Unfortunately, the suit ended up in what I thought was an unrecoverable condition. It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. Every single one either refused outright or gave me that look like it was done. At that point, I had basically accepted the loss. Then I found Zeppelin Cleaners last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. That alone already told me something was different about this place. When I brought the suit in, they didn't panic or brush me off, and they didn't make unrealistic promises. They assessed it like professionals. You could tell they actually understood fabric composition, construction, and stain treatment at a technical level. Here's where it gets crazy. They had it ready by the very next day. When I picked it up, I genuinely couldn't believe what I was looking at. The suit didn't just look clean. It looked better than when I originally got it. The fabric texture was fully restored. There was no visible staining or discoloration. The wool integrity was intact. The cupro lining looked smooth and untouched. There was no warping, no shrinkage, and no stiffness. The suit was properly pressed and held its structure perfectly. They didn't just clean it. They brought it back to life. If you understand how sensitive wool and cupro are, especially after heavy contamination, you'll understand how impressive this result really is. This was a high-risk job that multiple other cleaners would not even attempt, and they handled it flawlessly. The customer service was just as impressive. They stayed open past closing just for me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who took my clothes (a small sample size of everything I needed to get cleaned) and was incredibly cheerful and helpful the entire time despite it being early in the morning. I did appreciate the text, however, I am also worried that there could be moments when a text could get lost in the shuffle either due to my busy schedule or that I just see the text and forget. I wish that they had also done a follow up call. Then again, I picked my order up on the morning of day 5 so, maybe, if I hadn't done that they would have given me a follow up call. A couple times other people tried to take my clothes out of the dryers not knowing I was right there. Plus, forget it if you need to use the bathroom because it isn't open the public. The sink they have also doesn't really work so if you get any soap on your hands there is no place to wash them. However, the place was close to home so we put up with it. They have TVs but it is usually never on anything good but there were places to sit down (although not very many). One time they actually had sports on and we were watching the game and the manager came in and turned it to another station. We were the only ones in there at the time doing laundry and were clearly watching so it is obvious that the TVs are not there for customers but for the manager's entertainment (I believe this was after the new owners took over.) The first new owner was very nice and said they would be getting new machines and improving the place, which was great considering the old ones didn't do a good job at washing or drying and the place was always dirty. That day the place was actually clean. After the new machines were installed we met another person that said they were the owner. This was a very bad experience. Even though they had new machines they didn't wash clothes well. They took out all but one bench to sit, so you basically have to stand the entire time you are there. I told my husband that we were never going back after that. So happy that the new owner made us not to want to go back because we found a new place. Didn't expect much after this place. To say we were in awe of the new place is an understatement. Very clean. A bathroom for the public. A sink that actually works (just tested it but didn't use). Great machines that do exceptional well at cleaning and drying clothes. They have machines that easily wash comforters to perfection. A special machine for cleaning sneakers. Lots of chairs. Great folding tables. Now we actually look forward to doing our laundry.
