I've been having trouble finding decent matcha spots and have been defaulting to my usuals but got tired of those too. I was a bit skeptical to try a new place but the reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The cafe itself is aesthetically pleasing. Very cute decor and nice spot to sit. The service is quick and staff have been friendly each time I've gone. Now the drinks: I definitely enjoy their triple matcha and the signature coffee. 50% sweetness is perfect for me. You get a nice sized drink for the price and it's not watered down. After finding my love for coconut cloud matchas, I HAD to try out the one here after seeing photos. There are chunks of coconut at the bottom that was a nice surprise when drinking it. The matcha foam was also creamy, but the star was the coconut water! So refreshing and not too sweet either. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back here to get it again when I'm in the area. read more

It only had a few seating areas; so will likely be packed during peak hours. The parking is decently sized. Ordered the following: Strawberry Matcha Latte Banana Cream Matcha Sakura Matcha Latte They have a variety of drinks (even a lot of creative matcha flavors). The Strawberry Matcha Latte had fuit pieces that had a nice balance of sweet and earthy flavor of the matcha. The Banaba Cream Matcha had a creaminess with banana flavor mixed with the matcha to balance it out. The cutest boba coffee shop right by mike square park. It is classily decorated with lots of dining tables chairs. Staff here were friendly and polite. It is also very clean inside, they have free WiFi. Our drinks were great and well made. My coconut matcha cloud tea had a nice hint of coconut and the matcha was not overpowering the combo of both flavors. I also added 1 shot of espresso and it tasted delicious!! I came here to specifically try their coconut matcha cloud. I had this place bookmarked for quite some time and was super excited to try it out. Service was excellent. The gentleman that helped us was very good at explaining the types of drinks they had. The place is quite small, but very clean and the decor was beautiful. The matcha cloud did not disappoint! It was not overly sweet and was such a special treat. My daughter got their banana cream matcha and hubby got a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both were fantastic as well. I recently visited Findi and was immediately impressed by the interior. Inside is beautifully designed with a good amount of indoor seating. I ordered the matcha einspanner at 75% sweetness. While the cream was slightly sweeter than my personal preference, the drink itself was well-balanced and enjoyable overall. Coco Fin for the win... Wanted my coffee fix, so ordered both the coco fin for my morning, and the banana matcha for the afternoon. Coco Fin is great. Definitely on the sweeter side, so lower the sweetness if that is your preference, but espresso quality was great and coconut flavor was good. Banana matcha was good too. Matcha quality seemed good. Banana flavor was a tad too artificial for me, and this one was definitely sweet, even at 50%, so would order a different matcha next time. Beautiful cafe in Santa Ana! The cafe is very clean, new Parisian-style tables and chairs and pretty chandelier in the center. The baristas were friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu. Kept seeing this on Instagram and TikTok since they were new and people were talking about their grand opening deals, which I missed but thought it would be cool to check out what the hype was about. PARKING: Shared with other businesses but not difficult at all WHAT WE ORDERED (across two visits): Banana cream matcha Banana fin Sakura matcha Matcha fin THE DRINKS: None of these disappointed. The banana cream was the perfect sweetness level, and tasted like real banana! The coffee/fin itself was exactly what I wanted from a Viet coffee - strong and sweet, though not uncomfortably so like a Lee's coffee and not too thin like at 7Leaves. The matcha was pretty good, and the matcha cream was nice and strong (probably order this at your own risk if you're sensitive to caffeine!). SERVICE: Very good, drinks didn't take too long and the baristas were very sweet. VIBES: GORGEOUS!! The pictures people have uploaded speak for themselves. Very pretty and nice for hanging out. Thanks to my Yelp friend, Jeff V. I found my way to Findi Coffee in Fountain Valley. It is located in the same shipping center as MOMS Supermarket and Tan Hoang Huong/THH Sandwiches. The inside is very cute and gives off a Parisian, chill vibe. We got the BANANA FIN and UBE FIN with oat milk. The drinks were large and at first, I thought there was a bit too much ice... however, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the BANANA FIN was. It was creamy and just right, with chunks of banana. The UBE FIN was nice and smooth, and very good as well. It actually tasted like purple yam and not super artificial, like some places. Service was good and our drinks came out fairly quickly. I will definitely find my way back to this cafe, and look forward to trying their matcha and tea. They also have a small pastry case with goodies to pair with your drink. This place was so elegant! I was surprised to find this gem, located in the corner of a small parking lot. The inside was clean and white, very visually pretty. My friend ordered a coffee, which they're known for. I got the Taro Coco Cloud. My drink was creamy, lightly sweet, and tasted exactly like the name says. It was like drinking taro-flavored foam, with the occasional coconut crisp to chew on for texture. There are probably other places that serve this quality of drink, but I would come back to Findi specifically for the beautiful aesthetic and calm vibe. read more

I tried findi coffee for the first time I tried the banana fin and the oo-long island. Banana fin was amazing the warm spice (I think it was cinnamon) adds a little twist pairs perfectly with the coffee Oo-long island was refreshing nothing crazy. I've been meaning to stop by and try the drinks at this location for a while and finally got the chance earlier yesterday. Immediately I was greeted by the front counter, and as you can see from the video, it was very vacant because I came a little bit before noon. The ambience is very relaxing, calming, and peaceful however, there was still some characteristic to the vibe. I ordered three drinks because I couldn't decide which ones I wanted. The lychee jasmine was very refreshing and not too sweet. It also had some chunks of lychee in there that I found pleasant. I wouldn't recommend putting any toppings because it has the lychee in there already, and adding topping might be too much solids. The Findi signature coffee was very bold and perfectly sweet so long as the cream on top is mixed well with the coffee. Then finally, the Matcha Einspanner as concentrated Matcha and perfectly balanced with sweetness and creaminess from the sweet cream on top. I didn't get to try any of their snacks, but I plan to come back and try those. read more

Virgin visit to Findi Coffee. Modern space with that low-key Euro vibe. Located in a packed plaza with MOM's Supermarket and just about every other business under the sun. Patience required. The sunny side up one (mango matcha) was better than the matcha with orange juice. The matcha with orange juice would have been better if the orange juice was sweeter. Very cute interior and on the side of the MOM supermarket. Parking is a little tight. About 6 or so indoor tables. Staff was very nice and drinks came out quickly. Oo-Long Island: very tasty tropical oolong tea. Strong oolong flavor with pineapple but very high in sugar. Even jalf sweet was too sweet. I recommend getting their lowest sweetness level. Lychee Jasmine: jasmine was weaker but lots of lychee and lychee pieces. Very refreshing but also recommended their lowest sweetness level. Strawberry matcha: not fresh strawberry puree and closer to a Torani syrup. Matcha was okay but wouldn't recommend. Strawberry cold brew: weirdly, the strawberry syrup matched the cold brew better and balanced out the strength of the cold brew. Definitely an interesting store and cute designs. read more

We came here on a Saturday, and I will say be patient, it can be a bit busy. The cafe is surrounded by a few restaurants and a grocery store that looked like it was poppin! When you walk inside, it's simple and cute decorations, I love the pops of green (I'm a sucker for fun colors, and it was good touch) Our barista was great, he actually gave some great recommendations for drinks, even got me into trying something I would never order for myself. Speaking of, here's what I ordered! Pineapple Cold Brew - I'm that person that does love that orange juice and coffee mix, this was no exception. That bite and sweetness from the pineapple and the smoothness from the coffee was a great mix! Hot Banana Phin - Let me tell you, I'm not a fan of bananas, definitely a texture thing, but this had real bananas in it, and I actually enjoyed it. It really tasted like banana bread. Matcha Einspinner - This was smooth. It had a good matcha flavor and the cream did make the drink ultimately smooth to drink. Brown Sugar Milk Cloud - For the non Coffee drinkers, this was a fun boba drink. The boba itself had a good chew and flavor. The drink itself was on the sweeter side, but it's a good drink overall! We went to Findi Coffee the other weekend. There is a lot of parking available but it tends to get crowded on the weekends. The Coffee shop itself has a European vibe. We tried several different drinks. First up was the strawberry cold brew. The cold brew is light and pairs really well with the strawberries. The Coco Fin was their pairing with Coffee and coconut. This was nice and smooth. The coconut gave it a nice creaminess to pair with the really smooth coffee. The Triple Matcha Latte was next. Usually having more than your fair share of matcha leaves the drink gritty but not here. A very smooth matcha drink considering the triple amount of matcha inside. Finally, the Oo-Long Island Refresher. The combination of oolong tea with pineapple and passionfruit is perfect. A great place with a wonderful selection of drinks along with friendly service will make this your new place for coffee and tea. read more

They offer regular milk and oat. It came out way too sweet for my taste :( I should have asked for less sweet or no sweetener. The matcha flavor was apparent but it was over powered by how sweet the drink was I was a bit peckish so I looked at the pastries on the counter. They offer Costco Kirkland brand breakfast sandwiches and the prepackaged ham and Swiss croissants. I actually have the same items at home so I passed on the food. I loved the drinks presentation (cup sleeve was super cute) and clean aesthetic and decor of the store but I definitely wouldn't order the drink as-is if I were to return. After waiting about 30 min, our drinks didn't take too long to come out (2 matcha drinks) 50% off special for the grand opening weekend. Wow, if you're ever in this area Definitely visit Findi! I discovered it on IG while they had a BOGO promotional offer going on. I drove 30 minutes to try a sakura matcha and I have to say it was SO worth it. I came back twice in one day. lol And I would be willing to make that drive again because you simply can't get a drink like the one I tried where I live. The sakura matcha latte was perfection.
