Got here before official opening. They set us any way and got our drink orders. Super friendly. We ordered a huckleberry milkshake which was good enough just to come by for and nothing else. We also order a Pearl heart burger and onion rings. All was good. They also have a very outdoor eating area with a chalk board. Lovely garden feel. Gave us a wrong burger...was ordering for someone with allergies. regular burger no bun...got lone ranger burger no bun...couldn't eat because of specialty toppings. When I called jaspers I was ANGRY!!! For convenience I ordered 2 burgers and it cost me 41.83 including tip and they couldn't it right!!! I was told yes it's our fault but call Door Dash! The staff was super friendly and helpful for our Paleo and low carb lifestyles. The menu is full of so many good things, but don't miss out on the sweet potato fries (creamy center, crisp outside) and the apple huckleberry coleslaw. Burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked. You can tell that they make things from scratch here. This is going to be a must stop in the future. Also all the seating right now is under the trees in front. From the moment we arrived the servers attitude was awful. We should have just left the moment we arrived. My boyfriend and I were excited to try this place. We were told to choose our seats and sat outside. It took forever to place our order, in fact we had to go get the waitress just to order. The second waitress was just as rude. We ordered and our food came out alright except the milkshake we received was strawberry not huckleberry that we asked for. The milkshake was watered down and melted and not thick like a malt they advertised. The second waitress also brought our ticket out as soon as we got our food, and brought a different table the wrong ticket twice. Over priced but decent tasting. The original waitress (blue hair) had short spandex shorts on that went clear up her booty you could see everything... NOT PROFESSIONAL. Not once did we get checked on . We sat forever waiting to pay. Again not once checked on she passed and looked at us 10 times (yes we counted) , no box or anything for our left over food. They never cleared our table or picked up the check. I went up front to pay, she asked if we were ready. I said "we've been ready for a while and have been waiting to pay." She had the audacity to stare at me rudely and to make an excuse for not doing her job by saying "I didn't see your card on the table." When she didn't even come by the table once. Not once was there an apology or compensation for the ticket. There was also another table that was waiting for their order to be placed that WE had to kindly tell them they might have to go to the waitress like we did to order their food. Awful experience. Would NOT recommend. We will not be back because of the awful customer service we experienced. As a Veteran I was hoping to be treated more respectfully, instead of with rude, arrogant behavior. In a foodie era where hype has often turned on decent dishes, Jaspers delivers on its promise - an amazing burger. Today, I tried the Doc Holliday (on a buffalo burger) and something called a tumbleweed (hashbrown and corn poppers) - both were excellent. Our server was gracious and it was a perfect day to dine outside. The server asked how we wanted burgers cook and we said medium well. The burgers that arrived were medium rare (always scary with burger) and overloaded with mustard. Seriously disappointing. The server then spent a few minutes discussing dogs with another patron (no prob as her tables were well cared for) and then proceeded to pet the dog. I wondered after if she washed hands. So, it felt like a miss. This is the second trip there (their burgers are typically amazing) where food was undercooked. I don't see a return for a third try. read more

We were randomly driving by on our way to find lunch someplace, and I noticed quite a few people sitting outside eating here on a cold day....so I though, hhhmmm....must be good if people are braving the cold! So we stopped by and sat outside and someone gave me a blanket, which I used and was extremely happy they provided! I was freezing! In an effort to keep to my diet, I ordered the pearl hart salad, which had grilled chicken, mozzarella pearls, bacon bits, blue cheese dressing and a balsamic glaze. It was great! Really tasty and decent portion. My husband and kid both had burgers and they shared some onion rings and said they liked what they ordered. The place is super popular, lots of people waiting, we got lucky we found an outdoor table right away. I would definitely come back again and try some more stuff when I am in the area. Wow! I'm not a huge burger fan but this place was delicious! The quality of the meat is juicy and delicious. I got the Jiffy which had chipotle jam and peanut butter with bacon strips. It was tasty but I think I would've preferred my friend's burger. She got the Ringo when she had barbecue ranch with chili cheese Fritos with an egg as well. It was so delicious even with the jalapenos. I also got an Oreo shake which was good. The service was friendly and the waiter even sat down with us to take while ordered. Definitely a solid burger here. I forget the name of the one I got but it came with gouda and bacon and was quite pleasing. Also their sidewinder fries are (1) great) and (2) come in enormous portions. I got a small and it was at least an entire potato cut into these sort of giant spirals. Picture a big drill. Plus some great seasoning on that drill. But make that drill smaller and made of fried potatoes. read more

With out a doubt the best beef hamburgers in the Western US. Voted Best in class by the people of the Medford area year after year and I see why. The ground beef is ground fresh daily and never frozen as a matter of fact they don't even weight out or pat the patties until you place your order. The patties are cooked on a grill and when they are ready to flip over they place a small amount of water on the grill around the patty then cover it to create steam so they are grilled and steamed to finish them off making an incredibly moist and juicy hamburger. read more

We heard good things about Jaspers & decided to try it out today. Super disappointed to say the least...found a table, waited for 15 minutes before was approached by wait staff. Ordered our food, took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and after one hour asked about our food and they said it was coming soon. In the meanwhile, staff was bringing out food to the table next to us & the timing on the food wasn't right. 3/4 of the table got their food and another 30 minutes went by until they decided to bring out the balance of the rest of their parties food. They got it to go...went inside to ask about our food after 1 1/2 hours of waiting - still no food ? We watched the staff bring food to tables that they didn't even order, it was like watching a bad traffic accident - bringing the food back to the kitchen. We ended up going to Five Guys down the street & got served with in 10 mins & it was delicious! Went in for lunch and ordered a burger and the price was wrong in the menu by a few dollars. When I pointed that out the waitress had a conversation with the person in charge. She never once looked at me or addressed me or any" I am sorry for the mix up, certainly we will give you the price you saw". They did give me the lower price but who would have known since not one word was ever spoken to me. Also no one ever asked me what kind of bread I wanted so I got the crappy bun. I hadn't been to Jasper's in probably 20 years, if it's even been open that long. I decided on a patty melt on sourdough bread instead of the traditional rye. I also ordered fries and onion rings (I was super hungry). Disappointed in the sandwich because the bread wasn't even grilled it was just sort of very lightly toasted. The onion rings were greasy and I didn't like the fries, only because they were very thick and I like thinner fries. Overall, too bad because I was super hungry. read more

We are always pleased with our meals and overall experience when we go to Jasper's. Took our parents and aunt there the last time, and had our dog with us too. It was great as usual. Tried the burger with pB&J for the first time, and thoroughly loved it, as well as a small sidewinder fries and a small onion rings for all 5 of us to share... and we still took some home!
