Dr. Rohin is an incredibly kind, intelligent and caring surgeon with gold standard bedside manner. I have always been really nervous going to the dentist, and having to remove 4 impacted wisdom teeth was terrifying to me. But Dr. Rohin explained the entire thing however detailed I wanted it, did a phone consult as well as went over it in person, talked me through when I was going under / cracking jokes the whole time to ease my mind, and his assistant (I think Tiffany? I can't remember) held my hand through the whole process. That same night I called because the hydrocodone was making me nauseous and guess who answered at 9PM, Dr. Rohin on the emergency line. Talked me through what I needed with all the patience in the world.. even after an extremely long day. Then called me a day later to make sure I was okay. A week later, I learned I wasn't flushing properly. I called in complaining of severe nerve pain in my jaw. They saw me within the hour I called and he did another incision to help alleviate the pain and show me how to flush properly... I cried like a little baby but rather than dismissing me or making me feel like I was overreacting, he went at MY speed. Comforted me, cracked jokes when appropriate... like I said, there is genuinely not enough nice things I could say about this practice. I will refer everyone I know to him.

Then I pointed how they text message me my appt reminders why not include the new address there. Never ONCE did they apologize, they were straight up defensive and argumentative. All for inconveniencing a patient?! What ever happened to customer service? Shameful!

I recently got 2 wisdom teeth removed and the oral surgeon was great. I opted out of the laughing gas (piece of advice: don't ever opt out, it was awful being awake!) so, naturally, I was nervous. The oral surgeon talked me through the entire surgery to ease my nerves. It was a quick (15 mins!!) and painless process which healed days later. Love this office! Highly recommend

This is a prep work for braces. My son who has very low pain tolerance did not feel any pain at all. It's been over 36 hours post-op and he hasn't complained about any discomfort or pain. I gave him 3 doses of ibuprofen yesterday with 6-hour intervals. He woke up this morning pain-free, and he hasn't taken any medication since. Now get ready for the most unbelievable part... he did not have any swelling, AT ALL! 8 teeth and no swelling. This is just mind-blowing! I highly recommend Dr Donlevy and his team!

Dr. Cheung made sure that we got it done that day (although we had to drive to another location). He was extremely upset that the staff member had not prepared properly, and went out of his way to accommodate and compensate us for the trouble. His work was excellent and he followed up for several days, making himself available to me during recovery. The mistake was not his fault and he did everything he could to make it right. Mistakes happen, it's how one deals with it! (I don't know what happened to the staff member the goofed :- /

What a fantastic oral surgeon!…read more Today, he removed my daughter's 4 wisdom teeth. Earlier in the month she'd bailed on a previous attempt but he didn't get upset at all. He just calmly walked her through what would happen and promised her that if she felt uncomfortable at any time, he'd stop. He made good on his promise and after one extraction today he stopped and asked her if she wanted to continue. She later said that him doing this "really made me feel like he cared about me and wanted to make sure I was okay". Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for helping to build a core memory with a kid who won't fear dental work in the future. Picture included of her post-op 8 hrs later. The practice is very clean and they have the latest equipment (for example, they were able to do a 3D xray). Unfortunately I had an extra tooth in my gums that also needed to be removed. I was put under general anesthesia and woke up to a successful surgery. My healing has gone as expected (I'm about 5 weeks out now). The doctor's team was available via text and got back to me promptly to address all my concerns and questions after surgery. I was also sent home with aftercare instructions and all the pain meds I needed. 1 week later I had an in person follow up and things looked good. I was nervous about having 5 teeth removed, but everything went smoothly and I was well taken care of.
