I frequent Jerry's while on lunch break a few times a month..I love the food. The service is average at best. I love the clam chowder and could eat it everyday. That being said, I call them at least twice a week to see what soup and special they have..Today I called and the guy on the phone was being sarcastic and in no way was giving me the info I inquired about..I asked "what soups today" he replied " soup dejour, its the same everyday." very funny jackass..i have seen Dumb &Dumber aswell..i then asked what the special was and the reply was "hamburger"...nice..looking at my credit card online i see i spent $62 there last week and $46 the week before..thats over $200 a month they will not be getting from me anymore..learn some damn customer service ..i dont tip u 50% to be treated like that..i will not be back read more

Love Jerry's atmosphere. Friendly staff. Pet friendly on the patio. The downside is when the band or karaoke guy comes in and start blasting the sound. I've had to adjust the time that I go to get away from it....BUT I love the food so what can you do?!?! read more

This is a great place for a casual dinner or Sunday brunch. The food is hot and good when you get it. There are bottomless mimosas on Sunday, and Live bands on Friday nights. The only downside is if you plan on doing Sunday brunch try to get there early. It is very popular and almost always busy. We went for Sunday brunch... So my 5 star rating is based on my awesome spinach, feta, tomato omelet, yummy home fries and rye toast. The portion was large and I took half home. The omelet was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of filling. We ate outside and had a great server named Lisa. She was friendly, prompt and remembered everything we ordered. If the food was not decent, this place would be closed. The owner just doesn't get it by not addressing the poor service. It is the worst. Slow and with attittude. They seem content woith their "regulars" and will ignore you with no probelm. I frequently see employees off the clock simply walk behind the bar and fill large plastic cups with booze. I love Jerry's. Friendly service, and although I see many complaints of slowness of service, I've never experienced it myself and I am in there several times a month. The wings and hot sauce are killer. Brunch on the weekends is also good. Pancakes are huge and fluffy, and the French toast is to die for. Plus, bottomless mimosas! Yum! Visited Fri, July 14th around 8pm. Sat outside. Waitress came out and took our drink order. I ordered an unsweet tea that was was so watered down I just asked for a water instead. Waitress explained that's how it's brewed??? Every time we asked for something it was such an inconvenience. We asked for napkins, got an attitude and an eye roll. Asked for extra sour cream for my quesadilla, got an attitude. Asked for a to go box, got an attitude. I then asked if one of the curtains could be pulled down as the sun was directly in my eyes. She rolled her eyes and very rudely said something to the manager about my request. Never heard back about it and my boyfriend ended up giving me his sunglasses. A CUSTOMER heard my request and closed the curtain for me. I made mention of her attitude to my boyfriend and I guess she either overheard or knew she was being rude because she came over and tried to explain the reason for her less than pleasant attitude, no apology just a lame excuse for her crappy attitude. I didn't care to hear her BS. No excuse as to why you are rude to customers. Side note, I ordered a quesadilla and it was YUMMY! Would come back for food as long as she doesn't serve me. I don't understand any of the more negative reviews. We have been going here every week for the last year on Tuesday nights for the Trivia. Now one person didn't seem to think that a sports bar should have Trivia - well find out when Trivia is on and go to another bar that night. Vegan - what they heck is that about - if you want vegetables go to a farmers market for goodness sake. Service - we have gone at many times other than trivia nights and I have never had an issue with the service. Melanie, Nikki, Lisa, Victoria, Cheyenne and Emily are the ones that we usually see and NEVER have we had an issue. We go there to have a good time with friends and family and relax - if you want fast service go to McDonalds. Have had most of the items on the menu and it is always good. Breakfasts are fabulous. I used to be a twice a week customer until Tuesday. My girlfri.end ordered a cheese steak with no onions being she is allergic and when it came loaded with onions we sent it back. The replacement one came with no onions but the meat was only lightly browned on one side and completely raw on the other. We sent it back again and declined a remake and when we got the bill we were told the manager would not take the bad food off. I was upset and asked to speak with him. After five mins of explaining how bad they had made the food And how upset we were he just shrugged and said well she ate something right, I told.him he ate her fries and drank her te so instead of taking her food off the bill he charged us for fries and her drink. I have never seen that before in my life and working in the food industry for almost 20 years now would.never treat a customer like I was treated. I gotta agree with Jermaine on this one. I have gone here twice in the last 2 weeks and have had real good food both times. The meatball sub was pretty good and my wife liked the spaghetti. Let me start off by saying that I've been going to Jerry's Grille for more than 5 years. I'm not sure if management has changed, but based on my exffperience last night, I will NEVER go there again. We arrived around 6:30 (party of four). As we always do, started to seat ourselves. The first table we went to had a reserved for party of 6 note on there for 8:00 as did every other table in the bar. As one couple was getting ready to leave, the one waitress said we could sit there. Another waitress came up and took the table saying she needed it. There was not any note of a reservation on that table. Keep in mind it's 6:30. We could have eaten and be done by 8:00. Poor management! If you're going to take reservations, don't make customers walk around to find a table that is not available!! read more

Was at the bar this afternoon having lunch and I witnessed the cook (owners son) being rude to the staff. Poor ladies trying to make a living and they have this A**hole being overly rude to them. He was acting out like everyone around him is stupid and he can't take it anymore. You should have heard him being disrespectful to people and making faces like some enraged freak. Maybe he should find a different line of work? You can tell the staff is stressed and unhappy. He treats them poorly so they act accordingly. I won't be going back! read more

The customer service here is poor and the management doesn't deal well with concerns or complaints. Last weekend I ordered french toast but none of the order was cooked in the center. It was horrible and I had to throw it all out. The rest of the breakfast, was great. I was unable to go back and get the french toast made over, so I called and spoke to Dave. He told me when I came back, to ask for him, and he would take care of me. This weekend when I went back, however, the same problem occured. I even asked the server ahead of time, to see if i was normal that the french toast was doughy and mushy on the inside. She assured me it wasn't. But when it came out it was still wasn't cooked in the center. I think they over batter their thick bread or the grill is too hot. The server brought me a pancake instead of the french toast and everything seemed ok until the bill came. The server explained she had comped the 4.99 kids meal to substitue for the two orders of french toast from the last meal. I spent $13 the last time, and threw all the french toast away. To me it would have made sense to comp my breakfast, not the kids meal. I regretfully said something to the server, who immediately got defensive and walked away. She sent back a manager, who also approached in a defensive manner. She immediately said, "Next time you should order the french toast extra crispy so you don't keep sending things back. I looked at the french toast you sent back and there was nothing wrong with it. Ive never received a complaint that the french toast wasnt' cooked all the way." Her tone was very emotional. I told her I found it hard to believe no one complains about french toast that isn't cooked in the center and told her I"ve had french toast many places in my life, and know what cooked french toast is supposed to be like. My boyfriend also chimed in and told her that the french toast was definitely not cooked in the center. I told her I was just going to pay and learn not to order french toast there ever again. Then she pointed over to the server and said, "Is she ok now?" I wasn't sure what she meant, so I said, "I didn't realize she had a problem?" Why would a manager ask a customer if the server was ok now? The rest of our food was wonderful, but the defensiveness of this crew when they make mistakes is unacceptable and unprofessional. My boyfrend was also extremely angry that the manager came over and tried to argue with me in front of his 8-year-old. Everyone makes mistakes and I get it. But flat out denying the mistake and arguing with a customer is wrong. Also while we were waiting for our food we heard two servers complain about a customer that just left, and when I walked back to our table to get my jacket the server was making a rude commment out loud about us to another server, and that server had to tap her to make her aware I was coming back. read more
