A $16.00 BUrger Lone Ranger served on a paper plate.
    Steve B.

Sat outside, server asked if I needed a menu took over 5min to get one as I watched him grab one from the patio then went inside with it 5min later he comes out saying "oh the menus are inside" (WTH). I got no refills on water he did not ask if I wanted another beer the burger did not come out with the Fries the check back was lame. The burger I ordered was the Lone Ranger (something) looked very sad wimpy lettuce and sauce not spread on but glooped on the burger. For $16.00 I expect something for me to say "That looks GREAT" and the DAMN meal is served on a PAPER PLATE. I know it's about cutting costs but for the price for a SAD BUGER you would expect the meal to be on at least a plastic plate. I the one main thing that PISSED me OFF is when the server called me DUDE. WTF!!! Has today's service from some of these servers who expects a 20% or higher tip gone STUPID? Who calls their customers DUDE?? Come at your own risk. But some will say this is the BEST PLACE EVER. (REALLY? Up your standards)

It's been a long time since I ate at Jasper's. Three years ago I devoured a grass fed bacon burger because it was the bomb. Today I had the German Sausage with sauerkraut, it was nothing to rave about. My grandson had a small cheese burger with tater tots, he ate his entire burger with no complaints, so it was probably pretty good. My brother ate the "Jiffy" burger and fries. He loved it, so did my grandson, they shared the burger. I am still skeptical about raspberry jam and peanut butter on my burger. Service was awesome! Interior was clean and organized, with its original decor.

Pros: pretty decent food, somewhat greasy but satisfying if you are in the mood for this type of food, staff is welcoming Cons: we experienced tiny flood coming from AC unit above our heads so it was kinda disappointing. Even though the water didn't go into my food it was on my phone and my backpack. We also had to run from the water which was not a good experience. They offered us 10 % off.

Delicious Western burger with barbecue sauce, cheese, grilled onions, and bacon!

What a cool hidden gem!!! I was shopping in Medford and needed something to eat! I searched for lunch and Jaspers came up. If you don't know where you're going, you might miss it. My GPS took me across the street on the other side...LOL! I just ordered the Western to go. They have a small inside dining room and a bunch of tables outside. If I was not eating dinner in 4 hours, I would've gotten fries too. I drove back to Ashland and that burger held its own! It was soooooo good! Definitely worth checking out. Even though there's outdoor seating, I'd call first to see if you can bring your dog.

Like most other restaurants, the prices seem higher than we used to expect. The food is generous and tasty.

Parking was a bit difficult, but I did eventually find some parking about a half block away. I was greeted after a moment and was sadly informed that I could not have the dish I wanted. Unfortunately, the japchae sells out early, apparently. So instead, I ordered a chedda split with OG crust and an order of Mandu. The restaurant, although a bit of a hole in the wall, was lively and lots of people were waiting for takeout and eat in orders. After a few minutes, a friendly host just brought out my meal. The corn dog was huge, and the jet chain were perfectly cooked. They also had a wide variety of sausages to choose from and I picked four, mixing and matching them with my items. I was impressed! I show up with my crew of five, wanting some tasty food and fries…read more This Five Guys is like all the rest pretty much. I came in and the line wasn't too long at all. Unless you get the Little burger, you get 2 patties of meat and it's a pretty decent sized burger especially if you add a bunch of extras like bacon. This extras will cost you though and many times the cheese isn't melted at all. Added grilled onions to all the burgers. I will say the fries are good, but always order the small size, cause they over fill the cup with twice the amount and then I hear if you're eating in, and you do manage to eat all the fries, all you gotta do is ask for more and you basically get another order of fries for free! Ask for less salt on the fries though, they tend to over salt. Service is friendly and well trained, just like In N Out ... sort of rehearsed but they get the job done efficiently with a smile. My main problem with Five Guy's is the pricing vs. what you can get at In N Out or other burger fast chains especially ... I don't wanna have to spend really $19 each for a fast food lunch, though tasty enough, your money goes further elsewhere. I guess the best thing here are the fries, with those huge helpings and refills if you dine in. My crew just wanted Five Guys, since I think they know this is on the company expense account! ... good thing!
