I called Jerry's rooter service and they came right away the next day as scheduled. The plumber worked on my clogged sink and found out that the water backup was due to the broken kitchen disposal. He helped to reset the disposal and educate us how to maintain the disposal. No drain was required and they are very honest and reliable plumber. Our problems started with a slow kitchen drain. Called Jerry's Rooter Service and scheduled an appointment to see if they can snake it, since we don't have a clean out. Jesus arrived on time and tried to snake it under the sink, but his snake broke, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day to try to snake through the roof. The appointment was scheduled for 9am but no one showed up. After several calls to the office I was told that they are stuck in traffic. They did not show up until almost 11am. I was told I will need to replace the kitchen line under the house since the pipe's opening is not big enough for the snake. Anthony went under the house and said we have about 25ft of pipe that would need to be replaced to prevent any further issues. When I asked him to check the rest of the piping he said that he will just have the installer the next day check it out after he completed the job. I did not think anything of it until after the work was done and Ryan said the rest of the pipes will need to be replaced since they are in a bad shape. I was quoted a price we finally agreed on however I felt stuck since they already did the kitchen pipes and the fact remained that if they had inspected the pipes the first day I could have simply seen to getting other quotes. They told me Ryan will be back tomorrow at 9am. No one showed up at 9 am and again I had to call the office to find out what's going on. Ryan arrived close to 10am. When I asked why the delay he explained that no one told him to be at my house at 9am. Ryan was excellent and did a great job under the house. We had also agreed that they will do a clean out in the front yard. Ryan installed the clean out pipe very close to a pipe we had for the sprinkler system. So when they put the cap on the clean out pipe it put pressure on the other pipe and several days later my husband noticed a slow leak. Before Ryan put the cap over I specifically asked if we are going to have a problem since it's so close and he said no. I contacted the office and Adriana scheduled an appointment for Jesus to come back between 11-1pm on Monday. When I called back after no one showed by 1pm I was told that Anthony will be coming by in about 30 min. When I asked Angel, the girl that answered the phone, why no one contacted me since they were not going to be able to show up on time, she said because she was getting someone else to come by. They have no respect for people's time. The office personnel as well as the managers lack communication. When Anthony arrived he even told me had no idea why they booked me an appt with Jesus when he's been in the hospital for the past 3 days. Unbelievable! Anthony immediately had an attitude and was trying to come up with reasons that could have caused the pipe to start leaking without even digging and taking a look at the pipe. He said they did not cause it and it would be an additional $225 to fix the leaking pipe. I have requested a call from Jerry the owner (for the second time now) and wait to see if I get a call back. I definitely would not recommend them for more involved work (again Ryan was great and did great job under the house), but the rest of the people - just terrible customer service. I do believe Ryan inadvertently caused the other pipe to start leaking by putting pressure from the cap on the main pipe and it's disappointing that I have to pay for them to fix it. read more

My normal plumbing company was hit with COVID, so I had to find a new one. This company was able to come, but was 2 hours late because their truck broke down (unfortunately, I had to call them to find out why they were late). Desperate to get my plumbing work done, I waited. The owner finally came, did the work, and offered to come back at no charge if there were any problems with what he installed. Jerry was pleasant and respectful, and I will call their company again when I need help. Hopefully, their trucks are more reliable now. read more

Very disappointed I called and made an appointment - They did not show up - called me right at the appointment time and gave me an excuse. We did reschedule. They sent me two guys, one didn't even know how to open the pipe. He was told that he was turning the wrench the opposite way. They inserted a snake. I asked them about their "free camera inspection" on their ail-in coupon. They said they cannot do it as the drain is too small. It did not make sense to me at all. I wanted them to look at all the drains. They told me I am better off waiting for each one to plug up, but if I would like to clean up the whole system there is an option of hydro cleaning for $1200. They told me I don't need it right now. After a week, we had the same problem again. I called them to come over again they said I need hydro cleaning for $1200. I am not sure how they got to that result without sending a camera to the sewer. read more

Don't use this plumber. They are the most unorganized unprofessional people in the business. If you have a complicated issues they aren't prepared or have capability to do your job. We have waited 3 days for a simple bathroom drain clog. They have come twice and said the equipment they need is on another truck and we have to wait again and again it been a week 4 days since we called them initially. I called this company based on their rating, however I was very disappointed the day of the plumbing repair I called about. it was late afternoon and upon arrival he completely misdiagnosed my issue. I showed him the small pin hole size pipe leak that was spraying water below my water heater that was difficult to get to. He immediately called his boss and diagnosed that I had a leak in my wall behind the water heater and I would need a restoration company to come out, open up my drywall, and cap off the water line for the night so we would at least have cold water and toilet usage. He called the restoration company who came out, diagnosed my problem and wouldn't be able to fix my pipe, that's not their type of business. He used a moisture device to check my wall behind the water heater, inside my house behind the water heater and in my living room bordering the leak area, NO leaks in the wall. Jerry's came back out the next morning and the 2 gentlemen that fixed the issue were very good and the pipe was replaced. This should of happened the afternoon before as we had several people in the home without water. I should of also pushed back on his diagnosis as there was NO evidence of a leak in the wall that he claimed. read more
