He immediately fixed the problem, was extremely transparent with the cost, and willing to work with me on scheduling as I can only come in early mornings or weekends. In the end, Dr. Lee placed a dental implant that has brought relief to a nagging problem over the past several years. Most recently, I had an excruciating toothache in a different tooth and almost immediately within one visit, Dr. Lee was able to perform a root canal with a new crown to get rid of the pain. Overall, Dr. Lee is highly proficient, communicative, and goes above and beyond to take great care of you.

I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Yu a few days later he took the time out of his busy schedule to survey the tooth and told me that it was a concussion and to let it heal. I came back a couple weeks later and got some x-rays and thankfully it healed about a month later. I'd appreciate his care and great bedside manner, even my anxiety. I recently came back for a check up and cleaning and I have to admit I got the best cleaning from Cindy. She started with asking me about any concerns I had and I mentioned enamel erosion. Well what I thought was enamel erosion was a lot of tartar on the surface of my teeth and she was able to really scale through all my tartar as well as clean the stains on the bottom of my teeth and make my teeth polished, clean and shiny like a new set of teeth! Also love the front desk staff! They are always so kind and organized. I actually was able to come in earlier due to a cancellation because they had made a note of it late last year!

I had to wait six to eight months to get in to see Dr. Yu, but it was worth it. My past dentists tried to upsell me or tell me I needed unnecessary work, but that will not happen here. After taking my X-rays, they carefully explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I also watched a pre-procedure instruction video, which helped me understand what to expect. When I met Dr. Kim, he was professional, clear, and straightforward. He explained my treatment options concisely and also pointed out potential risks related to my other teeth. After discussing everything together, we decided to take a conservative approach -- remove the wisdom teeth first and monitor the other teeth to see if they could recover over time. I really appreciated being involved in the decision-making process. The surgery itself was excellent. It was my first time receiving anesthesia and having teeth extracted, and I can honestly say I felt absolutely no discomfort. Dr. Kim removed both wisdom teeth efficiently and skillfully. (Yes, I could hear the drill and some hammering sounds -- which was a little funny -- but I felt zero pain.) After the procedure, I followed the instructions carefully, took the prescribed medication, and applied ice as recommended. It's now the second day, and I have no pain at all -- not even noticeable swelling. This is actually the longest Yelp review I've ever written, but I truly felt it was deserved. He made the process feel comfortable, chatted to ease the tension, and even gave me helpful pointers about boot options and navigating insurance. That kind of care makes a big difference. What a gorgeous facility, did not feel like an urgent care nor even doctor office waiting room, and even the rooms were a great size, extremely clean and pleasant to be in. The nursing staff was very friendly (Nick and Darling) and helpful and Dr Phil was super attentive to my needs and provided excellent care with little to no wait whatsoever. I recently visited Dr. Robertson to get a crown and have an old silver filling replaced, after there was a big fracture in my tooth, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the care and attention to detail provided by the dentist and their team. Dr. Robertson took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and explained the process of getting a crown and replacing the filling in a clear and concise manner. He offered two options: putting a crown on my teeth that was root canal before, or do an implant. I really wanted to keep my tooth so I asked hime to put a crown. He accepted even tho it was very challenging because my tooth literally had one wall only. During the procedure, he made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked in to ensure I was not in any pain. The crown and filling were fitted perfectly, and he made sure I was happy with the results before finishing the procedure. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Robertson for anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist. My appointment for a cleaning brought on my usual anxiety as any appointment for dentistry does to me. In the past, at other dentists, my experience was always painful with their poking under the gums and scraping in places I could never get to. But my cleaning at Dr. Robertson's office was so easily done and pain free that I kept waiting for her to reach a section that would send me plastered to the ceiling, yet she never reached that point. She welcomed me with pleasant conversation which eased my nerves and kept me thinking of anything but the cleaning. She did explain what she was doing and why, but the way she did it was not frightening but soothing. Before long it was over and my teeth felt wonderful and smooth. In this past year since I began going to Dr. Robertson I have never left his office in pain or regret and it has given me a new perspective on my dentist visits. I can honestly say that I have always been satisfied with the care and service I receive every single visit. The entire team is amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. I've not really had traumatic experiences with dentists as some people have, but I have experienced dismissive dentists which can be just as detrimental to your dental care. At my last dentist I felt like one of the masses as though they have a "get them in and out" mentality. I finally went to Dr. Robertson after the night guard I was given did nothing to help my TMJ. While I was there yesterday, they adjusted the night guard for me and gave me another option in case that didn't work. As luck would have it, my dog used the night guard as her chew toy last night so I called back to schedule an appointment to get my molds done. Carol tried to get me in tomorrow, but my schedule is crazy so she fit me in first thing Thursday morning. Amazing customer service at this place!! They are quick, but also incredibly attentive and asked a lot of questions - which is CRUCIAL in any medical field. I was in need of a new doctor because my crown fell out unexpectedly and I was very disappointed (to say the least) with my previous dentist. From all the great reviews I've read, I knew I had to give Dr. Robertson a try. Even if he was an out-of-network dentist for me. Let me just say that all the reviews I've read about him and his staff are 100% true. From the front desk receptionists to the hygienists to Dr. Robertson himself. Everyone was super friendly. My options, procedures, and payment methods were explained to me very clearly. No loopholes. The only thing I regret is not going here sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time and money. Dr. Robertson and his wonderful staff have been my dentist for nearly 20 years. Everyone there is wonderful! Carol in the front office is efficient and welcoming, and Dr. Robertson is super conscientious about pain management (I have a few sensitive areas). Finally, there is a relatively new dental hygienist named Robin. He replaced someone who retired, and I was assigned to him. He is absolutely the best! I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist, now that I have Robin helping me. My 6 year old son has such a hard time with going to the dentist and they made sure they made him feel so comfortable and were extremely patient with him. My son also struggles with the x-ray and they worked with him to make him comfortable and have an incredible of doing it. This is honestly the first time he has taken an x-ray with no issue and gotten thru an exam without much anxiety. If you are sketchy about going to the dentist, don't be afraid to go to Dr. Robertson. The dental procedures are virtually PAINLESS! Dr. Robertson and his staff produce PERFECT precise dental work. I've been going here for 10 years plus and they are fantastic! Great service every time. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and want the best for your smile. For the last several years I've been seeing Stacy or Robin for my cleanings and they do great work every time. Dr. Roberson checks in on everyone during their cleaning and makes sure your teeth are healthy. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And, it was great to talk to someone who knows the area where I grew up. It brought back very happy memories. I received the best teeth cleaning I've ever gotten in my life here. Everyone in this office is so nice and friendly, and Stacy (the dental hygienist) gave me the most pleasant, thorough dental cleaning I've ever had. She's so lovely to talk to and keeps you informed about all procedures before she does them, and is super careful to not cause patients unnecessary pain or discomfort. The whole team at Dr. Robertson's office has been very professional. I have been to many dentists and rarely have I seen a more professional team. Dr. Robertson even noticed an inlay that was done incorrectly at my prior dentist and quickly fixed the mistake. Jade does all of my cleanings and determines if I need fillings. Katrina then handles the fillings with Dr. Robertson. The whole team is world-class! read more

No one I know has ever said, they love going to the dentist. I was skeptical about all of the 5 star reviews, but they are justified. Warm, welcoming environment and the best hygienist, Stacy. She is detail oriented and makes you feel comfortable in the dentist's chair. Not an easy task. Ha. It's the hygienist you spend time with for cleanings after all unless you have a problem. On top of that, the cavity itself wasn't properly filled, and my sensitivity and pain have only gotten worse since the visit. This was my first time at the clinic. I went in for X-rays and a consultation for the filling. As I was checking out, the receptionist pushed me to get a full mouth X-ray just because my insurance would cover it, which wasn't anything I needed. It felt like they were only trying to bill my insurance. The numbing shot was painful and the procedure was rough. I left with scratches and pain in my gums despite only having one cavity filled. The filling came out to $180 with my insurance, which isn't bad, but I'll need to go to another office to have the whole procedure reevaluated and likely redone.

We were charged over $1,000 out of pocket (more than $3,000 before insurance) for something that shouldn't have been done. They also took an excessive number of X-rays--18 before a routine cleaning, and many more afterward just to "check" their work. For simple fillings, they removed far more tooth structure than expected, leaving the tooth hollow and then recommending crowns as a follow-up. While the staff appears friendly, it often feels like they are pushing as many procedures as possible rather than prioritizing what is truly necessary for the patient.
