to the area and I decided to try this Jamba location. Immediately upon entering to pick up my mobile order, I heard at least 2 customer complaints and the staff seemed mixed up and confused. After waiting 10 minutes, I heard a few other complaints from customers and the staff saying "oh we gave your drinks to someone else" like wth? To top it all off, the girl making smoothies scratches her head and then touches a drink. I was disgusted. That is NOT OK. Working in food service you need to know that touching your face, hair, etc is not acceptable and always wash your hands after doing that... I'll find another Jamba next time. read more

I come to Jamba with my son frequently, we drop my daughters off at school, and have time to spare before my sons school starts. It is a treat to be able to sit in and enjoy a smoothie, while doing homework together. We used to go to a couple other Jamba Juices in the area, but frankly the service was lackluster and you could tell the employees didn't want to be there. I am happy we can continue our smoothie routine after finding this location, it is always very clean, every person who works there is kind, fast, and smoothies are consistent. They are always really nice to my son too. When this school schedule changes in the future and we're not able to come here, I'll always remember these moments fondly. Thanks Jamba Juice! read more

Gotta love Jamba Juice in the summer time! My favorite item to order are the açaí primo bowl and either the Watermelon Breeze smoothie or White Gummy. The white gummy reminds me of eating starburst specifically the pink colored ones. Also the watermelon breeze smoothie is just for a selected time so definitely go out and try before it's gone. The açaí primo bowl is packed with oats, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, coconut shreds and topped off the honey. Healthy and delicious, I would love to learn to make it at home but sometimes there is no matching it to the one you get from here. The service is always good at Jamba Juice. The facility stays nice and clean. The employees always approach you with a smile and try to make the net experience for you. I think some Jamba places should offer some free samples of smoothies. I went in one afternoon,placed my order,2 cashiers were at the counter.I proceeded to use my bank card-the cashiers then told me My card didn't "go through" so I handed them a $20 bill.I went home.The next morning,I checked my statement & seen that when I swiped my card,it had INFACT "went through" & that I was told it didn't. I went back to Jamba Juice,asked to speak to a manager,told her I had been over charged,even pulled up my statement & showed her.She goes to the back & comes back out a few minutes later telling me both of my transactions from the day before could not be found..??.She gives me the name & number to the owner.When I get back home,I call-owner then tells me the SAME THING the manager told me at the store,that both of my transactions couldnt not be found-despite me having my statement AND receipt.She tells me "it's a bank error" even though the cashiers in the store are the ones who double charged me.Nothing was ever done about this & I never went back..which was unfortunate because I really did like their menu but,hey,"Nekter" is right up the road & they have the same menu.Please.Train your young employees CORRECTLY!! I purchased a spinach wrap and a medium lotta horchata. The (store?) manager who took my order was extremely animated when I came in and I was helped promptly, but I really really REALLY wish we could stop with the multiple suggestive selling prompts. I was thinking about food, so suggesting something to eat was fine, but "is there anything else I can get you"... "perhaps a protein boost"... etc. Just gets on my nerves. Is it really necessary to it 2-3 times in one transaction? Really? I'm in sales and I have two decades of service industry experience and appreciate that there are protocols and behaviors every business implements (and managers are expected to model) but this was rough. I haven't been to a Jamba Juice a lot recently but the pricing seems to be a bit excessive. I did get a cold-brew coffee beverage so I guess that is to be somewhat expected but geeze! So I wanted to get my dad some juice and decided to stop by this jamba. First of all, this hands down is the best Jamba Juice location. I've been to many, and for the most part, all the locations have good customer service, but this one in particular are much more friendlier and very helpful. My dad is ill and can only do liquid diet. So I told Jessica, the one taking my order, that I want to get him something healthy. She was very accommodating and gave great suggestions. Stephanie, Ebony and Taylor were all very friendly, helped me spilt the drinks into smaller portions (since my dad can only have a small portion each sitting). All in all, I just love to see people who truly enjoys their job! From now on, I will only come to this location. Their aura just brightens up my mood and uplifts my spirits.
