By coincidence I met the owner and a touring musician whose band would be playing there on a Friday night (8-MN?) when I was working in the neighborhood. I figured that it was meant to be. I'd been there once before, mid-day, for a patty melt and it was good. I'm a burger-meister. Swiss and mushroom burger was a good buy. The cloe slaw was marvelous. I don't drink, but my buddy does, and the beers were big, as was the cola. The place was loud and fun. Good band. Good value. Nice staff. No the owner wasn't there, nor was I comped. Absolutely FABULOUS! No really this place rocks, food is more then great, service is more then top notch (Nikki might be the best waitress ever!). And the atmosphere is great! Jerrys by far is the best most consistent restaurant in Jville. Brothers Tony and Sammy put out some AMAZING food. Steaks?? ..... best in town. Chops? ....best in town. Burgers?...best in town. New menu items get thrown in there all the time that are delish!! (Ahi tuna tacos minus the blue cheese is my FAV, served with fresh cut cabbage and a wasabi aioli... YUMMY!! Seriously you can't beat this place and when you drive by and see it packed out that's why. Great food always great. Weekend brunch is also good takes a while to get your order plan for a wait.

I only selected one star because I could not choose zero. My family and I waited for over an hour for our food and when it arrived a living ROACH climbed out of my food. This should be enough said, HOWEVER, no one on the wait staff helped. In fact, when a waitress finally came to our table she was taking her time removing the plate (with a ROACH) looking for a napkin to hold the plate. Sadly, this was not our first visit but it will be our last. Diner beware. read more

I created my Yelp account just to write a review for this establishment. Let me state upfront that this review is strictly about the service. I never even made it to ordering food here. It was Gameday Saturday, and I called ahead to see if they were going to be playing my team's game. They said, "sure, come on over!". I even verified the channel and game being played. So I arrive about 10 minutes before the start of the game and was even greeted by a hostess saying "were you the one who called about the game?". I said yes and they said I could sit over here and they would turn the game on. Well 10 minutes go by and the TV didn't change so I got up and asked a different waitress in the back about the game and she said, "sure, they'll take care of it for you". Ten more minutes pass and the TV in front of me is still showing the same game as a few other TV's nearby. So I asked our waitress (waitress #3) who brought us our menus about the game and she said, "sure, it's coming right up". This is now a good 10 minutes into the start of the game, ever after calling ahead and still no channel change. We gave it another 5 minutes or so-15 minutes after the start of the game and about 25 minutes of being there in total-and we left. We didn't even make it to placing our order. If you are planning to go here to watch your sports team, I recommend finding another place! read more

What a lively vibe Jerry's has. It's a neighborhood staple with super pub food and a big customer base. Service is fairly fast for the size of the crowd and the servers are super friendly. I love their club sandwiches but everything is good except the noise, which can't be helped; it's a sports bar. read more

First time here. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak. It was good except for the meat pieces were too big. Should have been chopped up more finely. And the non brand ketchup is horrid. Decided to go here for breakfast before heading out for the day because we had heard good reviews. Food looked good however we weren't able to try it since we had been waiting an hour and our waitress said there was still 4 tickets ahead of us so we decided to leave because we had somewhere to be. The restaurant wasn't even that crowded and you think a sports bar would be able to handle a crowd better than this. We even had to flag down our waitress multiple times just to get her to come over and the place isn't even that big. Thoroughly disappointed as I was looking forward to trying the food but not for a multiple hour wait, will not be coming back. read more

Nothing too special here. Drinks are overpriced. My parents like going there for brunch on Sunday and while its always packed I'm never overjoyed but what I get. There are much better place in the area that serve the same type of food and do a better job preparing it. read more

I've been here twice now because my friends like to go here... First time service was HORRIBLE! The waitress completely ignored us because she thought we would understand she was busy since she knew my friend... There are NO vegan options here... They put cheese on everything... I got the same thing both times, sauté veggie wrap... First time was good. Second time the veggies were different, and they put cheese on it. Veggies to me usually means just that, VEGGIES! Not the case here... I thought I was being smart by selecting a side salad instead of fries to go with... Wrong again. Cheese comes on it too and the lettuce was wilted. read more

I have been to Jerry's multiple times and have never experience anything other than good quality food and have never waited more than normal for it. The place is packed every time I have eaten there. I like getting a cheeseburger which is always cooked to order and they give you an option of salad instead of fries for no extra cost. My wife prefers the grilled chicken tenders with buffalo sauce. Again, they have never been anything but outstanding. I think for bar food, Jerry's is a great alternative to chains and offer higher quality food with great service. read more

Worst bar. Manager is always nasty and inconsiderate. Never welcoming or pleasant. Specials board is always deceiving and food prep is undesirable. Never going back there again. Oh and filthy bathrooms. I can't imagine what the area we can't see look like. read more

Great spot to go when you can't figure out what you want to eat. Everything here is good to eat from brunch to dinner. The prime rib is awesome. If that's not your thing the wraps are great too. Great family sports bar. Lots of tvs. One of our favorite neighborhood places to go! Even at their busiest, they are super friendly and the food it great. Even though I only had the bacon cheeseburger with fries, it was enough to make me want to bring other friends there.. This place has excellent smoked wings on Thursdays with a perfect heat medium sauce. Great staff, great food. Beers on tap could be better.
