The girl I spoke to Sammy didn't understand that I was asking what the price was for a small compared to a medium When I arrived my Togo order wasn't in a Togo bag. I had to ask for the bag and utensils When I went for my first bite of açaí it was only granola and fruit no Acai. They didn't bother to make sure the açaí was all one layer but felt that it being off to one side was fine and servable. They took over 10 minutes to remake it. I got there at around 10:30 and my order was ready at around 10:40 which is pretty fast for an açai bowl. they have a bunch of tables and chairs to sit so you can enjoy your bowl inside, but they have a bench outside if you wanna eat it outside. read more

I really liked this place, as they had a lot of options and the service was really friendly. They quality of ingredients in the bowl seemed really good. But the reason I give it three starts and not four is because my bowl seemed to have more quinoa than anything else. There was only three slices of chicken, and about a 1/4 cup of greens, and about a couple table spoons each of radish and avocado. For $20, I would like to get more ratio balance of grains to protein to veggies. I didn't try the wraps or acai bowls, but both of those looked good quality so maybe I will try those next time. read more

I ordered through Uber eats and the service was very fast, my order was packed neatly, and the food was tasty too. I got the power panini with chicken as my choice of protein. I added avocado which ended up not being the best idea because it made the bottom bread a little soggy, but it was fresh and had good flavor despite the undesirable texture of the bottom. Honestly not very impressive. The açaí bowls are kind of expensive for being something that I could make at home for cheaper and that tastes better. Food: I've only tried the warrior bowl from here, and it was a pretty big let down for being $16 and I could've easily made it at home with a blender. However it was still tasty and I haven't tried the smoothies or the warm food at all, so those could be good but I don't know. Service: The service was not great to be honest. The guy taking my order was pretty impatient and quite unenthusiastic. My food did come out in a decent speed, so I guess that was nice. Ambiance: I saw nothing wrong with the ambiance of this place. Though Vitality is definitely a splurge, their bowls make for a great snack or breakfast item, and they really do hit the spot. I had been a frequent visitor at one in SoCal, especially when they first opened a few years back, but this location is cute and the staff members are really nice. I did think it's strange that II was asked if it was for here or to go, when I responded, I would be eating there, not only was the smoothie served in plastic, and with a plastic straw, the Toast was as well. What a waste. Why would you want to serve avocado toast in a plastic clamshell to the table?
