My 1964 Chevy Impala is highly customized with air bag suspension front and back, new front steering components, new tubular upper and lower controls arms, and high end after market rims. These guys didn't even wince at all the customization and brought my car back to factory spec. and even went the extra mile to adjust one of the control rods supports for good measure. All that work and the job was done in less than an hour, price was great, and they provided me a print out showing my car was within factory spec. I wouldn't trust my classic/hot rod to anyone else. I recently got new tires at Costco and they recommended that I get an alignment, so I took my car to JC's. They checked my car out and informed me that my car was already aligned and did not need any work done. They didn't even charge me the normal $25 for the examination. Easy to give this business 5 stars. JC's is a place you can take and leave your car, and trust when you pick it up it'll be done right. If you need adjustments, their work carries a warranty. Took my car there and ended up paying $10 less than quotes because there was a limited amount of adjustments that could be made due to my car having lowered suspension. So I saved a few bucks, had quality work done to my car, and have the peace of mind that the work has a warranty. I wish every time I spent money I felt that assured that I got my money's worth. So I just received some new tires for my car from American Auto and they told me I needed an alignment and showed me how "off" it was. Took it to JC's and he told me the alignment was ok, which I expected since the car was driving perfectly fine. He only charged me half of the original cost, which I thought was completely fair since any other place would have probably told me they had to do the work and charge me the full price. I first found this shop via Yelp. After a great experience with the alignment on my wife's van, I brought in my beater commuter sedan for an assessment of brakes and suspension. Excellent service! My brakes were squeaking so I took my car into JC's. John easily could have replaced them and charged me full price, but instead he told me they were at 60% life and didn't need to be replaced. Instead he cleaned out the dirt and dust and only charged me $35. It's so refreshing to find someone who is honest about what the car really needs, not just racking up unnecessary expenses. Found JC Alignment on Yelp with nothing but five star ratings...and boy, were they spot on! John was wonderful to work with from the get-go. I had a 2010 Corolla (my daughter's car, which she drives into the ground) that was in desperate need of strut replacement on all four. After getting quotes from a couple of other "reasonable" service places, I contacted JC who gave me a quote which was waaayyyy lower than the others. When we brought the car in on Saturday, he asked what he had quoted me and, when learning it was my daughter's car, did better than his original quote by about $60 bucks!! My morning started out terrible at Costco getting tires and being misquoted on their time frame. Originally they said hour and a half and it took just over 3 hours. Did I mention the tires were two days late? Luckily Crystal was able to rework her schedule so she could fit me in 2 and a half hours later. Stopped there because they had good reviews. My front end had a bit of a high speed drift to the right so I decided to get the alignment checked. It was 3:45 on Friday and they put my car on the lift to check it. The manager JC came in to tell me it was the alignment and it would be fixed in about 15 minutes. I always check Yelp reviews to help with my decisions but never take the time to post reviews so others can benefit in their decision making. I am going to start. I had a motorcycle hit the front end of my car, hard enough to pop the tire and gouge the rim. Definitely knocked it out of alignment with possible suspension damage. America's Tire referred them, but also on Yelp I noticed them having near perfect reviews. I called and explained to Johnny my situation, got a price for the alignment/inspection with possible added charge for damaged parts and decided to give them a try. I made an appointment and could not of had a better experience from start to finish. Very nice person, someone I felt I had known for years and was more like a friend than someone I was meeting for the first time. Nice shop and office areas. Well run business. No damage upon inspection, (could of easily said you need this or that), perfect alignment done, (drives perfect-straight and true as before being hit), agreed original price and on my way. My front tires were worn on the inside part only so I knew I needed an alignment. JC was recommended to me by the guys at Americas Tire. I called and due to their schedule they penciled me in about a week and a half later. I don't mind waiting or paying, I just want to get what I'm buying. Well I did come at the appointed time and Johnny did my alignment. I came back since it was pulling to the left, turns out the problem was the tire itself. So anyway, if you want it done right, and with a 6 month warranty, take your car here. They are a family business, and they care. I'll be taking my car there again to have the left boot replaced.
