The service can't be beat. Everyone that walked in was welcomed with a smile. Everyone working behind the counter was friendly. The owner (Maya (sp?)) was working the register and was patiently and graciously answering all of our questions. She even surprised one of my friends who was torn between two combo choices with a sample of the combo she didn't choose, after we'd gotten our order and sat down. She said something like, "Just so you can taste both." The gelati is really good. I was also impressed by their samples. Instead of a teeny, tiny spoon of a single flavor, they prepare a small portion of the combination you're interested in with fixings and everything. I don't know if that will continue long-term, but I think it's a good approach. I tried a sample and was able to customize my order to then get exactly what I wanted. The cookie butter ice alone was worth it. The "ice cream" is mediocre. I found it to not be rich or creamy as I would prefer, but it was okay. The Italian ice is smooth and has great flavor. Service was quick and friendly. The shop is pretty small and had a bit of a line on a Friday evening. It moved quickly. I'd go back again just for the cookie butter ice! read more

Orange Smash, Blue Razz and Pina Colada. It was good but next time I would switch the pina colada flavor. I like how they scoop all the flavors together instead of stacking the flavors. If that makes sense. The small is about $3.45 but worth every scoop. Fast service. Good music. About 6 tables. Yummy! Great water ice! They had closed Rita's water ice by Johnson C Smith University (I think it's now Polo's water ice). Anyways, Jeremiah's has tasty flavors and combinations. Some of the combinations don't sound like they would work but they do. Prices are a bit high so this isn't a regular thing, only a treat. Staff is kind and will let you sample flavors, so that was very much appreciated. Location was very clean and had tables and chairs. Eat in or take out.. the option is yours! read more

If you are looking for something SUPER sweet, this might not be the treat for you. However, if you're looking for something that's delicious & refreshing this is it! The Italian ice has a chocolate flavor but it isn't at strong as a chocolate ice cream. It's important to note that it is ice, the flavor isn't going to be as prominent as an ice cream. Also, since the ice itself doesn't have any dairy, it's a perfect treat for those who are under certain dietary restrictions! The Oreo mud pie was great! They weren't stingy with the Oreo crumbles and they gave an equal amount of soft serve vanilla ice cream and chocolate Italian ice! Experience: the staff was great! There was a large group of us who came in about 20 mins before they closed and they took our order with no issue. What a cute store. I downloaded the app for a free Mini to try. I'm a sucker for chocolate so I had to indulge. I got the Cookie Butter Gelato with Chocolate Ice Cream and cookie crumble. It was delicious. It was a perfect serving just for me. The receptionist/cashier was so sweet and throughly explained the menu and my available options. Been waiting for the this place to open. Definitely didn't disappoint. The staff is friendly and is ready to let you sample any flavor you want. They were eager to answer any question you had about the treats. I got the strawberry shortcake. Man was it decadent. I feel like the ice was a little less indulgent than all ice cream would be. Smooth, creamy, just sweet enough. While I was in your store a witnessed a young lady wipe down a trash can then she proceeded to wipe down the counter by registers. I told her that she shouldn't do that because it's unsanitary. She replied to me that she was using a sanitizing solution. She then proceeded to wipe down the tables in the store with the same rag and solution. I asked to speak with the manager and a young man said that he was acting manager and said that she was following protocol. I asked him did he think the health department would approve of this protocol and he said yes. read more
