Got major attitude when I asked preparer to take measures to minimize cross contamination (wipe down, change gloves, use wax paper on surfaces). He was a real sour puss. I am celiac and they advertise gluten-free subs in their window. I asked for it in a bowl, which is even on their menu. Preparer didn't know what that meant. Then complained about me while I ate, saying "who comes to a sub shop if they're allergic to bread". Most other Jersey Mikes handle this with a smile. Staff at this one need major training on allergies and service with a smile. read more

Staff at this location are extremely rude and need remedial training about the importance of food safety (i.e. change your gloves between orders, food handling and checking out customers). When I brought this issue to the attention of the team member making my subs he seemed annoyed and put out that I asked him to use clean gloves. Very poorly run location. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs opened a location recently in Concord, just off I-93 Exit 17 in the same shopping center as the good Market Basket, Wendy's and Service Credit Union. I thought they would've opened their new location in the Loudon Road/Fort Eddy Road area since this new location is less than 15 minutes for the Tilton Jersey Mike's. This Concord location essentially replaced the former Jersey Mike's in Plaistow, over 50 miles away, which closed 2 years ago. They seem to be expanding quickly throughout the USA and IMO, Jersey Mike's Subs has been one of the better sub chains I've eaten at during recent times. Initially, I was not a huge fan of some of their cold cut subs, but I really enjoy their hot subs, especially the Mike's Philly, which are grilled and made to order. I decided to order a regular Turkey Club Sub ($5.95 plus tax), Mike's Way, but customizing it with rosemary parmesan bread, hots, pickles, and banana peppers and paid in advance on the Jersey Mike's app. My bagged order was on the metal shelf ready to go when I arrived 12 minutes later, quick and easy. They also do DoorDash food delivery too. The Jersey Mike's Turkey Club Sub was a bit messy to eat, but it still tasted pretty good. I try to make sure to get the rosemary parmesan bread for my subs, which goes very well with my choices. If I'm at my Concord office and want Jersey Mike's, I still have to drive about 8 miles each way to this location on the northern edge of Concord, bypassing the nearby Subway (it's alright) in the Walmart. A DoorDash delivery from this location would be too pricey based on the long distance, higher fees, and bigger Dasher tip. Certainly, I hope they open another location closer to the center of Concord and the Heights. read more

The kids that work here are all sweet and polite but UNDERSTAFFED. When you order it tells you to pickup up in 15 min. When you arrive, it's NEVER READY. It's always another 15-30 minutes after you get there. They are rushing so much due to being understaffed that the orders are almost always missing something or the customization notes are not looked at. GET IT TOGETHER MAMAGEMENT. read more

Went to Jersey Mikes on Merchants Way at exit 17 on Sunday, 10/17 at 6 PM to pickup 2 subs. A #5 and # 8. My #5 had meat sliced paper thin. I had a hard time identifying what the meats were. The provolone was the same thing. My wife's #8 had the same issues and was supposed to have bacon but could only find 2 little tiny scraps of bacon that we had a hard time identifying them as bacon. About 1/2" long and 1/8" wide. I understand that costs have gone up. I understand help is hard to get. But, quality should never decline. Raise prices but never sacrifice quality. I've had some issues there before. I will not return to any Jersey Mike's. There are too many good Sub shops around. I will drive a little farther to get a good sub from places that care. From my experience, there is no better Philly Cheese Steak to be had outside of Pennsylvania. When I'm on the road and need a quick lunch I like a name I can trust, and their food and service have earned that trust. Their service to community should also be recognized, as they recently provided lunch to legislators at the NH Statehouse. I actually strayed from my usual Philly Steak and had a Turkey Club. I decided to give this place a try They are new I've never been there before. I ordered online I could not believe the price for a steak and cheese. I paid it anyways because the place closer to me was closed. Their sub is no better than Subway or D'Angelo's. The cheese was not melted maybe half melted I would say. The bread is soggy. Steak and cheese If it's cooked right will not turn your sub brown. And it will not be soggy. I don't know how this is cooked. But it's disgusting. For the price that I paid for this sub I could have went to the place that is closer to me which is a mom and pops got in a steak tip sub for the same price. I also forgot I paid for extra cheese I hate to see what this sub looks like with regular cheese on it. read more

I ate here recently on a quiet Saturday evening. No one acknowleged my presence at the ordering counter. The three brain dead slugs in human form, went about their busisness as usual. After a few minutes of Moe, Larry and Curley fawning over a new app in one of their cell phones, I asked if anyone worked here? The lead slug and stupidest looking one of the three said, oh, sorry can I help you? I said yes, I will have a Big Kahuna Chicken. They prepared my order and I sat down to eat it . I did not leave a tip. I usually good for one to two dollars but the slugs earned my disrespect. The sandwich was very good. However, the place was less than clean. The tables were dirty as was the floor. I go to the Jersey Mike's in Keene, NH and Tilton, NH from time to time. Those locations are very busy and the service is first rate. I love Jersey Mikes but this location is truly a disaster. It was decent when it first opened up but now the management is so bad, 75% of my experiences are nightmarish. The last time I went, I ordered a giant club sub and got a single shaving layer of meat, despite the fact it was supposed to be turkey and ham. from what I could tell, there was no turkey and only one measly layer of ham. The sub was all bread. I was so irritated when I got home, I didn't want to go back. However, I know every location can have an off night. I had no idea just how bad the level of incompetence and disrespect would be on my next visit. I recently put an order in and the app said it was a 45 minute wait until my order would be ready. I made sure to give it the full 45 minutes, as I could tell it was unusually busy with that long of an order time. I show up and the place is absolutely packed. I'm talking nearly 40 people in this small "restaurant." I go over to the order pickup rack and see its totally empty. I wait about 5 minutes and absolutely on one is even paying me the slightest bit of attention. Given how many people were in the shop, I made a point of getting the cashiers attention. When I asked him if an order was ready for me, he told me, "nope, we're super busy." I could clearly see that, so I asked, "how long until my order is ready (I ordered an hour ago and it was supposed to be a 45 minute wait)?" He says, "ummm we're super busy," again. I tell him I can't wait until everyone in the building is served and am well past my 45 minute wait time. For a third time, he reiterates they are "super busy" and proceeds to say, "maybe 20 minutes?" I could tell that they weren't going to entertain my online order until the entire mob of customers inside were served, which is extremely unfair. Given I put an order in about an hour before any of these 40 customers were in the building, I asked if my ticket could be moved to the front of the line, as I didn't think it was fair for me to wait at the back of the line when all these people had ordered well after me. Yet again I was told "no man, we're just super busy right now." At that point, I asked to cancel my order as I didn't have another 20 minutes to tack on. He told me the manager would have to help me but you guessed it, he made no effort to get the manager. I had to fight for the managers attention myself and she finally says, "sorry bout' this, you'll see a refund in 1 to 2 business days," and offered me no receipt to show I'll definitely be refunded. This entire place was being run by kids in the age range of 17 to 19 who clearly do no not give a flying F**K if customers are being treated poorly. Stay away from this location and just drive another 10 minutes to the Fort Eddy location. They have been amazing every time I visit and treat their customers with respect. I give it a 10% chance that I even get my refund for the sub I didn't receive and my money ends up stolen. I will never come back here, after being a loyal customer for the first 18 to 24 months. We would recommend this location to anyone! Savannah the assistant store manager was great. We places an order for 18 sandwiches for lunch the day of my wedding. They had great communication and everyone loved the sandwiches for a middle of the day pick me up. They were on time and we appreciated all of their hard work! read more

worst place ever!!!! The so called shift manager was no where to be found, could hear a lot of all the employees out back laughing and talking very loudly from out back, using profanity the one person actually tending to us apologized repeatedly, when the shift lead finally showed her face after this poor woman called her repeatedly she was rude and condescending, and literally asked us to leave the restaurant, after we pointed ut none of the tables had been cleaned, and all the chairs were askew and that maybe some one should be working and not screaming and laughing from out back. the person who was making our sandwiches literally l left them after making them, not wrapped, just sitting on the filthy counter, which the poor cashier finished we will not be returning, ever!!!! The conduct of the people here (except for the lady on the register) was appalling. We could hear the people out back mocking us. this poor woman wiped the tables for us, and apologized again and gave us free discount cards ( we should have left ) subs were badly made, overly soaked with vinegar and oil. will never return read more
