I finally was able to try this recently. This place was on my list for a while. I got the Gimbap lunchbox with chicken galbi and bulgogi gimbap. This was the perfect lunch for the price. It had the chicken galbi, gimbap, tempura veggies, an banchan. I liked how there was less rice in this box. Everything was soo good from the bulgogi gimbap to the chicken galbi. It tasted freshly made! I would love to come back and try the soups on their menu. Service was great. Staff were nice and professional. Ambiance is casual.

Finally decided to try this place after passing by it so many times. Upon entering spacious, lots of seats, and windows. They have tv menu with menus on the counter. You can order through a screen as well. Ended up ordering the Jaws Combo which includes Jaws Topokki Soup + Jaws Fried Chicken + Seaweed Roll & Dumpling. I added extra quail egg and cheese. Overall it was really good and not bad at all. The flavor of the topokki is more on the sweeter side but not bad at all. I enjoyed the seaweed roll, and dumpling too. The fried chicken is really a tender - I didn't care too much for it. They played hip hop music which I enjoyed lol. Honestly really enjoyed the song choices. But yeah overall cashier was nice. Only complaint wish the water was cold or they had some ice. That's about it.

Jaws Topokki was so good that I ended up going twice in the same week. The jajang flavor was really tasty with a sweet and spicy balance, but definitely spicier than I'm used to. If you're sensitive to spice, just be aware of that. The rose flavor, on the other hand, was perfect and not spicy at all. My favorite thing on the menu was the deep fried seaweed rolls. Those were so good and I'd order them again every time. They're also very generous with portions. You get a lot of tteokbokki, and if you order ramen with it there's plenty of that too. The girl who takes orders is also really nice and sweet. She seems to really care about her job and is always cleaning up tables as soon as customers leave. Overall really satisfying comfort food and definitely a place I'd keep coming back to.

Came on a Monday night and it was pretty empty, but I noticed a steady stream of pickup and delivery orders while I waited -- always a good sign. There's plenty of seating and the space was clean and comfortable. The young lady at the counter was so sweet and patiently answered all my questions. I ended up getting a lunch box and a half order of their topokki. Everything was delicious, and I still think about that topokki. It came with a generous amount of fish cake and rice cake, and the mild spice level was perfect for me -- flavorful with just the right kick. The shrimp kimbap was sooo good, especially dipped in the topokki sauce. Such a good combo. The wait wasn't long at all either. I really hope Jaws Topokki sticks around -- I genuinely enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back.

I was looking for a quick to-go meal to bring back home and stumbled across this spot. We ordered the duo set, which includes the Jaws topokki soup and deep-fried set, along with a spicy pork wrap gimbap and a bulgogi gimbap. Perfect comfort food feast!

We got our order to-go since it was close to 9 p.m. and were told the dining room was closed, so we kept it simple and took everything home. The large fried combo was good and had a nice variety with a fried cheese stick, mandoo, potato, and squid. The chicken rice bowl was the standout for me -- really solid and probably the best thing we ordered. The gimbap was okay; I had the shrimp version, but I'm just not a huge gimbap person in general. Overall, a decent stop with the chicken rice bowl being the highlight.

YUMMM My first time having topokki soup and it was amazing! The rose topokki is soo creamy and I loved how there were so many things added (pork, quail egg, fish cake, etc). We went with the rose to be on the safer side spice wise, but we definitely could have added some more spice. The friend set is perfect to share for 2-3 people. Beef rib gimbap comes cold, but super refreshing with a nice balance of meat and veggies. Korean sausage, flavor is good but some may not like the texture. It has japchae-like noodles inside. definitely dip everything you get into the soup! Service is quick & everyone is so kind they'll definitely take the time to explain the menu and their recommendations!

I tried this first in L.A. and so happy this is here in Vegas and on my side of town! I luv gimbap and here there are sooooo many choices for a great price! They even have a keto gimbap with shredded egg omelet in place of the rice! They have a great box lunch deal for 15.99 and everything was delicious in it! The tbokki is great! I also luv how everything is boxed so cute! Easy ordering on the kiosk.

Combo-jaws topokki spice level3-sausage/soon date mix-fried combo with squid

The spice level3 just hit the spot. It was actually spicy enough to make my nose run and take a break. Sausage/soon date mix was good, street style Fried mix with squid--good not bad, but may be it was left over from yesterday, not freshly fried Topokki-flavor and spiciness hit the spot, street style but once again, may be it was frozen and reheated or left over from yesterday...even the fish cake topping was bit hard and stale I wanted to give higher rating bcs overall the flavor was good, but I question when it was made for sure not made when ordered but hours ahead...I'm a foodie, I know...

Great spot to grab a quick lunch special. The inside is cute with a couple tables, K-pop music is playing in the background. I've ordered online and in person and service was impeccable each time. The food is really good, first time I had the beef bulgogi and fried shrimp gimbap which was like a surf and turf. This lunch I tried the pork cutlet and tuna gimbap and it was tasty and fresh. I also enjoyed the salad and kimchi and tempura vegetable that came with the sides. The flavors are solid and consistent everytime. Will be back again to another plate!

Just a bad customer experience. Writing this on vacation, hundreds of miles away from Vegas lol Called in a pick up order on a Tuesday 7/15 and when my husband picked it up, he asked the lady up front if he's good to go and they said yes & he left with our order. 30 Minutes later I'm getting phone calls from the place saying he forgot to pay/he wasn't charged. Can he come back, he's already so far away from the place. I then offered to pay over the phone and was told they can't do that. They don't know how???! Ok. How inconvenient! I said maybe we can stop by tomorrow on our way to the airport or on my husband's way home but It didn't work out. I got a voicemail the day after that they figured out a way to charge over the phone. lol We then played telephone for 3 days and had multiple calls and voicemails after. There's time difference now and at this point I am so annoyed and inconvenienced. I am traveling now but we could have had this dealt with and over with the day the incident happened. I hope this whole experience is a good lesson on how they handle their customer service.

I was excited to see Jaws and try out the new Korean Tteokbokki spot in SW. Seems like more are popping up so excited for the Korean representation. The restarunt is new, open, and very clean. The ordering is done through kiosk and very easy. The selection is wider than other spots locally. The food was where Jaws fell short for me. It was good. It just wasn't very Korean. Everything was sweet, too sweet for my taste. If you like added sweetness to your Korean street food, this might work well for you. I had the Tteokbokki add bulgogi and the bulgogi kimbap. I might try again and nix the bulgogi

Daebak!! This one local korean spot i highly recommend. Taylor was out cashier and also our server she was sweet, patient while waiting for me to decide what to eat and had an accommodating personality in her. Place have good amount of table and have a bar seating on the side facing the street. What we got: Gimbap lunch box which is customizable. My son picked spicy pork belly, cream cheese gimbap, side of salad, kimchi, korean sausage, fried sweet potato. And order of Jaws topikki soup (half serving) which i think is a good potion. It was a lot even if its just half serving. Tteokbokki is so soft and chewy, different rice cakes, spicy, sweet, and savory. Barun Gimbap was also a good serving size. Blend of freshness, premium ingredients rolled in one great flavor! Eveything was delicious, tasty and excellent! Spiciness was just right where you can enjoy the flavor. Each Bite of all these food was amazing. This will definitely not my last visit here. We got a free jaws blueberry/strawberry slushy for free just by doing a review. Daebak!

Interesting menu, I typically ask the server what's your favorite? I also ask if the salad dressing and desserts are made here in the kitchen. I've had and sold enough of the pre-made. Now, my wife is Hawaiian and she's always a yes for island food, so here goes. I started with the Portuguese soup which was quite stewy and very tasty good. I'd say they sure like "the starch" my initial review of the menu. Chicken is all thigh meat, so I ordered the "trio" of chicken. That's a taste of their favorites all fried, Korean fried, katsu, and original. M went with the teriyaki which had no breading. All of my fried chicken was breaded or battered in the kitchen, so there is some inconsistency in "doneness" which is fine with me. Two very large scoops of white rice and a scoop of cold elbow macaroni salad. The macaroni salad wasn't too complex, sauce and pasta it was ok. We also tried the "famous". Lilioki beverage, okay free refills, the Orange Bang isn't my thing, the acid is too much for me lately. Everything was good, nothing great, no WoW but certainly reasonable. Next was deciding on our dessert, all made in house with the turnovers selling out fast. You can come just for the baked goods. Orders on line are kept warm in individual locker units, pretty good idea. We were taking ours home and ordered a slice each. Chantilly cake and Coconut cake. The cake was half the price of most restaurants these days. Having tasted both I'd say the cake was made by white cake mix and flavored frosting, which may be the island way, I don't know. the service was very good, every menu item was explained and service was speedy. The meat itself is their bread and butter though. That was nice. It's usually empty though, so you can get your food pretty quickly. The first time my mom and I went there, it definitely hit the spot. Service is always not the best either.

It's also a gorgeous restaurant so you feel like you are going to a nice brunch or night out when you go. They have recently renovated and it looks much brighter in there. They also have some booth style seats which is great for parties because you can have a bit of separation. Our family personally loves the back semi-private dining room in the back. Calamari, portobello fries, truffle fries, and the sweet potato fries are always crowd favorites choices for apps. I love the portobello fries the most. I have had mostly brunch here but the menus are not limited to only the brunch menu. We love ordering savory foods and then ordering a sweet brunch item to share. All the pastas are good and have a big serving. I personally haven't ever had the same entree twice but everything has always taste good here. The one thing we really really love about this place is their affordability. You get big portions and it's not going to break your bank. Most entrees are $20 and under. You do not see that a lot anymore! Service is really nice but can be a little slow sometimes. We don't feel like it ruins the experience because we're spending time with family. We will definitely be back and back again.

We asked if we could also sit at the bar, but the host told us it was closed. He even went to ask the bartender since there were already people seated there, but the bartender said no because the bar was closed. This was very confusing. If the bar was truly closed, why were two customers already sitting there? If there was a specific reason, it should have been explained instead of simply turning us away. The inconsistency made us feel unwelcome and gave us a poor first impression. I hope management can improve communication and provide a more consistent experience for future guests.
