It's like a regular for us now on a Thursday night. The early evening when the sun is starting to…read moreset. That's when the town becomes lively. Everyone's out in the pool during the day time and downtown is quiet. But come sundown, it's brings everyone out. It's nice that the city has the night market set up. Streets of course are blocked off for all the vendors to set up their goods. Parking situation, there's all the public lots both covered and uncovered. Street parking is available as well. I feel like each time I come, the vendors come and go. They tend to be at the same spot which maybes a reserved spot they put in. But each time, it either has less vendors or there's more added. Of course you have the regulars at their usual spot. This week, the stage wasn't there right in the middle of the walk. Also not many live music performances. There were your few one man show but haven't seen the school bands lately. Plus it seems like there were more food vendors this time. I could be wrong or just haven't been paying attention but the smell of everything was amazing. It's a good way to bring people out to downtown on a Thursday night. Slightly cooler in a sense...lol... It's still hot but that's when people are out and about when sunset comes which is nice as they can walk the street and check out all the local vendors.

Great vibes, nice setup with the music playing at different points on the walk, well organized,…read morelots of cute vendors and most shops were open for business and very friendly despite the chaos of the large influx of people. Very fun evening out.

Found this gem of a taco spot that is just as good as the best I've had anywhere I've had in Southern California. They're usually open late, the portions are pretty darn large, and the prices are more than reasonable. They have a great assortment of toppings and salsas and make their tortillas fresh. This place pretty much checks all the important boxes for me personally when it comes to taco spots I love. I came here late at night and the line wasn't too crazy. Not as lively as more popular spots I've been to, but there were a few people in line. You do get the vibe that this spot is a favorite among locals. I ordered a vampiro (crunchier tortilla with a layer of caramelized cheese that holds the meat and toppings) with asada and two al pastor tacos. Usually, I can eat that easily, but with the portions here, it was a bit of a chore. The smoky flavors and fresh toppings and salsa were all on point. The horchata I got to wash everything down was also very good. A true gem of a spot in the Inland Empire.

The food is so delicious and a bang for the buck. The locations are always filled with people…read morewaiting in line. You've got to go taste it for yourself.
