I enjoyed my sandwich but the service leaves something to be desired. There​ is no welcoming hospitality and one of the staff members was so unprofessional and very rude that it made the whole experience bad. It's a nice place but they need to improve the staff immediately. read more

wow i feel bad for jersey mike's with this location. it makes you look bad! why is the guy making my sandwich have his tounge out!!! moving it from side to side. your making food for crying out loud!!! no one wants your saliva in ther sandwich its nasty. i wont come back here if this guy is working. also i work by the buena park location and the sandwiches are so much better so jersey mikes is a good place just not this one. pass on this place. unless the owner get some quality control going on don't come here. read more

25 May 2017 @ 05: 00pm...I have been here several times with no issue, however today was the tipping point! Ordeded two sandwiches (girl took our order) for my wife and I. The cashier (another girl) noticed we were militarty and asked us how we liked serving our country. When we said we enjoy it and what not... she gave us a face and asked if we really like our country..... now thats not an issues cause i fight for your right to think what you wish, whether i agree or not. She was a very nice girl however and gave us a military discount. We waited 15 mins.... I decided to get back up and ask where the sandwhiches were.... A new lady was at the cashier this time and she had no clue where they were, (she was nice and had nothing to do with this). They had 6 people on shift with literally no one standing behind us in line, very confused on how they can simply not make us a sandwhich especially since we stood at the cashier for 5 mins explaining why we love serving our country. Now i was mad but i also dont like starting problems, i simply asked for my money back .... not waiting another 10-15 mins to make the sandwiches. At this time the first girl that took our order to begin with came up and asked who took our order.... I restated i would just like my money back so that i could leave.... she asked again so i told her you took our order you dont remember? she said no i mean who took your order at the cashier.... at this point again... i said i dont want no problems i just want my money back, i felt no need to get the other girl in trouble for something i believe the first girl failed to do her job. I responded she was the black girl (Keep in mind im Military and dont see color..), at this point she corrected me and said african american (She was also black), and also stated i should not have recieved a discount. She proceeded to argue with me and turned a lack of her doing her job into a racist argument in front of her staff and customers. Eventually she was removed from the situation and i recieved my money back with no issues. Wont be coming to this Jersey Mike's again........ I appologize if i offended anyone with stating the black girl but i have never seen color in my life. I always get a salad(tub) and unsweetened iced tea at Jersey Mike's. They put 3 slices of tomatoes on my salad, out of iced tea, and cheap utensils to eat my salad with, that kept bending! read more

Frustrated and disappointed. We placed an order on-line for 12 sandwiches and were instructed to pick up order at 11:34. We arrived at the location at 11:34, and were told our order was not quite ready, and were given a free soda for our inconvenience. We waited until 12:21, and went back up to counter. Someone began checking our order, said it was complete, and we were given our bag, and told to pick cookies and chips which were part of our order. When we arrived back at our meeting with the order, it was extremely confusing and unclear (due to poor writing) to determine which sandwich belonged to which person. Some had names, some had numbers, one had nothing, one was completely the wrong sandwich (a cheesesteak, when what we ordered was a chicken Caesar wrap). We had to open each sandwich and look at the contents to determine what was inside. This was completely irresponsible preparation. Not to mention, one person was left eating steak when they had ordered chicken. Our employees use this location every week. I was here to conduct an all day meeting, and thought this would be a treat. I was very disappointed, and felt bad for our staff who had to wait over an hour longer for lunch. While we were on site we watched your employees change positions about every 10-15 minutes. Seems like with an order our size, they should stick with the order until completion. read more

I gave this location one star because I did get a sandwich. I came to my favorite deli to get my favorite sandwich and was greeted with unfavorable service. I order the same sandwich (sometimes different sizes) every time I come to a Jersey Mike's. Well this evening I was told that they do not substitute meat on sandwiches. I explained to the supervisor that I get this sandwich every single time I visit and it's never been a problem until TONIGHT. I frequent several of the locations from Torrance, LAX, Rosecrans, Culver City and beyond. She states the manager instructed them that there are no substitutions. I then told her I would pay for the substitution and her response was, "we don't have enough for extra bacon anyway." I'm disappointed in my experience at this location. I'm sure I'll never patronize it again. If the owner or manager of this location read its yelp reviews I hope something is done about the service provided. There's more that I can say about what I witnessed during my visit, however I'm going to try and enjoy their version of my usual sandwich. read more

My family and I love jersey mikes. Staff is always friendly and the food is great. BUT, this location sucks. Never ever greeted, just ignored till you say something. Last week we came here only because it's close to home. and we had shitty service. The young thin black man that works there needs a better personality and not be a dick to customers. I wanted to use my birthday freebie, a $2 off coupon and my points for another sandwich. He rudely says "we can't do that". I said "well, I'll do separate transactions". Again with an attitude, "I can't do that". What do you mean you can't do that? So the other worker, a heavy set black male said " switch with me. I'll ring them up. You make the sandwiches" Mister attitude got pissy "no man, I can do it". After he rings us up, he goes to make a sandwich for someone else and just stares at us like he wanted to shank us while we were talking to the manager about the service. This is my first time at this location and it's not looking so good. I go all over town to Jersey Mike's and never have I ordered a double meat Big Kahana that was so light usually I'm unable to lift the bag with one had without ripping the bag. Funny thing is this bag had 2 double meat sandwiches and the bag was as light as a feather. I have informed the cook that this was unacceptable and we will see what happens. I don't think the Carson clientele has had a well made Jersey Mike's sandwich if this is what they've been getting. If this a franchise someone better check this place out because this location will give the Brand a bad reputation. After waiting for the sandwiches to be fixed I get home and the sandwich was not made to specific request as ordered. This is so sad spend $40.00 for 2 sandwiches and can't even enjoy it because it's not of the quality of any other location of this Brand.I would suggest that this staff visit and job shadow some of the other locations in the area maybe Bixby Knolls which is in the area for training to keep the Brand image in tact. read more
