Stopped by with fellow Yelpers since we were in the area grabbing an Elite experience. We got street parking in front of the restaurant, which is free after 6 PM. It wasn't crowded on a Saturday evening. The service was friendly and welcoming. The Tom Yum Soup (with Shrimp) was a great balance of spicy, sweet and sour. The shrimps were cooked well. There are a lot of veggies in the soup. They gave us little bowls and spoons since we were sharing everything. The Palo was tender and flavorful. They give a good amount of pork. Don't waste the broth - pour it over rice! The Beef Rib Panag was fall off the bone tender and easy to cut. It had good flavor, though I wish there was a bit more sauce so I can eat it with rice. The sauce was thick, so it clung well to the beef. The Roasted Duck Pineapple Curry had a good assortment of veggies that went well with the curry. I did not try the duck. The Pla Nueng Manoa was limey for sure. It is deboned, which makes it easier to eat. The fish was tender as well. The Lemonade Thai Iced Tea had great balance of lemonade and Thai tea. It was not too sweet. Overall a good Thai spot to hit if you're in the area. Would recommend coming with a group to try multiple dishes like we did!

I came here a few nights ago with some friends and everything was wonderful. First off, upon entering on a cool wintry night, you're embraced with warmth (heat). It's not an overwhelming amount of heat either. The décor is full of bright lights and browns and gold tones with some white incorporated into it. It adds to the warmth felt upon entry. All of the tables and chairs were clean prior to being seated. There is a host desk as soon as you enter and a handful of tables and chairs to either side. Kitchen and bathroom(s) are at the back. The servers are kind and knowledgeable. The menu is a tad confusing because some dishes state that they're V for vegetarian and then 90% of the rest of the menu doesn't specify, but I learned when I was there that everything is pretty much vegetarian unless specified or unless you wish to add some kind of meat to your dish. The water and water service is wonderful. Normally, I would need a lemon or lime to make water drinkable, but I didn't need to do that here. My table ordered a bunch of apps and all of them were phenomenal! The Massaman Curry was good but the potatoes were either too thick or not cooked all the way through, and the coconut broth was watered down. I plan to come back and bring some more friends and we'll veg out with the appetizers. Don't change them! Happy eats!

Was here for a quick lunch with my mom in law and my 1yo baby. They do provide high chair. The food was above average. Thai Fried chicken chuncks-- there is no overwhelming seasoning on the chicken itself but the dipping sauce is very flavorful. I love it that way. My MIL really liked the Green Curry and repeatedly told me "this is really good". The dumplings that came with is just average but I got them with the lunch special, so no complaints. The space seems clean and calm. Not a big restaurant but doesn't feel tight. Service was good, we had a small hiccup with one of our dishes but they were very nice and handled it well :) I would come back.

Delicious Thai food in Great Neck. The first moment that I walked in to the restaurant, I was greeted right away which made me feel welcome. I was also notice that the way that they decorated the restaurant made me felt so peaceful and soft musics that they played in the background made me felt very relaxing which is kind of impressive. The servers were very friendly, polite and welcoming. The price is affordable and not expensive at all. I expected the price to be slightly higher due to the location and decoration. The portion is also huge compared to many other Thai restaurants that I went to. I can't even order dessert as a plan because I was so full. Overall great experience. Even though it is not the place that I will drive just to go there to eat but I will definitely stop by again the next time that I have to do something in the area. Love it and recommended as Thai food lover.

Came here with my brother and friend. A little small but got seated right away. Nice ambiance. Staff was very friendly ordered the Baby Back Ribs based on other reviews. So tender that the meat literally feel of the bones but was also very crisp. Will be ordering that every time we come here. Ordered the Thai iced tea. Very good as well. I had the Drunken Noodle with Roasted Duck. Excellent. Lots of duck meat. My brother and friend ordered the Roasted Pineapple Duck Curry. Was very good but wished the soup was a little thicker like gravy than soup. Will definately be coming back.

Good Tai food with great service and a new fresh look! The Ambience is good, could use some more light in my opinion. Their drunken noodle dishes were a hit with all those that ordered them.

I've been to this place under the previous name and went back under the new management. The food is about the same. It's good. The best thing was the mango sticky rice. The Tom yum soup was good too and not very spicy. Service was friendly.

So yummy! I haven't had a Pad Thai this good in a long, long time. Thank you so much! I wish I lived closer, so I could come more often.

This feels like a warm, family-friendly neighborhood restaurant serving authentic Thai food. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. We accidentally ordered the wrong Tom Yum soup (we didn't realize there were two versions), and our waitress went above and beyond by happily switching it to the creamy one. I can't say enough good things about the food. To start, I absolutely loved my plum drink. Some of the highlights of our meal were the papaya salad and mango salad--both were perfectly balanced, fresh, and full of flavor. The steamed chili lime branzino was incredibly tender, with a beautiful balance of lemongrass and fresh herbs that, for a moment, brought me right back to the street food in Chiang Mai. The BBQ pork jowl over rice was another pleasant surprise--juicy, flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness and crispiness. By the end of the meal we were completely full, but there's no such thing as skipping dessert at a great Thai restaurant. We ordered the Bi Go Moi with taro ice cream, and it was the perfect ending. If you're a fan of purple sticky rice and rich coconut milk, this dessert is an absolute must. The taro ice cream paired beautifully with it and really hit the spot. We truly enjoyed every part of the experience--from the delicious food and warm hospitality to the wonderful company and laughter that made for a memorable birthday dinner. We'll definitely be back!

Two friends and I went to dinner at Suko Restaurant on Middle Neck Road. When we arrived, I asked if we could sit outside, and the owner had no problem with that. While we were enjoying our meal, one of my friends mentioned that the edamame needed a little more salt. Seeing the owner outside, I politely asked if we could have some salt. To my shock, he suddenly started yelling at me and told me that I was being rude. At first, I thought he was joking, so I responded, "Can you imagine how rude I am to my husband?" His response was completely inappropriate and offensive. He said that if he were my husband, he would slap me on my behind over and over again in a sensual manner and that I would enjoy every moment of it. My friends and I were absolutely stunned. When I asked him to stop and bring us the check, he then said that "you Jews always give me problems." A few minutes later, after I told the waitstaff that I intended to share my experience on GN Mommies, he came over with hot sake to apologize. He even offered to refund our meal, but I declined. I don't want anything from someone who makes hateful remarks about Jews. After living in Great Neck for 40 years, I have never experienced anything like this. As a Jewish resident, I was deeply offended by both the inappropriate sexual comments and the anti-Semitic remark. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

The food is divine, the service unparalleled, the cost as reasonable as some takeout! How do they do it? We always start with an array of appetizers. Egg roll, rice paper shrimp rolls, pot stickers (pork dumplings), scallion pancake, Kani salad and wonton soup. Seems like a lot, but we can never choose just two, lol. Then the entree varies and it is tough to decide. Sliced white meat chicken in spicy chili sauce, shredded roast pork with vegetables, chicken chow mein, any fried rice, lobster with scallion and ginger or filet of beef with cumin are just a few of our favorites.
