I have moved out of state and went to use the App for an order. I saw that when I opened the app it showed Danville as my pick up location. I went into my account to change my location to Poulsbo, WA, and saved the changes. I placed my order and it showed my old pick up location in Danville. I tried numerous times to call the store but it went to VM each time and was told that the VM box was full. So, I paid for the order in Danville that will never get picked up and reordered here in Poulsbo and was deprived the use of my points. There does not appear to be any way to contact corporate to be able to resolve this. I hope someone can get back to me to make this right. read more

The Jersey Mike's in Danville the closest to my home. It's not the most convenient location and the parking lot in the back is a ways away. The store itself and the staff is great. I usually get the #13 Original Italian Mike's way with the oil and vinegar. It has the East Coast Italian taste. All the meats are sliced when you order. Because the sandwich has the oil and vinegar dressing you need to eat it quickly otherwise it will make the bread soggy. The Jersey Mike's sandwiches are usually very consistent whichever store you go to but the staff at the Danville store are terrific. The Jersey Mike's chain beats the heck out of Subway and Jimmy Johns. read more

I love Jersey Mikes. I'm not too big about sandwich shops I don't see anything special about them but I am hooked on Jersey Mike's. I love their Turkey Breast & Provolone sandwich. It's delicious! I order it on white bread with vinegar, mustard, Mayo, lettuce, banana peppers. It's always super fresh!! Another one of their sandwiches I enjoy is the Philly cheesesteak. I usually get it plain without the grilled peppers but I keep the grilled onions. Anyhow I'm sure whatever your sandwich of choice is it'll be great! In my opinion it stands out from the other ordinary sandwich joints, it tasted a step above to me. They have brownies that you can get that are super firrree. I have a sweet tooth pretty bad so I'm usually a tough critique on dessert but their brownie is delicious!! read more

Aaaaa, it's all right, I guess. If I eat out, it's usually a burger. But the last several times, I've eaten at delis, and I've now tried most of them within half a mile of Bishop Ranch, so I now have a pretty good idea of what's offered. In this case, I drove to work (they wouldn't let me listen to Trump's inauguration at my job, so I listened in the car), and drove to Danville to try Jersey Mike's. I'd seen them in Southeast Texas, figured I'd try them out now. Jersey Mike's has about the same number of offerings as most delis in the area; doesn't overwhelm you with choices like Ike's does. I had the Super Sub. With potato chips and Mountain Dew, it came out to $11, not bad. The people working there are friendly and offer great service. Kids menu. Well, it was okay. The bread had a strange taste to it. I would have rather had a plain roll or Dutch crunch, but as far as I can tell, there is only one selection. They add a lot more side things to it: red wine vinegar, pile on the spices. I'm still trying to figure out what a prosciuttini and cappacuolo are. But hey, this certainly fills you up, and it's so tasty too. Overall, I was underwhelmed. It could just be what I had, and maybe I'll try their Original Italian, Club Supreme, or one of their cheesesteaks next time. I dunno. read more

He was very helpful, sweet, and gave excellent service but the conditions of the food is disgusting and the sandwich was not cheap!!!! 12 dollars full of hair Please change sanitary conditions because this is ridiculous! Who ever is cutting vegetables clearly does not have his or her hair tied up! My sandwich did not have one hair but a handful of tangles!!! After reading Cheryl W's review of the Philly cheesesteak, I opted to get that for myself and a Reuben because my husband has been wanting one. I used to get cheesesteaks occasionally from the Philly Cheesesteak shop, but this one beat them hands down. Beefier (literally) and made fresh. Good customer service. They didn't rush me and made sure that I didn't want a special order/have allergies to any ingredients. Costs a little more than Subway, but you make up for it with the quality. read more

I love that as you are ordering, they slice the deli meat for your sandwich! No more wondering how long ago the meat was sliced and then sitting around! Friendly staff and good sandwiches! Came here yesterday and the guys that were working at the time were really friendly and helpful since it was my first visit after all. I went with the mini club and chips, cost me about 7 bucks. It was filling though! The bread was the best part! It was crunchy and soft at the same time. I hate when you take a bite out of a sandwich and it rips the top of the roof of your mouth! The vinaigrette that they add is a nice touch and elevates the flavor. And when you're finished with your sandwich you can walk over to sweet treats and order the salted caramel gelato! read more

*Disclaimer* I visited Jersey Mike's when I was absolutely starving...this could have had an affect on my taste buds and judgement. That said, it was DELICIOUS!!! I went for a #7 turkey - "JM style" with everything on it. Loved it! Way better than similar sandwiches from Togo's and don't even bring up Subway (yuck!) The dudes working there were friendly, quick and made a killer sandwich. I'll definitely return - good stuff. I should note, I ate there and the oil and vinegar began to sog out the second half of my sandwich. Beware if you are taking it "to go"...it may not travel well. Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches for the family. Asked for Jalapeños in my sandwich which was completely different and a different size than the other 3 sandwiches, they still managed to not put the jalapeños in in mine but instead in my young son's sandwich. So frustrating. The only reason that I am writing this review is that this is not the first time this has happened. I don't care how busy you might be or what safety protocols might be in place at the time. This location is fairly easy to reach, right next to a large parking lot. Employees are friendly and talkative. The Original Italian has provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. If gotten mike's way, it is fairly oily and the ingredients tend to spill out a little easier. Overall a good sub, a bit above the likes of subway. Fairly expensive, but worth it if you are nearby and want to give it a shot. read more

I had the roast beef Mike's way and was a little worried at first when I saw them dousing my sub with oil and vinegar...I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor! My experience was great. I already called them on Saturday to express my gratitude to the staff at the location. I told them I was here for a pickup and a worker acknowledged that she read my request and it was fulfilled. The store looked clean. They had clear signage on to which door to use. The door was propped open so I didn't need to open it with my hands. They were timely with my food MORE IMPORTANTLY I WITNESSED THE CASHIER change his gloves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when bagging the food item. in the 5 minutes I was there he changed gloves TWICE! on every time he put the food in a pick up bag. this was really important to me and so I called in to thank them and pass on the message that they made me feel very welcome and that they were following proper precautions. The food was wrapped and put in a sleeve and into a bag and sealed so you know it wasn't tampered with and the name written on the bag was HUGE so people would look for the right bag. I don't come here often, but my old work pace use to order from them a lot. I came back today and still saw very good and proper glove changes ect. I know that there are Jersey Mike's everywhere. I'm giving this location a 5 star rating for both my food and the service I received here. I was looking for a place to grab a quick lunch, and a sandwich sounded like a good way to go. I got an order of their tuna sandwich with chips and a drink. (Also, checked in for a free chocolate chip cookie! The cookie is EXTREMELY delicious). The lady that made my sandwich was so sweet and made sure it looked & tasted good. Since I grew up in Philadelphia, I know what a good hoagie (aka sub sandwich) tastes like. I discovered Jersey Mike's Subs a year or so ago, and I've been hooked ever since. Since I now live in the Bay Area, this is the only place I can get a sandwich that tastes like the hoagies I've had in Philadelphia. The bread is made at a central place on the East Coast and shipped to the stores around the country to prepare and bake. All of the meat is sliced fresh and the produce and sides are fresh as well. I always get 5 Star customer service from the Store Manager, Devon, and his staff whenever I go to Jersey Mike's. They are friendly and they take time to make my subs the way I like. Their subs are reasonably priced and they're absolutely delicious. I love going to the Danville Jersey Mike's for all the reasons I've mentioned and I will continue to go there when I want my Philadelphia 'hoagie' fix. read more

The first time I ever had jersey mikes was in Idaho visiting my mom. Happened to get a job right next door to the Danville one! every now and then I go in for my lunch. I'm always greeted by Eric and have a great conversation with Devin and the rest of the crew. All very friendly and I enjoy working next to some of the nicest people I have met. First time eating here. Wasn't very impressed. They use that slimy, salty generic turkey.. yuck. It's a sandwich place, why not use good quality lunch meat! Provolone? The least flavorful cheese you can buy. Jeez Bread is half the sandwich. Their bread is definitely just meh. Try ACME bread. I skipped the "Italian" dressing. I watched the sandwiches before mine being made. WAY TOO MUCH DRESSING. More is not better! Good God. So one person slices the inferior quality lunch meat and puts it on the sandwich. The next person puts on the lettuce tomato etc.. and disgusting amounts of oil, vinegar and herbs. I'm 100% Italian. WTF! No people, no! Put less dressing and way less herbs! Then that guy slides the unwrapped sandwich down to the cashier where after he is finished ringing you up, touching the register and everything else with his dirty gloves, he puts his dirty glove hands on your sandwich, cuts it in half and wraps it up. What is wrong with you people? *At least have the guy before cut it and wrap it up! Unsanitary practices. The guy making the sandwich worked a cash transaction at the register without removing his gloves. He then proceeded to make the sandwich. When he was called out for doing this he non chalantly said, "do you want me to change my gloves and finish your sandwich ". It was then explained to him that the whole sandwich should be re-made as he'd already touched the bread and cheese with the dirty gloves. He looked annoyed and agree to remake it. The blt I had was tasty, but I wanted it toasted. The cashier told me there was no oven, but that he could microwave it. This location will not heat your sandwich on the flat top grill. All other locations will do this. They deceived me by saying they only had a microwave. I will not be coming back. 4 stars for the food, but I subtract one because they seem to not be able to grill sandwiches on the grill that is in their store.
