I walked in at exactly 9pm and on the website it says they close at 10 as well as on the door. we tried walking in and the doors were locked with the lights on and there were two workers closing up, one with blue hair and a piercing on her nose with bleached eye brows and i couldn't see the other one. i knocked to see why they were close and both girls hid until i knocked again and she opened the door then rudely said they were closing early. read more

Thankful that this location is open fairly late. After a workout, it's nice to fill the tummy with something on the healthier side. The menu seems to grow or change every so often. I'm not much of a regular guest here, so the lack of regularity may attribute my sense of menu variety. Lol. So, nestled next door to Blaze Pizza, you can balance out healthy with a pizza. Upon entering, the employees are welcoming with a boisterous "welcome" as you come in. The line was very short when I arrived, probably attributing to the closing hour of the store. There were only 2 guests ahead of me. I ordered a large Apples and Greens, just costing short of $7. Healthy = $$$. But the sign did say 3 servings of fruit/veggies. I wanted to leave this location a review because I see how hard the ladies in there work and they're always so welcoming to me! It is a pretty small location so it can get a little busy in there and wait time can run longer depending on how many people are in line but it's out of their control. The manager stole my refund! I noticed I was over charged after I paid. I asked for a receipt and sure enough I was overcharged. I brought it up with the manager and he spent a good minute on the kiosk and told me my refund will appear on my credit card on Monday. I gave it a week and did not see a refund. I contacted customer service via email on the website and they put me through to the store manager. She responded that I was given cash which was not true. I asked if they can simply refund the difference back to my credit card but she refused and told me I have to go back. Honestly I don't want to step a foot back into any Jamba Juice. I appreciate how late this Jamba Juice is open and I'm happy that service has been pretty consistent every time I go here to get my juice or smoothie fix. The location is good considering how close it is to Plaza West Covina and Blaze Pizza. My personal favorite drink is Apples N Charge, which isn't for everybody. You can never go wrong with a White Gummi Bear smoothie, especially on a hot day. read more

Let me start off by saying I'm very disappointed in the response I got from Claire, the manager at this location. My order was labeled incorrect so the wrong orders were disbursed and by the time we realized it, it was too late. Claire's original response was that they can't do anything since they made the right drinks, I then asked, "What if they had a food allergy?", her response was, "That would be unfortunate!". The only unfortunate thing was her bad attitude and terrible customer service. It saddens me that this is what Customer Service has come to. read more

Made an order online. Said my order would be ready at 9:53. Showed up at 10 for it and was told come back in 5 min. That's not too bad, but the thing that really got me is the lady telling me this is on her personal phone having a personal conversation with someone. So imagine that, my order isn't ready because she's busy with all kinds of ordered. But she's walking around doing everything with one hand while holding her phone with the other. Staff very rude to customers. They need to have a better signage on how many customers are allowed inside. There's a sign of only 4 people allowed inside, not specific on whether it includes employees (as there were 4 employees inside already). We asked the question, "how many people are allowed inside?". An employee then screams "only 4!" And we asked does it include employees, she then screams "no!!". You just lost a customer and probably future customers! This location is always a let down from start to finish. Every time I come maybe an hour before closing and I can already see patio seating and umbrellas have been taken in and clutter their lobby as I walk up to the entrance. The way the store seems lifeless and dim made me think it was in the process of closing had I not checked the window to see the hours of operation and tugged on the door to see that YES it was indeed open but the staff gives you absolutely no impression that you are welcome to this establishment. (Mind you, it was 9:23pm when I walked in and this location closes at 10pm.) I had to have been standing in the lobby for almost two minutes before I was greeted with a meager, "what do you want?", from the rude girl with the piercings who was not happy to be interrupted from finishing up her dishes. Given the impression that I am being rushed as she piercingly stares at me with a scowl, her expression a mix of resentment and disinterest, I hurry to order. My first choice, a Cucumber Orange Cooler, was declined. I was told the machine to make it was off already. BUT A FULL FORTY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE? And not only that but all their pastries were already bagged in ziploc bags in their display, giving the impression that those too were unavailable. Rather than the juice I was craving I ended up ordering a Strawberry Surf Rider as well as four other drinks for my family. While being rung up I was told I needed to sign as is procedure for orders of over $25 at most establishments but rather than being handed the receipt and pen it was left on the table as the girl behind the counter turned away and rushed off to finish my drinks. Alright I get you're in a hurry but where is your sense of integrity to acknowledge the customer as more than just a nuisance! As I waited in the lobby for my drinks I take notice of the mess before me. The floor was filthy and the tables weren't even clean. Chairs were out of place and napkins and crumbs everywhere. If you're going to close up early at least make the effort to start with cleaning the lobby area that customers have to endure while you make drinks. My drinks were finished faster than it took order everything but I could tell it was a rush job in the way she set all of my drinks on the counter without a drink carrier in consideration that I was going to have to carry these to my car. As I turn my back to the girl to leave she says nothing until I'm at the door and in the most sarcastic manner tells me to have "a REALLY great day". At this point I just want to leave and never come back, and had every intention of never setting foot in this heap again, but of course I was cheated and didn't notice until I left that I had ordered one large, a medium, and two small drinks but my medium drink was served to me as a small. Of course I wasn't going to just ignore this mistake. Not after the terrible service I had just faced to get to this point and walk away short handed. Going back in a different face came to my service as the girl glinted at me antagonistically from the back continuing to do her dishes. This very tired looking guy asked me what he could do for me and I explained that I'd ordered a medium and had him print me a copy of my receipt to prove it, which I wasn't offered during my initial transaction. He simply offers to make a new one and I go along with his offer. He makes it, I grab my compensation drink and make my way and hear the rude girl in the back ask him "what did HE want?", and that was the last thing I heard before the door shut behind me. Honestly, this is a picture of how this establishment always seems to be whenever I come for my evening fix of juice. Sloppy, rushed cleaning job done sometimes as early as two hours before close on a few of the occasions I've come by people who really don't want to be there and don't save any expense in showing you how much they'd rather not be there. I've only been here once at about 1 pm on a weekday. Parking was really tough to find (it share a lot with a bank and a Baja Fresh). I circled a few times, and then was able to nab a spot. Service here was friendly and they gladly made my smoothie extra thick even though I asked for it that way after I ordered. However, service was slow for the time I was there. I got in, ordered, and received my drink in about 30 minutes. Keep in mind though the slowness is not due to the staff playing around or not working. They were working their butts off, scrambling around trying to make smoothies, fresh juice, and take orders. The problem? There was only 2 of them and I think that maybe a lunch rush was too much for them. My smoothie was great and exactly as I ordered it. I suggest not going so close to lunch time though. read more

We are literally looking at as she's chatting with her coworkers about her pics. One of them points out to her that the two drinks are still in the mixer.
