FYI - all Jamba Juices can be made vegan if you substitute out the sherbert for sorbet. YAY! This location has outdoor patio seating, heaters, music (playing over the speakers from the Baja Fresh next door, plenty of parking, and restrooms. It is located in the Vons Market plaza. The oatmeal is delicious and semi-vegan; it's made with hot water and soy milk, but the brown sugar crumble on top, is made with butter. The apple cinnamon is also not vegan due to the dehydrated milk in it. The vegan options are the cranberry/cherry, banana, or blackberry/blueberry, all without brown sugar stuff on top. Great tasting drinks, prepared fast, cashier Robbyn was very nice and suggested greens and ginger, and it was the best drink I had.

Liked this location as much as the Burbank Victory Place location!! Both very clean, fast services, perfect for me on the go person!! Though, I'm not too happy about their operation hours. I think they should extend their closing hour to a much later time more like midnight. read more

The customer service was great, however my drink was not the best. I ordered the watermelon breeze, which to my surprise tasted nothing like watermelon. Pineapple was listed in the ingredients and I was aware of this, but the smoothie tasted of only pineapple. It was my first time ordering this drink. I asked one of the workers if this drink is supposed to taste mostly of pineapple, to which he responded no and kindly offered to fix it. I appreciated gesture, but again it still didn't really taste like watermelon. I'm not sure if they're following a recipe. If they are, it should probably be adjusted seeing as the drink is advertised with watermelon being the main fruit. read more

What is Jamba Juice: Smoothy/Juice slushy of your choice for about $3.50 (depends on size you get). Think Starbucks without the coffee and fruit instead. As far as Jamba Juice goes, this place is clean and friendly. A bit busy at some hours. Parking is easy because its shared with a Vons and other shops. I always ask for less ice, and I always get it less ice. I switch mango for peach, no problem, no extra charge (reason I do that is because every time I have something with peach in it, there are a few pit pieces. That I don't like). The other day I was heading towards Altadena on job errands and i came across this jamba. Upon walking in i was greeted by all the workers. I ordered a energy bowl (the best!!!) i had many questions about their handling process because i have severe allergies to pineapple, gluten, and nuts the general manager overheard and introduced herself (Jessica) and she took care of me and handled my allergy herself i'm So grateful for managers like her that are in the front end with her employees and helping out customers like myself. Waited 1 hr for a breakfast bowl. The man was so slow to make it. There was no line yet nobody took my order for 15 minutes.

This location is an embarrassment to the chain. Three obnoxious, unprofessional, and totally untrained kids running the store. The girl at the register couldn't comprehend my order despite repeated attempts. Next came the drink maker who indicated that I was being rude, despite the fact that I was just agitated for having to say "Almond Milk" 5 times. He then proceeded to make my 1 drink out of 2 different mixers because he screwed up the recipe and it tasted totally wrong. When I asked for my money back, a second was confrontational with me...like ghetto intimidating. He spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to figure out how to do a CC refund and ultimately told me without an apology that I would need to return tomorrow because he didn't know how to do it. When I asked him to write a not on my receipt that I would get a refund, he laughed about it and handed me back the receipt with "no idea" written on it. More like "no clue or caring". Amazing that these people are employed and even more amazing that a corporate chain employed them. read more

I've never had a problem with this Jamba Juice. I always get fast and friendly service. However, when I came in this morning I was not happy to see only one person working. There was a group of us in there and the girl, I believe her name was Sara, was rushing back and forth trying to get everyone out as quick as she could. I asked her if she was alone and why. She said it's been raining and business has been a little slow. That's not a good reason to only schedule one person! I felt so sorry for her. I wanted to ask her about a drink I wanted to try but I didn't want to take long. She told me not to worry and asked about the drink I wanted to ask her about. Always curious about the kale breeze but I just never got it. She told me it was her favorite and suggested a scoop of pineapple instead of Greek yogurt. I'm so happy I listened to her, I found my new favorite! Note to the manager: schedule better! It's not right to have just one person. As for Sara, keep up the great customer service ! This is a horrible Jamba Juice. The Strawberry Surfrider did not have any flavor. It tasted like sugary water. There are many other Jamba Juices that are superior to this one. Do not come here. This place is horrible. You will regret coming to this Jamba Juice. read more

Great, convenient location right off of Fair Oaks. Parking can be a little tight, but worth it for a refreshing smoothie after a Rose Bowl run or jog around the neighborhood. I'm usually here more often during the summer months, but stop by for a quick wheat grass shot every now and again. Good service and clean venue keep me coming back. read more

Came here a few weeks ago to try out the Chili Mango Smoothie as recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Being served by Davis was great too since I don't usually engage in conversations with employees when waiting for my drink. Service is usually very slow here and when we went in to get a ginger shots at 8 pm, they turned us away saying they already sanitized the machines. Already? We had to drive all the way to jamba juice in Pasadena, Lake ave to get our ginger shots. :( read more

This Jamba is one of the better ones I go to. Drinks are always made well & great service too. I believe it was Davis that helped me out and made my drink. He made me a Razzmatazz smoothie that was blended well with great flavor. He had a positive attitude that felt welcoming. I will come back to this Jamba more often. read more

Visiting my hometown two weekends ago. So happy to see JJ is still around. Love this place. Walking distance from where we used to live. A frequent customer here when they first opened ten years ago. We normally buy food next door (Baja Fresh) eat outside the sitting area with a smoothie from Jamba Juice. I was impressed with the same "good" customer service. So i've been coming to this Jamba for a good couple years now just because I really liked the service and atmosphere that this location provided, but in the last two or three months it seems like you guys just don't care anymore. Today really made me decide that I wouldn't be coming here anymore. I was waiting in line for a good 15 minutes while the cashier, didn't catch her name but she had glasses and a green shirt, was helping another customer out the whole fifteen minutes?! She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all and the only thing the customer she was helping left with was a gift card! During this time, a girl who i'm assuming was a manager just by the fact that she was wearing a black polo was standing there washing dishes not stepping in to help once. The only one who seemed to know what they were doing in this place was the girl making smoothies(orange shirt) she managed to make everyone's drink which was good but the other two, what the heck is wrong with them??? i think this cashier needs either extra training or a new job cause this was just terrible. And the manager that was there needs to be taught some leadership skills cause you have to be clueless to not notice the hold up. read more

Love coming to this location versus the Alhambra one . Love the people there . Everyone is so nice and friendly. I came into the store with a cold and didn't know what to order . Daevin suggested an orange c booster and man was I better the next day ! I'm so glad he suggested that drink . He even made the drink under two minutes! This Jamba Juice service is not very good, I work in the south pas area and frequent this jamba juice, my fiancé ordered his drink and asked for it in a bigger cup, I don't know what the big deal was but the worker completely refused and argued with my guy even tho he paid for extra sherbet! Most jamba juices automatically put it in a bigger cup when you ask for it and are charged for extras without having to be asked. That guy with hair that's slicked back that works on Tuesday afternoons sucks. And my drink was nasty! 2 stars because the other lady working was pleasant. read more

I got a terrible value and false advertising here. I ordered a 12oz Great Greens, and was told about their Rewards program. I signed up for the program so that my purc could start accumulating points. However, when I saw no points posted to my account, I was told that it was because I signed up after I paid. This was not stated to me before I signed up. In addition, the juice I got was almost all foam. When the foam went away, the actual juice was probably only 4oz. read more
