My husband found this place when we deplaned in Dallas Airport. When we got off the plane, we went to the right instead of the left and ran into a California pizza, kitchen, vending machine, and a farm fresh vending machine and then when we look to the left, there was adjacent's deli. He ordered the Reuben sandwich and took it to go so that he could eat it in the terminal at the gate. The sandwich looked delicious. It seemed to have a lot of meat in it and he said it was good. He had a half sandwich left because it was such a large portion. If you're interested in getting a deli sandwich, this is the quickest way to get one from gates 11 to 20 in the southwest terminal at Dallas Love Airport. If you had the other way, it's gonna be a long walk to find a deli sandwich place. They also serve salads and the salads look really good. If I were hungry at this stop, I would definitely get something here. read more

I decided to delete the first review. It was 5 stars and input the cashiers name in it. I'm knocking it down to 2 stars bc of the following: Alrighty...I had to edit my review because u I came back to order another sandwich. I watched how another customer was treated better than me when I was sooo nice to the workers. The cashier offered the woman a discount out of no where. Didn't ask me if I wanted it. Even during my second order, she didn't ask me. I had to ask her about it. Then, I realized she didn't give me the sandwich I ordered due to language barrier. I didn't realize the entire time she was not understanding me. The sandwich was good, but it wasn't the panini that I ordered. However, I went back and ordered another one for my son bc it was good. Then, I realized she never gave me a bag for mine. I didn't even realize they had bags. She gave me a bag for the second order. For the airport it was real quick service. The girl at the register was very nice. It was reasonably clean and quiet especially for a airport. The sandwich I got was called the meat eater it was a roast beef with mozzarella. To tell the truth I have had better roast beef from the store. And Arby's is way better. To pay $13 for a small tortilla, one slice of cheese, one slice of turkey, a piece of lettuce and two tomato slices is CRAZY!!!! I asked for NO RANCH, but it was smothered in it. I stopped in around 5:15am to grab a bite before hopping on my plane and as soon as they opened their gates people *calmly* flooded the store! Even with so many people going in quickly, they still got my food out very fast! I ordered the Club Royale with a small drink (sweet tea) and it was tasty. When I've had Jason's Deli before outside of the airport, I believe this sandwich is toasted and this time it was not-- that would have been the only thing I would have changed about my experience! I was very surprised at how fresh the ingredients were here considering it's in an airport terminal. I honestly did not have my expectations set very high but the food here was just as good as you can get from any Jasons Deli on the street. Take a look at the "California Club" I paid $10 for in the attached photo. No, I am not a giant. That is a regular sized hand. This sandwich is BITE-SIZED. And besides being tiny, it's not fresh, squished, old flat lettuce, totally dead and disgusting tomato slice....just really poor quality. It didn't take long so I assume it was premade. And looks like pre-made 2 days ago. Avoid this place. It's awful. Jason's management should be TOTALLY ASHAMED. Now I won't stop at a Jason's Deli anywhere after this. I am not so sure if the cashier/manager was having a bad day or not or did not like me for some reason. But he gave me a little attitude when all I just wanted was the sandwich. He asked me if I wanted cookies or chips and I said no. Then, he responded you do not want chips, no cookies and you do not want nothing. I stopped by Jason's Deli a few weeks ago at the Dallas airport. Unfortunately I was trying to fix this issue by emailing corporate but never received a response. But wanted to let the good Yelpers know of this issue. I ordered a Club Royale sandwich and was charged for extra cheese, which I never ordered. I said I wanted my sandwich plain with no toppings- nowhere did I ever say I wanted extra cheese. Unfortunately I didn't see this issue until I left (it was, after all an airport and folks are coming and going). I checked my receipt and saw the extra charge of $1.40. To me this is a total scam. You charge customers extra when they don't order it and since most are in a hurry, they aren't checking receipts. I attempted to contact corporate office with the issue and have still not heard back. Beware that they will up charge you on something you never ordered! read more

Inhumane hour of the morning but a series of long flights ahead. Best to grab a good breakfast so here I was at Jason's Deli in Love Field. Almost none in line and service was very fast. I ordered an egg and ham sandwich and an OJ. It was bagged and in my hand in no time. Of course I wish it hadn't cost so much! Ouch! Then again, Airport Terminal food is seldom a bargain. My flight's gate was next to the common tables in front so I grabbed one and put the tasty toasty sandwich in my belly. I hadn't eaten at Jason's Deli since 1995, so when I was flying home to Seattle from Dallas, I had to take advantage of the opportunity to get a taste of my hometown. The employee at the counter was super nice and really funny. He seemed to enjoy his job and didn't even blink an eye at the fact that I had to take a few minutes to study the menu. I'm sure that the menu here is much smaller than the regular stores, but I really enjoyed my club sandwich. The location was literally right next to my gate (Gate 13) which made it super convenient. I only ate half of my sandwich and enjoyed the rest when I got home. I paid about $20 for a sandwich, chips and a drink, which sounds high but really for the airport, it was pretty reasonable. I would eat here again (I picked it over my beloved Chili's since I'd just eaten at Chili's the night before), but I am hoping that someday I get to try a "real" Jason's Deli. The seating in the airport location was much better than I expected and it was a nice way to spend some time waiting for my flight. read more

I normally don't rate chains but I'm not sure if Jason Delis routinely serve breakfast. The breakfast burrito came with egg, cheese, choice of breakfast meat and onions / peppers. I asked about salsa, they didn't have salsa but they did have Cholula hot sauce. The breakfast burrito was a little bigger than the McDonalds breakfast burritos which are significantly cheaper and about the same. In face you could get 2 breakfast burritos, hash brown and coffee cheaper than one breakfast burrito here. It was good just a really bad deal. read more

Well... a couple of those places just aren't good. Jason's Deli is on the way to Gate 17 across from Chili's. I ordered the Club Royale. This Is ham, turkey, and bacon on a croissant. I've been to my fair share of delis over the years and Jasons has always been on the more expensive side of thing, but you can always expect a pretty good sandwich....until now.. while traveling through Dallas on businesstonight (around 9:35), I was in the mood for a sandwich, but didnt know which one.....so I consulted the picture menu/ kiosk and thought the Club looked good...and so I ordered it....and a fountain drink.....It was then I noticed that the staff had barricaded off all of the tables, forcing you out into the airport common area....which wasnt as terrible as the sandwich was! (see pic)..... What i received was a crude rendition of a Club sandwich which looked nothing like the menu. Two slabs of turkey and ham with the tail end of the tomato and some wilted lettuce. I understand they were closing in another half hour, and I dont mind paying for a premium sandwich.....but this was ridiculous!...I heard there is a burger flipping robot in the marketplace, and look forward to the sandwich making cousin going into production...and this restaurant owner should too!! read more

Ordered a quick Mediterranean wrap while at the airport and was honestly disappointed. The first big flaw is that the menu screen above the counter only shows pictures of the food and not the ingredients, leaving the customer to ask the cashier about the ingredients in each item. I ordered the Mediterranean wrap and a soda. When I got my wrap, which was fairly quickly, I opened the wrap and immediately noticed that the wrap was not well-wrapped and was slightly open on the slides and completely open on the top and bottom. It looked more like a taco than a wrap. When I tried to close it myself, I noticed the tortilla was stiff and not bendy at all. I tried to pick it up quickly to just eat it anyways and the wrap began breaking and falling apart immediately. I'm sure this is because the tortilla isn't actually cooked it's just wrapped cold. I didn't end up liking the wrap in the end because of the struggle to eat it and also because I didn't realize it has multiple olives in it. I had only asked the cashier about the meat. read more

Wanted to find a sit down place with plugs to work a little bit and saw this has light flavor sandwich with fruit cup + drink combo. it was a great choice for me. traveling out for a week and finally heading home I feel like having something light. flavor was great, I ordered breakfast wrap, fresh, and hot and delicious just what I needed. fruit cup instead of usual chips is wonderful. with friendly staff and the place is clean with DIY drink station. highly recommended read more
