The worker was making food for all of her friends and boys. And it was so slow since they kept flirting with each other. The boys also kept touching everyone else's food, and playing with it before people grabbed it. I had to ask the worker to remake mine after waiting close to 30 minutes because the boys had touched it all. I believe the managers name way Taylor, she was absolutely phenomenal. She called me back, worked with me on the longevity recommended for the parfaits, took my informal order over the phone, and was ready for me to pickup BEFORE OPENING. Absolutely amazing service, i cannot express enough gratitude. 10+ Stars would be given if that were to be an option. We were working with an incredibly small budget and their unwavering care encourages me to cater with this location for many meetings in the future. Went in at 7 pm 2 hours before closing ordered a carrot juice. Was told by the big girl with glasses that we can't make carrot juice. I asked why? She said because it is our policy that once the juice machine is clean that we won't make juice anymore. I told her, that's bs she said sorry it's the policy. I walked out and decided to call the manager and she came up with different lie. She said we are out of carrots. I told her there was a lexan full of carrots. She said they were for display only. Being a restaurant manager for 20 years. I know what they did honestly I would fire that lazy ass manager trying to leave right at closing instead of taking care of a paying customer and sitting her ass in the office. Friendly juices await you at the DoCo Jamba! I've been coming in every Friday for a while now that they are open, usually very late mornings. I used to work at one of these in Santa Cruz, so the chain is close to my heart. Feels like more juice and less fruit these days, but the location can't help that. They have a very bright mural on one wall, and an open design so you can see your drink being made. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and am getting to know the various staff who work here. I make substitutions, often several, and they always come out spot-on. Lots of non-dairy options available. I appreciate that they all consistently wear masks. A bit pricey but a nice treat. They also have food, but I'm not a huge fan of those. Run over to the arena when in the area for some tasty Jamba. read more

Perfect for the Sacramento triple-digit heat! With a lot of people returning downtown to work in-office this will be a great place to grab a healthy yet delicious drink. This Jamba is a little smaller than most locations so their "waiting" area is really small but they make the drinks fast. Also I liked how they had a straw choice of either paper or plastic. read more

Both morning and evening Staff are willing and able to make custom drinks without issue. While there is usually 1-2 Staff, the Staff take pride in this location ensuring the store is clean and making drinks to liking. Good customer service, good drinks! read more

I tried the same drink with a different mixture of things it came out pretty good though I've never had to pay additional for substitutions of one or more things. It was really delicious the customer service was also really good fast and organized though I'm not sure I'd come here again because in general downtown Sacramento requires paid parking which can be a pain if you don't know the wait times Etc of the location you're going to and risk not having enough on your parking meter. I would recommend this place to a family or friend if you're getting dropped off to avoid parking fees. read more

This is their bathroom. (Jamba juice by the golden 1 center) It was pretty gross, no toilet seat covers, no paper towels and the floor was dirty. If this is how clean they kept their code secured (can't blame it on busy DOCO because it was for customers only) bathroom I don't even want to think about how sanitary there kitchen is. After I used my shirt to dry my hands and to turn the doorknob to get out, my daughter needed to use it. I asked the cashier at the front counter if we could get some paper towels and toilet seat covers because the bathrooms were out, she asked another girl and the girl looked at me, looked away and shrugged her shoulders as if to say, oh well. We were the only people in there so they weren't busy but she obviously didn't care so the cashier asked another girl who looked around the store. Grabbed what I thought were supplies and headed for the bathroom. As soon as she came out of the bathroom my 9 year old went in to use it. After she was done my daughter told me there was still no toilet seat covers and no towels. WTH?! I know I saw her go in there with at least a new toilet paper roll, the wrapper is in the trash so at least she did that but what about paper towels to try our hands or toilet seat covers to cover the seat? How do THEY dry their hands after they use the restroom? How do they get out of the bathroom without touching the doorknob because I'm pretty sure that was the only bathroom in the store. Anyways... I wish I can leave a harsher review than this, but if nothing changes, it'll stay this way as a reference for those ever coming into this place with a BOGO. Your management at the Golden 1 Center doesn't understand the concept of BOGO. Uneducated employees and the actual manager themselves that can't understand the terms and conditions on the card explicitly stating you buy one to get one free. The management originally only gave me one drink and told me to pay for the second one suggesting that the card was meant to be used 6 times in order to get the promotion. However, the fundraiser card implies you buy one drink and get the other free and that you can use it up to six times. After I refuted that statement from the employee and manager he allowed me to get my second drink by ringing up the drink again but suggesting I pay the difference for the second drink, even with the bogo card. In other words, the response I got back was told to pay for the difference for the second drink and for the card to be used 6 times in order to be qualified for a BOGO. I should not have to argue over a simple concept let alone waste my time nor pay anymore money out of my pocket for a drink that should've been given to us already. Extremely disappointed and angry due to the incompetence of common sense knowledge and the attitude for the employees over there. read more

Super annoyed with this location and it's online orders. Second time this has happened where I've ordered a drink on their app and get there and a main ingredient is missing. My number is on the order, they could simply call and ask if I want to switch it or something else instead of just making it and me having to deal with it. Ordered an Aloha Pineapple and when I get there they said they didn't have pineapples so it was made without it....I let it go and just drank it...now today I order a drink that has lemonade (seriously the only reason I ordered it) and they say they ran out so made it without it. It's HORRIBLE without the lemonade and when I'm spending $10 for a drink it sucks to not have it made properly and no one bothered to call or even ask me when I arrived there if that was ok...it was basically an "im sorry deal with it" attitude. I really like this location, but two of the employees sort of bully me when I purchase Jamba Juice at this location. I don't know their names but they are both male and mixed race, AFRICAN AMERICAN/White. They start out friendly, and then begin to toy with me with sarcasm and inappropriateness while they are ringing me up, and preparing my drink. They actually think I am going to put up with that kind of treatment after paying 9 Dollars for a beverage! They think my name is hilarious, so they actually respond when they call my name for my drink with disrespect and sarcasm as well. I contacted the Jamba Juice manager by phone today, I also sent a customer feedback email to Jamba corporate via the Jamba Juice website today. I am also leaving this review on Yelp. I am certain they will be spoken to. I am also full Black, I got the impression that that is the reason they have been toying with me. I take myself very seriously, and I also like myself a lot, I don't but up with bullshit like that in my regular life, there is no way I put up with that type of stuff from a stranger being paid on the clock to prepare products that I am paying for.
