Came here 9:30am and I was able to place my order and leave fast. I am glad it's open little earlier on Fridays. My go to is always any of their veggie smoothie with soy protein powder booster for my healthy nutrient dense breakfast and I switch it up with their oat meal. Their oatmeal is one of the best it's not one of those sliced flakey oats it's the whole oats. I love coming here. My only wish is that it was open early everyday like it used to be. I don't skip breakfast and for me smoothie is a my breakfast. I don't see it as dinner. I'm not sure when their morning hours has changed on weekdays but as a regular it did affected me quite a bit as I now have to go to other places when it's not open early. Hopefully it opens early on weekdays again during summer season! I posted picture of their hours so you can see for yourself and see what I mean. Their hours is no longer consistent as it used to be. I go to this Jamba Juice when I have the money for a smoothie the mango smoothie is my favorite they always make my smoothie quick and fast I always go here because it's next my house the staff always makes mine fast and quick which I love that because sometimes will taste sweet and good and delicious and always make me want to come back for two smoothies and it's so good and delicious I love coming here the only thing is sometimes the bathroom is destroyed which I only use the bathroom once that was it but other than that the staff has always been kind and fast and I always been greeted when I come in I love coming here I always enjoy coming here read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Jamba Juice and their smoothies, I come here almost every week since it's right around me. The smoothies are great but the workers just seem miserable. Rarely a smile or an acknowledgment. Asking them for something seems like it ruins their mood more. A little acknowledgment would be nice. I placed a delivery order this morning @ 8:30a 2lg Strawberry wild & 1lg Caribbean Passion. The order was incorrect, when I contacted the store he told it was nothing he could do about since it was a delivery order. I ask for his name he said he didn't have to provide it and that he was the on duty manager. I asked how was he going to correct the situation he to me to write a complaint. So I am. To my surprise this location is still very clean. It hasn't been open for long but it's been open long enough to see if it was going to stay clean or not (in my opinion). Cashier greeted us right away and took our order along with extra suggestions for our drinks (which I love). What I liked: -Clean -Friendly staff -accessible restrooms for customers -clean and sanitized restrooms (smells like Lysol) -There was 0 wait time -Large space What I didn't like: -parking is a disaster - Medium and Large drinks come with paper cups rather than the plastic like container cups. -Straws for Large drinks are cheap and break very easily - Large location with little to no seatings read more

The worst Jamba Juice in the area, hands down. I've had two poor experiences here- from apathetic staff to "phones being down" when there are 3-4 people on staff working. Go to the Jamba Juice in Otay Lakes Rd and you will be shocked at how professional, nice and attentive that crew is. Complete opposite here. Was craving a Jamba bowl but short on time, I went to order on the app and was disappointed they charge you a fee to order through the app. I called the store directly and they were happy to take my order. It was ready when I got there less than 10 mins later and I was in and out quickly. This store is always clean and open. New watermelon tropical bowl was so refreshing, tons of flavor and the pineapple and strawberries on top were great, not all squishy. Great location with plenty of parking available. I came in within 20min of closing. The 2 male staff were very friendly and outgoing. Not to mention very efficient with preparing my peanut butter mood smoothie. I love how kind they were despite they were cleaning and had put everything away for closing. I really enjoy my smoothie it's the best way to end my night and get some protein. Overall a positive experience I highly recommend smoothie lovers to show some love. read more

We have been here 2 times already since it opened, nothing special, if you know the menu then you know what you're there for. First time it was a regular experience, it wasn't busy at all since it was a Wednesday. Today, Friday, at 2:45 the line was to the door (6 people including us). There were only two employees and one of them was on it 100%. He was taking care of orders, gave out the mobile orders, and was on the register. All while the other employee in the back was struggling with one order that she remade like 3 times. So these 5 stars go to ALFONSO, for working hard, picking up the slack of your coworker, attending to everyone and doing it all while still being professional. If the manager reads this, I hope they give recognition where it is due. Oh, and my smoothies were good, try the pink star. read more

The guy who makes the smoothies or drinks customer service is TERRIBLE. Watch you stand at the register doesn't speak didn't even offer to assist you. Don't work in customer service if you don't have the decency to assist a customer. Which has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. read more

There are hard red indissoluble shards in our drink that resemble plastic. We called to see what they are and if we can be helped. The workers said it's just a strawberry and they probably accidentally added it to our Apples and Green drink but we mentioned that everything about these bits that are sitting at the bottom of the drink can't be a strawberry. They offered no other help or options. I find it more likely a tool they use broke into the blender or they just used a dirty blender to make our drink. We just had to throw the drink away. read more
