Tiff's chocolate chip cookies never fail to be delicious. Our order was ready on time when we got there to pick it up, warm and waiting. Decided to try the Tiff's mix, and while it was good, I'm just going to stick to the reliable chocolate chip from now on. Double chocolate and m&m were good, snickerdoodle was alright, oatmeal raisin was good for oatmeal raisin, but I'm not a fan of that flavor in general, so can't fault them for that. I get how people go crazy for how they were the first cookie delivery and how their prices are decent. Although the cookies themselves are ok. I personally feel you would get better cookies at a Nestle Tollhouse or Mrs. Fields stand, but these are better than Great American cookies if it's any consolation. Overrated. Cookies were surprisingly average in taste and form. Brownie was dry and bland. Everything overpriced. No one offered to heat them up or that heating was even an option. I can do better in my own home kitchen, and I don't even bake! (who has the time?) I brought my family here, going out of our way, for just mediocre? So disappointing. Service is also awkward here as the space is tiny and no one behind the counter speaks up to help or guide customers. Two workers could have helped us, instead just stared at us like idiots. And the bathroom is right in that tiny space, and umm you can hear everything. Again, awk-waaaard. Beware, Google Maps will take you to the parking garage behind the premises. If you park there you must walk around the building. It would be nice if they had a rear entrance or any directional signage. There is limited parking in front on Ross. But..I wouldn't bother. I was gifted by my brother an assorted box for my birthday last year. All of the treats were so good and moist.. not sure what this particular piece of heaven is called , but it was shaped like a brownie, the bottom layer was a cookie and it was packed with a ton of both peanut butter and chocolate chips on top of it. We came here to try some cookies after a stop at the World Aquarium next door. We tried the oatmeal chocolate chip and the M&M cookie. Definitely good cookies but I don't particularly think they are overly special in any way. We actually ate them about 3 hours after we bought it and they still had a nice soft and chewy texture even after we carried it around in the cold weather for awhile. I enjoyed both about the same but the M&M cookie was super sweet which is probably expected. If I lived here, would I stop by if I wanted a cookie fix and am a non-baker? I'm so shocked, I have always loved Tiff's Treats and never had a bad experience until today. It could just be this particular location but I placed an order and an hour and a half past the delivery time I called to inquire about it. The customer service person (who was clearly not actually working at the location or it was some customer service call line) couldn't or wouldn't help me with anything. It had gotten so late I just asked to cancel the order and get a refund but they wouldn't do that either. It seemed as if the order was missing because he had no true information on it either. I've been a fan of the Granite Parkway location-to the point that I will make sure to plan my schedule to allow a quick visit whenever I'm in town. So imagine my sheer delight when I stumbled upon the downtown location when I was in town again. The setup is simple-a counter with a small display of available cookies and a fridge with drinks. You can get cookies heated up, but I usually just devour them straight from the case. Why delay such a good thing any further? I did notice that the cookies at this location were a bit thinner than I had experienced before. Since my last visit, I've been back twice and have had much better experiences! I've gotten half a dozen cookies and two brownies, all of them have been fantastic! You can get your choices warmed up before they are packed In the cutest box and bag, complete with yellow ribbon bow. The brownies are my new addiction. I love the chocolate chips heavily sprinkled on top, and throughout the entire brownie. Normally, I don't get double chocolate because it's far too chocolatey for me, but these are perfect! They don't cross the line into overpowering. Chocolate chip of course is the classic favorite, and I've gotten better, more uniformly cooked chocolate chips since my first review. The White Chocolate Almond and Oatmeal Raisin are my two other favorites. I've had no issue with customer service either. Very friendly and helpful staff!
