However, I couldn't give 5 stars because the shop layout itself was a bit disappointing. It looked like only one or two cars could realistically be serviced at a time, which made the operation seem limited. Additionally, the person who initially came out to help didn't appear very knowledgeable and didn't seem like he had the authority to make decisions on behalf of the company. It's good to know this business is around and available in the area, but based on my experience I probably won't be returning here for service.

My dad was present while Cesar worked on my car, and my dad gave me such a glowing review of how Cesar worked. My dad has not been able to stop talking about how Cesar did an amazing job on my car, how clean he works, how he keeps his tools, and his communication. My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I will absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

To my demise I thought their was something ultimately wrong with my car due to the loud noise it was making. When I looked on yelp for specialist in this field Eddie stood out because of his reviews so I thought to try him out after all what do I have to lose. When I spoke to eddie on the phone he reassured me of a lot of concerns and stresses I was thinking of and dealing with. I'm not going to lie once reaching his shop I didn't know what to expect plus I was dealing with anxiety from the whole situation. Little did I know meeting not only made my day better but he also fixed my car by exposing me to alternative solutions. He truly turned a day that appeared like a nightmare to me more of a blessing (learning lesson) and made me feel kind of dumb for how overworked I was about this particular situation. They were able to help me with my smog check and let me know what was wrong with my truck all the way around. I needed an oil change and they took care of it no problem. Also was able to tell me which tire pressure sensor was bad and was able to tell me about my stability track. On top of all of that they topped off all my oil and fluids. Check all of my filters. It was just a really good experience that I haven't had from a repair shop in a very long time not even the dealer does it like that anymore. I really appreciate how transparent they are. Five stars really aren't enough stars for them. And the best part is, it's a price you can't resist. Thank you guys!

I haven't done a full exterior house paint job before so I made sure to get at least one other quote. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Our neighbors complimented the work. The crew did an excellent job and had great attention to detail. Robert was a great with communication and follow through. He did warn me that it could be a little wait due to high volume of clients. I ended up going with a muffler delete and replaced my suspension with coil overs. Yen took care of the muffler delete and Lee and two other very helpful gentlemen took care of my coil overs. I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the value. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done.
