Staff is usually inattentive to new customers and multiple times have 4+ staff ignored me for over 5 minutes, staring me down but never greeting me. Staff prioritizes online orders and most of the staff focus on customers that are not even in the store before the customers standing in the lobby. Staff doesn't remember required sub ingredients such as bacon on a club. Cheesesteaks are overloaded and soggy by the time it's eaten. Do not recommend visiting this location, give your business to the dozens of quality establishments on the same block. read more

I came in here to grab an easy lunch and it was a wonderful experience! Not only was the staff informed about their product but they were proud of it and that is a wonderful thing to see! Terrible attitude. We love jersey mikes subs and would pick these above other sub places, but over the last year this particular location has gone downhill. Their app is never working and this is the second time I've called to order 5+ sandwiches and the young women on the phone has given me significant attitude as if it's annoying to order a sandwich. The food is fine. Nothing special. They have decent sandwiches, lots of good stuff on them. My only problem is the portioning for the cost. I paid $10 for what was about an 8 inch sub! What the heck? Jersey mikes is my favorite sub shop. I am not very picky, but I hate subway and I get real tired of quiznos so when I am craving a sub jersey mikes seems to always hit the spot. I stick with the pretty basic turkey with provolone on wheat and I have never had it be bad here. Sometimes some of the people who work here aren't super friendy but its not enough to drive me away. I went in not expecting to be blown away, which was good because then I didn't leave disappointed. Jersey Mike's seems to be a pretty standard kind of sub shop. More similar to Blimpie's than to Subway. I've been on a tuna kick lately so that's what I got. It was satisfying enough but nothing spectacular. (Although my cat seemed to be incredibly attracted to it.) However, having never been there before, when the guy behind the counter asked if I wanted cheese I said "sure" only to find out when paying that when it comes to the tuna sandwich, cheese is 20 cents extra. Now, I always hate at Chipotle when you tell them you want guacamole they apparently have a policy where your burrito maker has to ask you, "Do you know that's extra?" I'm a sucker for a good sub, especially if it comes with lots of veggies, and those nummy little banana peppers. Hold the jalapenos. I'm glad that a friend pointed me to Jersey Mike's- it's like someone took Subway and made it, well, good, and clean! Not much pricier than Subway, and far better quality. I had a fairly tame sandwich with cold cuts, cheese, and all the veggies, but my pals are more adventurous, claiming that the hot meatball sub is the best in town. Next time I'm passing by, I'll give that a try. Service was friendly and rapid, and I devoured my sub in record time- those banana pepper cravings are pretty mean if I don't nip them in the bud! I must disagree with a previous reviewer's opinion of Jersey Mike's; while, yes, they only offer one vegetarian option, the area contains plenty of places to eat. If you're a vegetarian, a Jersey-style sub shop is simply not the best option at which to stop, and their choice to display meat is clearly intended to hint at the New Jersey atmosphere the shop tries to convey. Forget Subway, forget Quiznos, and head downtown to Mike's for a sub sandwich twice as good for about the same price. Win-win situation if I ever saw one! read more

One star only because I can't do zero stars. Third time since covid I have had issues with the store and orders. Used the android app to order, for curbside pickup. App said 30 minutes. I got there about 7 minutes early. Checked in with the app. The app told me I was early but they were hard at work getting my order ready. I waited. And I waited. And I waited. I noticed a large bad, large enough to accommodate an order my size just sitting on the rack. Had been sitting there for some time. 10 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up, I called. I was told they had no order for me and they hung up. I went into the store and asked where my order was. I was angry and hungry with a hungry family waiting for me at home. I said a couple of choice words out of anger. I took my bag to my car, opened it and noticed that the drinks and chips were missing. I went back in and was confronted by the manager(?) who jumped me for swearing at her employee, which just made me even angrier. I asked where the rest of my order was. She said it was complete. But looked at the receipt and realized she had forgotten the drinks. She pulled them to put them in the bag and got the wrong ones. She asked me not to return to her store, and I told her (with more choice words) that that was something she did not have to worry about. Several times my order has been wrong or missing items. Let me start out by saying that I frequent Jersey Mike's 1-2 times per week. I came to this location on what appeared to be a very slow Sunday afternoon. The 2 people that assisted me started out by being very rude. The young lady irritatingly asked me what I wanted and my spouse and I both advised we'd like grilled veggie wraps. (The only other apparent vegetarian menu item is the #14). She started making the wrap completely wrong. When I corrected her, she got defensive and basically blamed me for ordering the wrong thing. When the younger man with dark hair began to make the contents of the wrap on the grille, I noticed he was mixing in the cheese and again, making the wrap incorrectly. He asked what else we wanted on the wrap and I told him I'd like it "how it comes", according to the menu. He snapped at me and said "it comes with lettuce and ranch and THATS IT". It clearly says otherwise on the menu but I wasn't there to start a fight. Needless to say, my spouse and I left without getting our food. I frequent this business group at a different location down in the DTC, and have NEVER been treated like that. That was an awful experience overall as a consumer. Jersey Mike's management should be aware that they've got people on their staff treating people like this. I am highly disappointed in the brand name at this point. read more

I stopped at this Jersey Mike's location for the first time and had a good experience. I noticed the quality of the service varies from store to store, so was happy I found a good one. I got the Super Sub which has several varieties of ham and Provolone. The quantity of meat was good, and they also put on 'everything' if you order it Mike's Way. I like the combo of lots of lettuce, white onions, oregano, oil and vinegar. Luckily they did not drench it in oil, which happened at one location. That makes it hard to eat and too soggy. If you just get the sandwich the cost is well under $10. But a soft drink (Pepsi products) and/or chips will push the price up fast. Overall it was a good experience - service was pretty quick and I liked the lunch. read more

I have been here three times. I have to say the only thing that I found spectacular about the place was the efficient service and the friendly staff, but other than that. It's just a step above subway. Ordered a Pastrami Rueben and they put it on a white sub roll instead of rye. That was the first thing off putting about it. When I finally bit into it. The saurkraut was very sour. I didn't finish the sub. The Turkey sandwich and Chicken Parm sandwiches I have ordered in the past were average . I LOVE Jersey Mike's! I have only had their veggie sub, but it is sooo good. Their wheat bread is the best; the white bread is just o.k. And their cheeses are some of the best around: the Swiss and provolone are always so fresh and delicious. I also like that they offer a "mini" size for those who don't want a huge sandwich. Also, they have a rewards program, which is always a bonus: earn so many points and get a free sub. Though I haven't eaten any of their meat subs, they look very good and I have heard positive things about them. I recommend Jersey Mike's. read more

The regular size hoagie is tiny, more like a 6" from Subway than a regular sized from NJ (where I'm from). But the chicken cheesesteak was tasty. I'm a little disappointed that the bread fell apart halfway through and had to scoop the meat with a fork. The air conditioning has been broken for 3 months said the guys inside and that almost forced me to change my mind about eating here but I got a patio chair. Went here for the first time today and was pretty pleased. I can totally see why they've been around since 1956! I got a Chicken Parmigiana, my husband got a Philly Cheesesteak. Both had a decent amount of meat and were not the least bit cold. Bread was squishy and seemed fresh. Price was average (about $7-9 per person). Service could have been a bit better. (They're forgot about my order being in the warmer) But overall, I would definitely go here again. read more

I'm not out to knock these guys, I just had a really poor experience. I go to this Jersey Mikes about once a month and it's usually a pretty basic sandwich shop. This time, the place was filthy. The meat slicer was covered in gross old meat residue. The bag my sandwich came in was gross. The wrapper my sandwich came in was gross. The bacon was like chewing on plastic in some places and as they ring me up, then they tell me they're out of ice. Things happen, I get it, but this place is way over priced, in my opinion, to be leaving disappointed. Better management is my recommendation. read more

Came in here for a quick, cheap meal. Neither of those really came through for me. I think all said and done it was over $10 for a sandwich and drink. This sandwich wasn't anything special...I did get it Mike's way though, which made it a little tastier than my fellow attendees who missed that detail. I just got a run of the mill Italian, and it was just that. Service wasn't the best, they were a little 'salvaggios on the hill in boulder' esque in their serving manner. If you don't know the place, its basically like they are doing you a favor to be your sandwich artist. They weren't quite as bad as the boys in Boulder, but definitely not the nicest crew. I only ate at Jersey mikes subs out of ... hunger. Every time I eat in Denver, I am reminded, "This is not Boulder." In general, Denver is not exceptionally vegetarian friendly and Jersey Mikes is no exception. In fact, there was only one vegetarian option on the entire menu! This of course being the sandwich I was forced into, I found this sandwich was really nothing special, not bad by any means but nothing to spend six dollars on. Mmmmmm..... Club Sub..... I think it's turkey, ham, cheese, mayo and delicious bacon. Mike's way, of course (seasonings and "the juice"). They slice all of the meat/cheese when you order, so it all comes out in nice, thin slices. BF and I usually split a giant.
