After gathering up a few things she departed and then made mention of the fact that I was standing there to staff that wasn't visible. I stood there a good 3 more minutes before anyone came to take my order, making it nearly 5 minutes from the time I reached the counter with no one else in front of me. After placing my order (I felt like an intrusion) I got my drink and sat while my Albuquerque Turkey was being made. I was the only customer in the restaurant. My sandwich came out in less than 10 minutes, which makes sense since I was the only person there. I saw a staff member exactly once more after I got my food, and that was to give someone a Cinnabon. I must have sat at the table for 15 to 20 minutes and at no time did anyone come out to clean up the several dirty tables or to address the nearly full trash. This wasn't, by any means, the best visit to a Schlotzsky's I've ever had and the service was lacking, but it was a quick stop on my way to somewhere else.

My order was mostly accurate. They forgot to add the sauce I requested at the drive-through line. Not too big of a deal because I needed to use the restroom in their lobby anyways. The spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good too. I had the Thai Pasta Salad with added grilled shrimp as my entrée. I can't say I've seen pasta salad on many menus, especially as an entrée. It was interesting but I felt like it was super salty, and the same with the added shrimp. I didn't have anything to drink, but the happy hour drink prices are pretty good and they have specialty cocktails.
