Came here a couple years ago with my modded IS350 on coilovers. I had called them prior to coming in to make sure they would be able to do the alignment. First question they asked was how slammed my car was. I told them pretty much a 2 inch clearance in the front and asked if that was a problem. He said no problem.. Just making sure they had enough wood to get my car onto the ramp. They took their time to carefully not scrape my lip and did the alignment. After the alignment I noticed car was moving straight but the steering wheel was off a bit. I called them back and they had no problem adjusting it. I felt bad because I had to actually come back four more times in the same hour to get it fixed proper. They were more than happy to do it; it's not their fault my car was that low. I've since sold that car but still bring my other cars in and recommend this place to all the car modders I know. Excellent customer service!! read more

I own a "Thank You!" note to JC. I got referred to their shop by Yelp. After my Mercedes's controller arms got replaced, the car goes toward the right. I made appointment and came in. John was working on a car so I waited for 15 min. When it came to my turn, he took my car key, drove the car in, hooked up the alignment sensors, and started the test. It took him at least 15 min before he called me in and told me he couldn't adjust my camber. My car is slightly tilted to one side so I had to fix it first before he could adjust the camber. He could fix the toe for me only. I asked him how much I owned him when he returned the key to me and do you know what he said? "Nothing". What? It took him at least 20 min and labor and I pay him nothing? I'm not his relative or his friend. I'm just the very first time customer and I'm not even the same race as him :) . He told me after I fix my car to make it balanced, come back and he'll do the alignment for me. I shook his hand, said thank you and planned to come back ASAP. After he fixed the toe, the alignment problem is 70% less. At least my car is drivable now. I took my car to my Mercedes mechanic and he confirmed the car is not even. However, if he adjusts the air pump (for struts) to balance my car, the camber will be worse. Mercedes camber can't be adjusted. I need to buy a kit for it. My mechanic can install the kit and align for me but it costs $$$. My car is old so I decided to drive like that. His shop is out of my way so I didn't have a chance to drop by and tell him what's going on and thank him again. I've never seen an honest and nice auto mechanist like that in my whole life. read more

Johnny is a can do mechanic. I have been going to Johnny for about 20 years and he takes care of all my cars. He is too generous with his fees and does not charge enough for the quality of work that he does, which is why he is always busy. I could not recommend a mechanic any higher than Johnny @ JC's. Terrific place, great service, best price, and car runs better than when I purchased it only a couple years old! My Honda CRV has 180,000 miles on it and my wife decided to run it at high speed into a curb. The car front end lost that competition: bent wheel, torn up lower and upper arms, sway bar, strut, alignment destroyed, tire sidewall ruined. You name it. I shopped this overall fix with several places and Jcs was the best by far - between 30% and 50% less than other (not even high price Honda) places. Everything replaced and fixed, (he even found something that another place said had to be replaced, that didn't and so he didn't and didn't change for that), Also had them put on 4 new tires put on and laser balanced, and alignment done perfectly. They even installed the back lift gate struts, i had purchased, for no charge (my apologies for it hitting John on head - he figured what those new parts in the back were for). John and his team did a terrific job. I am so pleased. I'm amazed at how this fine old CRV drives; the steering and rolling resistance are unbelievably good, actually never better! I just had the car completely detailed inside and out to match the like new condition of the front end, etc. It was worth the 2 week wait, as this is a very popular place that is busy for a very good reason. I was referred over from my tire shop: my daughters Honda civic was riding rough and making clunking noises from the front end. I called Johnny, set up an appointment. I was happily greeted when I arrived and explained my concerns. Johnny listened, and understood my safety concern for my daughter. He called me back a few hours later and told me the right front strut was done, the boot was also half stuck up in the spring assembly causing the noise. He informed me the rear shocks were also worn. I told him to handle it for me, and get the car to a safe and sound condition. He called me the next day and advised the car was done, and that they had inspected the brakes and all bushings and all checked out. The total was half of what I've paid in the past for complete strut and shock jobs without alignment pricing, but Johnny's pricing included alignment!! Just wanted to write a quick update and report that the "slight wandering to the right" I kept fighting with was ultimately due to a tire issue - while I believe my alignment was definitely off before going to JC's, the tire issue was not helping... I swapped front tires, putting the front-right tire on the front-left, and the front-left tire on the front-right = the "slight wandering to the right" completely went away and the van drives dead straight! And, I have since done a normal tire rotation (back tires on the front, front tires on the back, not switching sides) and still the van drives straight as an arrow. Thank you JC's! read more

I made a Yelp account just to write about my experience with JC's Alignments. It was awesome. I needed to change the rear struts on my '99 Camry, and while Just Tires quoted me for $900 and Pep Boys quoted me for $750, I called JC's and John (the owner i'm assuming) said he could do it for $350. Needless to say I made an appointment at JC's. When I went in to pick up my car I found out that John not only replaced my struts, but also put on new boots (an extra $30), and gave my car a free alignment. My car now drives 10X better than it did before. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, and I will definitely go back to JC's in the future. read more

I was gonna have the front break pads (and maybe rotors, too), because the report card from Mazda of Orange marked the break pads in "red zone." I have been looking for a good alignment shop for some time. I found this one through Yelp and America's Tire shop. I was getting new tires so thought I would get the alignment done. These guys are a good, knowledgeable shop. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. The gentleman who I assume is the owner was able to comment on the correct alignment angles for my car from memory. At other shops it is usually it is just some service writer who doesn't really know all that much. They knew my chassis like they owned one (maybe they do, I don't know). I was just impressed overall. Reasonable prices, fast courteous service along with everything else. I will DEFINITELY recommend this shop to others. read more

I brought my 05 Chevy 2500 four wheel drive Silverado truck in for alignment one month after another shop aligned it. It was wearing the front tires very uneven and fast. The other shop charged me extra because my truck has a 10 inch suspension lift and 40 inch tall tires. Jc's found that the other shop did not do the job properly and this was the cause of my tires wearing out so fast. They corrected the mistakes the other shop made and did not charge me extra for the big tires and suspension lift. I will take all my vehicles to Jc's for alignment and will never take anything to the other shop again. Jc's has a customer for life. read more

Johnny's shop is exceptional. I found out about this shop because initially, I was looking for a shop equipped with a Hunter HawkEye Alignment system close to my work. I saw this alignment system at Longo Lexus and thought there must be a good reason this system is being used at Longo. My internet search led to JC's Alignment. They have two of these Hunter systems. Today, JC worked on aligning the tires on my Lexus SC430. I was in and out quickly and Johnny was confident that a road test is unnecessary. I drove the car and he was right. No right or left pull, the steering wheel was dead centered. I also asked him if perhaps some suspension components are failing because my steering was getting loose - it feels it has more play. He said that he checked the suspension components - they are just fine - and the alignment that he had just done should fix it. He was again right. The alignment brought back the tightness and control I was missing. I will be recommending JC to my friends as I have in the past when asked about great honest auto repair shops.
