We ordered the #7 using the 50% off the second sub. We get it mikes way with the spicy relish. With tip and coupon it's $30. It's just ok . Better than subway. Can't compare to a Wegmans sub.If a server is good they don't last. We just don't expect much and dread communicating with the harried employees. read more

This Jersey Mike's location just recently opened close by. Never having been to a JM I was anxious to check it out. We put the app on our phone and easily placed our orders. We ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak on a white roll and a regular Big Kahuna Cheese Steak on a rosemary parmesan roll. Pickup was easy. Just find your bag on the rack. Not sure how it would be if they were busy. Though the location of the store makes getting in and out a bit difficult. For those that know the location, it's right at the corner of Transit and Maple. The food. Well a bit messy when we unwrapped the rolls! But once you dug in you forget about that. The rolls were nice and fresh. I normally don't get a plain white roll but there wasn't a huge selection and didn't know of the rosemary roll would be too overpowering. Tasted my husband's and it was delicious. Next time I'll order that. The filling in my chicken sub was great. The chicken was super tender and flavorful. The peppers, onions, and mushrooms were grilled perfectly and it was all covered with melted cheese. I was surprised the soft roll held up so well to the fillings. Terrible experience after ordering from the Williamsville, NY Transit Road location today. Don't get me wrong, I've never had a prior bad experience here. But, this is a definitely a "What I ordered and what I got" at its finest. Every other person there makes a great sandwich, but, the girl tonight? I first tried Jersey Mike's at another location about a month ago. I didn't love it. But this location is new and sent out some coupons for their grand opening so I brought my son in. He had the club supreme. I had the Philly cheesesteak. Food wasn't bad here .. my son liked his and mine was pretty good too (I threw my Subway Philly cheesesteak in the garbage for reference lol ... this I ate in its entirety). The regular sized roast beef Sub was delicious BUT WAY OVERPRICED for the size. Limited seating space for eat-in dining. Parking in the very busy front lot appears challenging during peak times; plan to park on side and plan to walk, it will probably save time in the long run. read more

The food was good and most of the staff was very friendly; however, there was this one darker haired worker on the slicer (I believe his name is Owen or Mateo) who had the worst attitude for absolutely zero reason. It was my friends birthday and she asked what she could get, to which she was told nothing without the app. I can understand that as there's probably something they need to scan or check, but then someone else made a joke saying that they could vouch for her and his reply was straight up "I don't care". Respectfully, if you cannot handle a simple joke that wasn't even offensive or directed at you, you should not be working in customer service. His temper is of a 14 year old girl's in her first year of high school. As someone who works in customer service, I understand having a bad day and dealing with rude customers, but we were all very friendly and simply were trying to make a lighthearted joke about my friend not being able to get something for her birthday. A simple laugh and "unfortunately, we can't do that" would've sufficed, but openly admitting that you don't care is just plain tasteless and says a lot about how much you care for your job and the establishment itself. read more

Terrible service at a great sub chain. Bond male employee looked like he was over it as soon as I walked in. Manager appeared disheveled, unkempt and as well couldn't be bothered. Bread was laying on the dirty prep area; yay my sandwich was prepared on one of those pieces. Since inflation hit, portions have decreased but other JM locations still delivered a hearty sandwich. But not this location. Came time to pay with my cc, out comes the guilt tip proposition on the iPad. This is something I absolutely can't stand but that's another review all together. No tip, paid the already inflated price for a weak sandwich and blond male from earlier didn't even say thank you. . My tip to any fast food employee wanting a higher wage, get more experience then apply elsewhere. Anyways these guys at this JM's need to do better. read more

This is the second worst sub I ever had in my life. This is only because there has to be a sub (somewhere in the world) worse than this. But it is the worst sub I ever had for the price. It's the most expensive sub I ever paid for including the higher-end pizza joints that have great but expensive subs. The bread sucks. They put hardly any meat on your sub. It's just all bread and lettuce. It tastes like a low end supermarket sub or Subway. It's hard to believe you pay almost $20 with tax. I would rather have McDonald's. Will never, ever eat here again.
