Absolutely recommend this shop! Not only did he fix my bad alignment, he told me I had a torn axle boot and not to wait. I took my van to the dealership which I had 3000 miles left on the warranty. They found a slew of problems with my van including a faulty head gasket, faulty transmission seal. If it weren't for him telling me, I would have blown my motor within 500 miles. They stated that they don't make appointments on Yelp, that I would have to call the shop. I called multiple times and left my name and number, because they apparently don't answer their phone during business hours. Eventually, I made an appointment with another business and got it done the same day. I never did get a call back. I guess they don't need any more business. A big shout out to Johnny at JC'S ALIGNMENTS for always taking care of both of my vehicles. Been knowing Johnny for over 5 years since I was working at America's Tire on Warner in the city of HB. Whenever I have vehicle issues he always greets me and gets me in as soon as he is available. He has replaced my front shocks aswell as the engine belt and the A/C gas compressor on my 2014 dodger charger. Since working for America's Tire I always recommend him and have people go to him to get their vehicles inspected. The most recent visit to him was 2 weeks ago as I was having issues with my truck. My truck was swerving to the sides, I felt like if the suspension/ tires were loose and I wouldn't feel safe driving it. After taking it in Johnny mentioned that there were many bolts that were loose from the shocks that explained why I felt the truck maneuvering side to side. The same day he also took care of my Alignment and I was able feel the difference right away. I currently replaced my suspension to the Icon Stage 4 Ext Travel and had Johnny do my alignment. Came in here on Thursday to replace a bent wheel and get an alignment at 4pm (made an appointment over the phone). Walking into the lobby area the owner was talking to a customer already complaining about having to align my car. Told the customer, "yeah I have another car after you and it's a damn sports car, and those take forever because they have specific specs they want" The owner didn't look so happy to see me actually make it to the appointment on time as I was walking up to the counter to check in. After a few moments of arguing with his son about getting my wheel swapped and getting it on the alignment rack, my car took about 1.5 hours to complete which wasn't too long. But my biggest complaint is that the owners son who was swapping out my wheel, had used a air gun to install the lug nuts onto my brand new wheel! I know this for a fact because I was sitting outside and I heard and saw the air gun go for 3 seconds for each lug nut. The problem with this is that over torquing lug nuts can cause the studs to warp, stretch, fracture, and cause wheels to completely fall off the car! Rotors can even warp and crack and cause vibrations. After leaving the shop I went home and grabbed my wrench from the back of the car to see if I could remove the lugs and retorque them down to oem spec. And surprise!!!! I couldn't even get them off with my full body weight! And I'm 160lbs, the recommended torque spec is 89ftlbs. Imagine if I got a flat on the side of the road and tried to remove the wheel. It would be a very fun time. If you truly care about your car, please take it somewhere else. And a little advice to the the owner and the son, please treat your customers with respect and be nice because it will go a long way. Maybe they were just in a hurry because I was the last customer, and maybe because the owner was excited to go on his fishing trip. But that doesn't give you the excuse to lack on your workmanship and customer service. In the end, my visit to this shop might cost me more money then I thought. I still haven't had the chance to remove the wheel because i don't have my breaker bar with me. When I do remove the wheel I'll be inspecting the wheel, rotor and studs for any damage. read more

I cannot recommend Jc's alignments and brakes enough. Johnny (the owner) was very careful with my 1994 Landcruiser. I had him do the alignment and asked if anything else looked like it needed to be done. He said the rear brake pads were getting close. He did a great job on the alignment. He also did a fantastic job on my brakes not only doing fresh pads but cleaning the rotors and bleeding the brakes. They feel and sound so much better its night and day.
