Their wasn't really anything special about the dish. My parents ordered the Make Your Mark which included two eggs, meat, hashbrowns, and toast. They both enjoyed their breakfast. The omelet arrived well done. I forgave that but this was the blandest chorizo I had ever tasted. It was devoid of flavor and there was no hint of any kind of spice. At least the peppers and onions had some flavor. What I tasted the most was grease and that prevented me from finishing the omelet. The hash browns were crispy at least. The latte was ultra-bitter and tasted burnt -- severely burnt. I will not go back.
