It's not a club lulu but I don't know what

This seems to be my time for not great experiences. Maybe it's the holidays. So ordered in the app as usual but two sandwiches as I wanted to save one for the next day. I'm about 12 minutes from the store so it's usually on the shelf waiting for me. Not this time...no biggie. So I went to the counter and the guy said it's slow letting us know today we just got the order. No problem l'll just sit over there. In a little while he brought me my order bagged up. Wished him a Merry Christmas and left. When I pulled out the sandwich it didn't have the extra tomato nor the extra oil and spices so was very dry. When I got to the second sandwich it was the wrong sandwich totally. Ordered a Turkey with bacon extra tomato. I got Turkey with avocado spread...yuck...no extra tomato. Big disappointment. Now this is not normal for this location...I've had them forget an extra but never a wrong sandwich. Usually quick and friendly and their day old bread is fantastic.

Fast, friendly service with accuracy on sandwiches. Add extras to your sandwich at no extra charge. Freaky fast service and clean sandwich bar with fresh ingredients. Love the wheat bread here!

954pm and closed, but supposed to be open until 10pm.

1 star. Drove here 20 mins to get a sandwich since they don't close til' 10pm. I pull up at 953, door is locked and sign light is turned off smh. I even call the store from the parking lot to ask the hours, guy answers and says 10pm... and its 954 and they are closed. Bad business

First time trying jimmy johns ordered the italian club 8inch $7.03 with tax. Sandwhich smelled verry good and tasted so delicious the salami, capicola, and ham were all tasty the oil and vinegar with the oregano basil had the perfect amount of flavor

Its a cold sandwich shop which means no TOASTED subs but hey they're soo yummy who needs melted cheese?? I got the fam bam dinner here today: i tried #14 roast beef with turkey, mayo, lettuce, tomato on a 8" french bread roll they bake, the small fry in the family had a SLIM 4 just 8' french roll bread, turkey and cheese no extras and the papa fry had a VITO minus the mayo and tomato (but he likes ketchup and we've been debating that issue since 2006 O_o homeboy still baffles me) I gotta say, it was filling. I didn't even get chips and a drink because the sandwiches alone were filling. I honestly went into a food coma for 2 hours after having one. They don't provide a military discount sooo ehh i'll live, but they have their in house chips and cookies. Customer service was awesome the guy came from behind the sandwich line and explained their menu to me since it had soo much to choose from. They even have a LETTUCE WRAP called the JJ UNWICH feature so for my fellow low carb to no carbies it's a pretty good thing to have without those weird looks. (I remember asking for a lettuce wrap burger at Smashburger and yea i got that aliens from cali look - hippie haterz hehe) The place is pretty big, clean, lots of sitting room to wait but the wait isn't that long the sandwich line moves pretty fast by the time i got the receipt the first sandwich was done. They also deliver but not outside the loop, so anyone else past 1604 your gonna have to call in your order and pick up yourself. Their # is 210-520-0090 Prices are a little up there but i rather have a quality sandwich than the $5 special that makes me hungry within 2 hours. 8" Sub cost $4.49, Giant Sub $5.49, Plain Slims $3.49, the JJ Gargantuan is $7.25 and every sandwich can go "unwich". Definitely gonna achieve 'regular' status here from now on. ^_^

Good food but definitely NOT freaky fast. I've been to many Jimmy Johns all over the country and this is the slowest service.

They serve a variety of burgers, sandwiches, wings, dogs, desserts, and meals include either a side of tots, fries, cucumbers with chamoy and lucas, or corn in a cup. Other sides are available as well. This trip since we craved for burgers, ordered: Bistro burger- wonderfully seasoned and cooked, served on sourdough, with avocado, grilled onions and mushrooms, mayo. One thing that should be added, the works, I felt it would be even better with the addition of lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. I ordered the cucumbers sans chamoy and lucas. I appreciate simple veggies. Mexican burger- excellent! Juicy burger with cheese, jalapenos, pico de gallo, bacon and the works. The tater tots had a nice and crispy outer texture as it should. Overall- very good. Tasty, reasonable, clean, and great service. We'll have to make sure to come back sooner!

I'm guessing once the initial rush dies down, the experience might feel a bit more relaxed. When I first walked in, there was a slight unpleasant smell, kind of like body odor, which wasn't the best first impression. That said, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though I ordered through the kiosk (which was easy and straightforward to use), employees still checked in to see if I needed anything. After placing my order, it took about 10-15 minutes to get my food, which felt reasonable considering how crowded it was. I decided to sit outside since it was a nice day, and they do have both indoor and outdoor seating options. As for the food--portions are definitely generous. I ordered two sliders (mild spice level) and a salad. The sliders had thick pieces of chicken, and while they were filling, the chicken itself was a bit too thick for my liking and didn't have much flavor beyond the spicy seasoning on the outside. On the positive side, the sauce on the sliders was really good. The salad was also a standout--I genuinely enjoyed it. The fries were another highlight: fresh, crispy, and paired well with the sauce. Overall, this visit felt a bit hit-or-miss, possibly because of how busy things were. I'm willing to give it another try down the line to see if the experience improves once things settle. If you're curious, it's worth checking out for yourself.

The team working at that time, especially the two employees taking orders outside, were absolutely phenomenal. They were professional, patient, and incredibly courteous. In the past, I've felt hurried at other locations, including Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, 10938 Culebra Rd, so this level of attentiveness truly made a difference. Their positive energy was contagious and genuinely uplifting. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about creating a great customer experience.
