After finding my love for coconut cloud matchas, I HAD to try out the one here after seeing photos. There are chunks of coconut at the bottom that was a nice surprise when drinking it. The matcha foam was also creamy, but the star was the coconut water! So refreshing and not too sweet either. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back here to get it again when I'm in the area.
The cafe has a detailed aesthetic that has nice illustrations and nicely decorated with illustrations and mirrors that reminds you of windows. It only had a few seating areas; so will likely be packed during peak hours. The parking is decently sized. Ordered the following: Strawberry Matcha Latte Banana Cream Matcha Sakura Matcha Latte They have a variety of drinks (even a lot of creative matcha flavors). The Strawberry Matcha Latte had fuit pieces that had a nice balance of sweet and earthy flavor of the matcha. The Banaba Cream Matcha had a creaminess with banana flavor mixed with the matcha to balance it out. The most interesting one was the Sakura Matcha, it has a soft subtle flora that wasn't so strong that it over powered the matcha. Definitely would like to try some of their other drinks.
I came here to specifically try their coconut matcha cloud. I had this place bookmarked for quite some time and was super excited to try it out. Service was excellent. The gentleman that helped us was very good at explaining the types of drinks they had. The place is quite small, but very clean and the decor was beautiful. The matcha cloud did not disappoint! It was not overly sweet and was such a special treat. My daughter got their banana cream matcha and hubby got a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both were fantastic as well. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're craving coffee or matcha beverages!

I recently visited Findi and was immediately impressed by the interior. Inside is beautifully designed with a good amount of indoor seating. I ordered the matcha einspanner at 75% sweetness. While the cream was slightly sweeter than my personal preference, the drink itself was well-balanced and enjoyable overall. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing, which felt very reasonable given the cup size. Parking was easy as well. I'm definitely interesting in trying their other drinks!
Coco Fin for the win... Wanted my coffee fix, so ordered both the coco fin for my morning, and the banana matcha for the afternoon. Coco Fin is great. Definitely on the sweeter side, so lower the sweetness if that is your preference, but espresso quality was great and coconut flavor was good. Banana matcha was good too. Matcha quality seemed good. Banana flavor was a tad too artificial for me, and this one was definitely sweet, even at 50%, so would order a different matcha next time. Didn't drink in store, so can't speak to service or ambiance, but I'll be back.

Kept seeing this on Instagram and TikTok since they were new and people were talking about their grand opening deals, which I missed but thought it would be cool to check out what the hype was about. PARKING: Shared with other businesses but not difficult at all WHAT WE ORDERED (across two visits): Banana cream matcha Banana fin Sakura matcha Matcha fin THE DRINKS: None of these disappointed. The banana cream was the perfect sweetness level, and tasted like real banana! The coffee/fin itself was exactly what I wanted from a Viet coffee - strong and sweet, though not uncomfortably so like a Lee's coffee and not too thin like at 7Leaves. The matcha was pretty good, and the matcha cream was nice and strong (probably order this at your own risk if you're sensitive to caffeine!). SERVICE: Very good, drinks didn't take too long and the baristas were very sweet. VIBES: GORGEOUS!! The pictures people have uploaded speak for themselves. Very pretty and nice for hanging out. But I actually think this place was nice for working/studying - here's my checklist from when I did some work there: * OUTLETS: Yes * WIFI/INTERNET: Yes, fairly fast * VOLUME: Pretty standard level * SEATING AVAILABILITY: The two times I went (one on a weekday and one on a weekend), there were available seats despite being a fairly small shop * BATHROOMS: Yes * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions I saw BOTTOM LINE: I'd definitely come back to get caffeinated and lock into some work!

Thanks to my Yelp friend, Jeff V. I found my way to Findi Coffee in Fountain Valley. It is located in the same shipping center as MOMS Supermarket and Tan Hoang Huong/THH Sandwiches. The inside is very cute and gives off a Parisian, chill vibe. We got the BANANA FIN and UBE FIN with oat milk. The drinks were large and at first, I thought there was a bit too much ice... however, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the BANANA FIN was. It was creamy and just right, with chunks of banana. The UBE FIN was nice and smooth, and very good as well. It actually tasted like purple yam and not super artificial, like some places. Service was good and our drinks came out fairly quickly. I will definitely find my way back to this cafe, and look forward to trying their matcha and tea. They also have a small pastry case with goodies to pair with your drink. Stay thirsty my friends!

Stopped by Findi Coffee and tried their Findi Signature Phin Coffee at 25% sweetness. The coffee had a bold, strong flavor just the way I like it. I'm not exactly sure what flavors they use in their signature blend, but whatever it is, it works--it was really enjoyable. The 20 oz cup for $6.50 is a great value, especially for the quality and size. I was too full to try anything else today, but their matcha and coconut water drinks both caught my eye, so I'll definitely be back to give those a try. Overall, I'd recommend stopping by if you enjoy a strong Vietnamese-style coffee at a reasonable price. read more
#125 in my Teaholic Diaries. Findi has cute aesthetics with a chic Parisian-inspired interior and cozy seating. They serve traditional Vietnamese phin-drip coffee as well as matchas and milk teas. I added Findi to my Teaholic Diaries instead of my Coffeeshop Chronicles because I skipped past the coffees and went straight for the milk teas and matcha. And I have to say, that was the right call. I ordered the strawberry matcha and the oolong milk tea cloud. The strawberry puree in the matcha latte was delicious, and the oolong tea flavor in the milk tea was subtle but still shone through. My friend also ordered their taro coco, but we both thought that one was gross. The coconut flavor was too overpowering and there was this bitter sour aftertaste that was pretty unpleasant. Overall though, we enjoyed our visit, sans that last drink. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Findi (I think it's a wordplay on "phin") is another independent café with a nice selection of matcha, even more so than phin-dripped coffee so I was surprised. I did try the specialty .... The banana phin is yummy, but a little too sweet for my taste. The coffee also wasn't as strong as I expected, even though it had that nice dark color. The banana cold foam is generous and tastes great!! You could order online which I did and service was good. read more

Beautiful cafe in Santa Ana! The cafe is very clean, new Parisian-style tables and chairs and pretty chandelier in the center. The baristas were friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu. We ordered the banana coffee and coconut matcha. Both were delicious, especially the banana coffee with fresh banana! Beware, the drinks are SWEET and that was already with sugar adjustments. Wish they had better/food items but I look forward to coming back and trying their other drink drinks! read more

Virgin visit to Findi Coffee. Modern space with that low-key Euro vibe. Located in a packed plaza with MOM's Supermarket and just about every other business under the sun. Patience required. UBE FIN was pretty good, bold Vietnamese coffee with a smooth ube finish. The BANANA CREAM MATCHA was smooth and creamy, banana flavor keeping balance without hijacking the matcha. The BANANA FIN was Vietnamese coffee and banana vibing hard. Smooth, bold, and balanced, with banana chunks crashing the party. Ordered it twice. Unfortunately, both came out warm and had to go back for a little attitude adjustment. HAM & CHEESE CROISSANT was good. Simple, reliable, no notes. The SMOKED BACON, EGG & CHEESE SANDWICH was excellent, same story. Friendly service, drinks came out fast, no fuss. Because they've got a small pastry case, it'd be nice if those cult-favorite cheese rolls stuck around for us night owls rolling in late morning. The service is pretty efficient and courteous, providing insight on the most popular drinks there. What we ordered + ratings below: Banana fin : 9/10 (SUPER decadent and flavorful -- best when shared like dessert; it tastes like banana pudding with high-quality and strong coffee!) Banana matcha latte with oat milk : 10/10 (the most perfect drink ever!! The banana cream top complemented the matcha pristinely) Strawberry matcha latte with oat milk : 9.5/10 (when you mix and incorporate the strawberry jam as well as the cream top into the rest of the matcha milk, the flavors truly shine) This is truly one of my new favorite spots for sweeter, fruit-flavored matcha lattes! They really nailed the consistency of the cream tops as well as the matcha and coffee bases. The moment you walk in, the vibe hits you: cozy, stylish, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to sit down, stay awhile, and forget about everything on your to-do list. I tried their coffee, boba, and tea, and honestly... everything was on point. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, the boba had that perfect soft-chewy texture, and the tea was refreshing without being overly sweet. Very cute interior and on the side of the MOM supermarket. Parking is a little tight. About 6 or so indoor tables. Staff was very nice and drinks came out quickly. Oo-Long Island: very tasty tropical oolong tea. Strong oolong flavor with pineapple but very high in sugar. Even jalf sweet was too sweet. I recommend getting their lowest sweetness level. Lychee Jasmine: jasmine was weaker but lots of lychee and lychee pieces. Very refreshing but also recommended their lowest sweetness level. Strawberry matcha: not fresh strawberry puree and closer to a Torani syrup. Matcha was okay but wouldn't recommend. Strawberry cold brew: weirdly, the strawberry syrup matched the cold brew better and balanced out the strength of the cold brew. Definitely an interesting store and cute designs. read more

We came here on a Saturday, and I will say be patient, it can be a bit busy. The cafe is surrounded by a few restaurants and a grocery store that looked like it was poppin! When you walk inside, it's simple and cute decorations, I love the pops of green (I'm a sucker for fun colors, and it was good touch) Our barista was great, he actually gave some great recommendations for drinks, even got me into trying something I would never order for myself. Speaking of, here's what I ordered! Pineapple Cold Brew - I'm that person that does love that orange juice and coffee mix, this was no exception. That bite and sweetness from the pineapple and the smoothness from the coffee was a great mix! Hot Banana Phin - Let me tell you, I'm not a fan of bananas, definitely a texture thing, but this had real bananas in it, and I actually enjoyed it. It really tasted like banana bread. Matcha Einspinner - This was smooth. It had a good matcha flavor and the cream did make the drink ultimately smooth to drink. Brown Sugar Milk Cloud - For the non Coffee drinkers, this was a fun boba drink. The boba itself had a good chew and flavor. The drink itself was on the sweeter side, but it's a good drink overall! Ham and cheese croissant - it's classic, the croissant was flaky, there was a nice balance of the cheese and ham. Perfect for a snackie. I do like this place! Especially if you're a local in the area, I definitely say check it out! read more
We went to Findi Coffee the other weekend. There is a lot of parking available but it tends to get crowded on the weekends. The Coffee shop itself has a European vibe. We tried several different drinks. First up was the strawberry cold brew. The cold brew is light and pairs really well with the strawberries. The Coco Fin was their pairing with Coffee and coconut. This was nice and smooth. The coconut gave it a nice creaminess to pair with the really smooth coffee. The Triple Matcha Latte was next. Usually having more than your fair share of matcha leaves the drink gritty but not here. A very smooth matcha drink considering the triple amount of matcha inside. Finally, the Oo-Long Island Refresher. The combination of oolong tea with pineapple and passionfruit is perfect. A great place with a wonderful selection of drinks along with friendly service will make this your new place for coffee and tea. read more
I went to Findi Coffee in Santa Ana for the first time and I'm so glad I did. I tried their signature Findi iced coffee and the banana matcha, and both were incredible. The iced coffee had that perfect balance of smooth, rich, and not overly sweet and the banana matcha was surprisingly refreshing with a natural flavor that didn't taste artificial at all! The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the vibe inside is calm but still has that trendy and cozy café energy. I'll 100% be coming back to try more of their drinks and maybe food soon! read more

This place was so elegant! I was surprised to find this gem, located in the corner of a small parking lot. The inside was clean and white, very visually pretty. My friend ordered a coffee, which they're known for. I got the Taro Coco Cloud. My drink was creamy, lightly sweet, and tasted exactly like the name says. It was like drinking taro-flavored foam, with the occasional coconut crisp to chew on for texture. There are probably other places that serve this quality of drink, but I would come back to Findi specifically for the beautiful aesthetic and calm vibe. read more

If you're looking for a peaceful, beautifully designed café in Santa Ana, FINDI Coffee is such a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a cozy little corner of Paris soft cream walls, arched mirrors that read "Mood Meets Coffee", European-style chairs, and a chandelier that adds the perfect touch of elegance. I tried several of their drinks and everything tasted so thoughtfully made you can really tell they use quality ingredients and pour love into every cup: Sakura Matcha - light, floral, and perfectly balanced. Banana Fin - one of their signature drinks, sweet and smooth with a comforting banana flavor. Lychee Jasmine Refresher (non-carbonated) - refreshing, fragrant, and super easy to sip on a warm day. Brown Sugar Milk Cloud - creamy, silky, and dessert-like in the best way. Pineapple Organic Cold Brew - tropical and bold, surprisingly good combination! Almond Croissant - crisp, flaky, and buttery; a perfect pair to any drink. The staff were friendly and kind, and the space was spotless. There's one clean restroom and plenty of seating, making it perfect for catching up with friends or relaxing solo. I wouldn't recommend it as a study spot since there aren't many visible outlets, but it's definitely a great place to enjoy good coffee and conversation. FINDI Coffee truly embodies quality, love, and heart everything from their drink presentation to their atmosphere feels intentional. Definitely one of my new favorite cafés in the area! read more

Findi Coffee - Santa Ana Finally got to try Findi Coffee and it did not disappoint! The drinks were so creative -- we ordered the Sakura Matcha, Banana Cream Matcha, and Pineapple Cold Brew. The Sakura Matcha was delicate and floral with just the right balance of matcha, the Banana Cream Matcha was creamy and nostalgic (my favorite!), and the Pineapple Cold Brew was bright and refreshing -- such a fun tropical twist on coffee. The space itself is super aesthetic, with clean design and cozy details that make you want to stay awhile. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the drinks and the vibe. Definitely a new favorite spot in Santa Ana for unique, well-balanced drinks and beautiful ambiance. read more

Came on day 2 of grand opening with no line out the door, but the line inside still extended the length of the shop. After waiting about 30 min, our drinks didn't take too long to come out (2 matcha drinks) 50% off special for the grand opening weekend. The matcha einspanner was nice and green, though the matcha flavor itself wasn't outstanding. Next time I would also ask to decrease the sweetness level. Their triple matcha is a bit different than other places ( triple = matcha latte + foam + layer of matcha powder as garnish), essentially a double matcha of other places. read more
