I am very disappointed with the staff at this location. I go there almost every day. Today I went in and found out there juicer was broken. I understand this happens but it was the way they told me. Not very impressed with the customer service. Then to add insult to injury I mentioned I have not been receiving points on my card for the last few visits. Their replay was to say Oh...I thought that got fixed. No offer to comp or upgrade since they kmew they had an issue. My suggestion would be addtional training. read more

Amazing is the best word to describe Jamba Juice. I love their smoothies and their staff is always so helpful and kind! Hands down my favorite place to stop when I come to Scottsdale. Their smoothie shop is always clean and smells delicious. My smoothie is always perfect as well. read more

I've heard great things about Jamba Juice, and have never been (not in CT, NYC, or AZ), so we went today after I found a Groupon and finally tried it out. I really liked my juice alot, along with the wheat grass shot, and my husband liked his smoothie, but I used my Groupon on my juice, ordered and was charged for a large, and was given a small. I didn't take a receipt initially as my drink was free, but I know I ordered a large and was given a small. It might seem petty, but I just wish that they were more conscientious when orders were being placed, as we were 2 or 4 customers the entire time. I took a copy of their juice "menu", as I want to try to make some of them at home in my juicer, but the ingredients were so fresh... I would definitely go back to one, but a different one, and one closer to home. read more

Don't expect your order to be correct. While I was waiting (15 min)they managed to mess up 3 orders, had people tasting smoothies to see if they were theirs as they forgot to label what they were making, then had to remake drinks for those who had just had theirs tasted by mistake or because they left out ingredients. Smoothies were being made out of order so people who had ordered more than one had to wait while they figured out where the others were. Complete chaos, so be prepared to wait a long time when its busy and make sure they made it correctly before you leave, or better yet find another location. read more

This is the ideal spot for a nice smoothie shop... unfortunately the smoothies are very sugary and not as "healthy" as other smoothie places in the area... What are the healthier options? Is there any protein that doesn't make my smoothie have a grainy texture?! Otherwise the employees are nice and my smoothie is usually ready pretty fast! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. After several visits I give up! They consistently give drinks to people who arrive later, ahead of people who placed their order several minutes earlier. Today I got cutoff in the parking lot by a crazy parent with a brood of 3 hanging from their windows. I place an order for one drink and their order for several drinks is served ahead of mine. What?!!!!!!!!! The people making the drinks knew what they were doing. They seemed to be upset to be working. While I love the smoothies and am a frequent customer, I'm really sick of the lack of customer service at this specific location. They always ask for my name, every time, but refuse to call it when my order comes up. The name I give them is Michael. Not that hard to remember or pronounce. But when I tell them, they seem puzzled and won't smile at me or talk to me any further and then hesitate before calling out my drink order. And yet, they always seem to call everyone else's names just fine. I don't wanna jump to assuming its transphobia, but... it's starting to feel really upsetting to me. Definitely not worth a return visit. The wheatgrass juice was average at best, and for $4.31 for 1.5 ounces, (they fill a 2oz plastic shot only 3/4 full), it's over priced. Compared to whole foods market where I get 4oz for $5.15 and stronger tasting, whole foods is the best. read more

Oh jamba... first of all some background. I have been coming to this locations for 10 years. As a 23 year old that is a big deal for me. I have never had a company that provided a product consistently at a reasonable price other than jamba juice, so i thought. My sister worked here for 2 years and i am friends with a handful of now previous employees. The customer service is horrific, when i walk in and ask for the order that i called in, if you dont hear me you could simply ask "Excuse me sir i missed what you had said" instead i got "WHAT?!" Now i get it with the blenders running it can get pretty noisy, and had i been an elderly person whom may have a hard time hearing i could understand you yelling at me. However i am very obviously a young man with great listening abilities and would've heard yoh no problem had you just repeated yourself in the same tone. Not that you knew this but i work in a professional kitchen and am very skilled in tuning out background noise to communicate. As for the next part this is what really set me off and decide to never come back. I called in my order because i was on my way to work and assumed that if i called my order in i would be in and out. Instead after moving past the fact that im paying to be treated like on of your home girls, i stand at the juice pick up waiting for nearly ten minutes watching 3 girls continue workiing around me. I was the only customer in the building and you could easily finish the dishes after i leave a satisfied customer. However i stood there waiting for a drink that i knew was already made sitting in the cooler as the person making the drinks wiped down her station. I had to go back to the register to find the girl that checked me out on her phone and when she was done she looked up at me and i had to ask if my drink was ready or if they needed to make it. Ever since Haley Hinds left the management has been on an exponential decline. At least when Stephanie Hasse worked there the other employees worked their butts off because fore mentioned employees created an enviroment of almost retail proportion. I've been coming to this location regularly for about a year. They've always been really fast, the staff is great, they always suggest the best stuff, and the place always looks CLEAN. However, it seems like these last couple of weeks, things have completely gone off the rails. They are no longer fast, they are no longer friendly, the place no longer ever looks clean. Staff attitudes range from indifferent to completely unsatisfied with their jobs. I'm not sure what's going on, but it also seems like they always have different managers working. I've asked for the general manager on multiple occasions and they only ever tell me that he's not in, or they have yet another new one. I'm not going to lose all hope for this place yet. I have much to thank for this Jamba Juice. I just hope they can get it together soon, and get things running as smoothly as they were before. If that ever happens, I will gladly rescind my one star review and give them a proper 5 star review. read more

If I could give this Jamba Juice 0/5 stars I would. I generally like this location, however today the staff changed that. The staff was uneducated regarding their policies, unable to resolve an issue or even attempt to do so. I got the response "I just work here" Everyone I encountered looked miserable. No one smiled or seemed upbeat. The guy that poured my smoothie asked me how my day was and I told him "horrible" (considering what I had just dealt with when purchasing the smoothie) The guy respond after I said "horrible" he stayed quite and looked down as if not knowing what to say. Someone please tell me what kind of costumer service is that and who is training these kids? The smoothie itself was awful tasting. I buy the same smoothie every time and I know what it's supposed to taste like and what I received today was nothing close to it. It did not taste fresh or sweet. It's one thing to have an awful tasting smoothie and you deal with it because the staff is awesome and you leave with a smile on your face. BUT it's another thing when the costumer service is just as bad if not worse then that awful smoothie. Overall a horrible experience from the lack of costumer service to the disgusting so-called fresh fruit smoothie. I will not be returning to this Jamba Juice location for many reasons and will recommend my friends and family do the same. read more
