Absolutely poor service and over charging. If you're unfamiliar with pool upkeep they will take advantage and makeup excuses to BS the poor quality. I usually handle the pool upkeep for my mother as to save cost and have it done right. This summer I've traveled a lot and been busy with work and events. So, my mother decided to go with this company to service the pool weekly. Now keep in mind though it's not my business to service pools, I've personally been keeping up the pool for the last 4 years and well versed in what's needed for this pool. My mother had this company do the pool opening and weekly service. Unaware of what is needed to be done specifically, she sort out by cost. She didn't understand why some pool companies charged $500, but this company only charged about $250 for the pool opening. This is why she chose to go with them, believing they were more reasonable in cost. To all pool owners who don't have the time and or know what to do for pool openings, cheap isn't the way to go, I'll explain. Once the pool cover is removed, all parts and appliances reattach, water level is adjusted, and any debris removed if any... You still have to pH balance the pool and add any additional chemicals depending on the stat of the pool, which cost $$$ outside of the $250 pooling cost. And as expected in total cost more than $600 with this company. Companies that charge $500 include the cost of additional chemicals as a flat rate, so you'd save $100 plus. When my mother informed me she went with this company and what they were charging her, I decided to do the balancing myself and adding of chemicals, to save cost. Now it was just weekly upkeep. They charged $70, which isn't bad, but once again doesn't include chemicals. Chemicals is where they get you. But not only that the quality of work. Every Thursday I had make a stop just to check the work because my mother was constantly complaining about the pool. Once in a blue moon it would actually look good but other times I'd end up doing additional work because it wasn't done properly. Come to find out it wasn't always the same group of guys doing it, so it was a luck of the dice who came and if it was worth it. The final straw was this. It's a salt pool so bags of salt are needed to produce pure chlorine. Being that it's been a hot summer the salt evaporates quickly and bags are needed weekly. There is a salt machine that'll give you your readings as to where your levels are and if you need additional bags. So they told my mother she needs 3 bags at $15 a bag, when you can get a bag for $9 at your local pool supply store. When they came to service the pool they, "added" 5 bags and charged my mother over $150 in charges. Now mind you, this was done on a Thursday morning, I couldn't make it to do my check for her. Friday evening I show up, more than 24 hours has past and the pool is greenish, cloudy, and just horrible. I had to clear out some debris, and shock the pool just to see it clearly. Saturday morning Crystal clear but the bottom of the pool is black with dirt and settlement, which should of been vac during the "weekly service". I called the company to complain on my mother's behalf, and the lady tell me it's settlement after they brushed, which takes 24-48 hours to settle... to any and all pool owners who have brushed their pool, it doesn't take more than an hour or so for debris to settle. Plus why would you brush after a vac rather than before (to loosen dirty etc) being that the debris, algae, whatever is what the vac is used to remove. She spoke as though I had no idea of the process and what was needed. And to make matters worse, a complete disregard to the complaint. If you're looking for quality work and a professional company, this is not it. Their prices are low to lure you in and then hit you with over changing chemicals and actual service. You're better off watching a few YouTube videos and doing it yourself or looking elsewhere. Best of luck in your search and watchful for scams. read more

Terrible and unreliable. Wouldn't recommend. Employees are inexperienced. If you want you pool clear with no issues call another company.

These guys came to my home to open my pool...they caused damage and when I called the office to complain, the owners answer was "my guys work long hours and they came to you late, stuff happens". You can be guaranteed I will have the repairs made and if there's anything left after I pay for the repairs I'll send it to them! DONT call these guys! read more
